Abstract

The work productivity of PT Telkom Akses Regional Jatim Bali Nusra employees is not optimal due to various problems caused by a lack of cooperation and coordination. Good communication can improve cooperation or coordination to achieve work productivity. This research aims to determine the extent to which internal communication influences the work productivity of PT Telkom Akses Regional Jatim Bali Nusra employees. The research uses quantitative methods and simple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The research findings show a significance of .000 with an F-value of 36.357 and an R-squared of .236, proving that internal communication significantly impacts employee work productivity. The extent of the influence of internal communication is 23.6%, and other variables outside this research influence the remaining portion. The practical recommendation of the research is to maximize activities or programs that support the implementation of effective and two-way internal communication, re-socialization and application of the company’s internal communication SOP, optimization of communication media within the company, as well as activities that support the maximization of employee work productivity such as employee training related to meeting the quality and quantity of work output, and employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) on Instagram Addiction among adolescents in the context of the rapid development of the internet and social media. The internet, especially Instagram, has become very popular among adolescents, providing convenience and creativity but also triggering FoMO, which is defined as the anxiety of missing out on other people's experiences. Quantitative methods were used using regression analysis with FoMO as a predictor and Instagram Addiction as the dependent variable. The ANOVA results showed that the regression model was significant (F = 15.210, p < 0.001), while the regression coefficient indicated a positive effect of FoMO on Instagram Addiction (B = 0.005, p < 0.001). These findings indicate that every one-point increase in FoMO corresponds to a 0.005-point increase in Instagram Addiction (logIG). In conclusion, FoMO is a significant predictor of Instagram Addiction, implying that higher levels of FoMO increase the likelihood of addictive behavior on Instagram, underscoring the importance of addressing FoMO in understanding adolescent digital behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: Online groups are a result of the development of the internet which has brought about changes in the pattern of relationships and communication between individuals. Individuals have their own motivations when choosing to join an online group, such as Facebook. Individuals also have the choice to actively contribute or choose to act as lurkers, namely group members who act as non-participants and do not actively contribute to group discussions. The method used is a qualitative approach with an exploratory study design using an open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The reasons for individuals choosing to become lurkers in the context of the Presidential Election (Pilpres) in the X Facebook social media group are to avoid conflict, due to busyness so there is no time, due to employment status, due to lack of references and capacity in political commentary, there are discussions that not liked, do not trust the information in the group, are not interested in discussing politics, already feel that there is sufficient information related to politics, there are choices at the beginning, or because they do not trust the threads in the group. Keywords: online group; Facebook; lurker Abstrak: Online group merupakan suatu hasil dari perkembangan internet yang membawa perubahan pola relasi dan komunikasi antarindividu. Individu memiliki motivasi tersendiri ketika memilih untuk bergabung dalam suatu online group, seperti Facebook. Individu pun memiliki pilihan untuk secara aktif memberi kontribusi ataupun memilih untuk berperan sebagai lurker, yaitu anggota grup yang bertindak sebagai non-partisipan dan tidak aktif memberikan kontribusi dalam diskusi grup. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi eksplorasi menggunakan open-ended questionnaire dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Alasan-alasan individu memilih untuk menjadi lurker dalam konteks Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) di grup X media sosial Facebook yaitu untuk menghindari konflik, karena kesibukan sehingga tidak ada waktu, karena status pekerjaan, karena referensi dan kapasitas dalam komentar politik yang kurang, ada pembahasan yang kurang disukai, kurang percaya dengan informasi yang ada dalam grup, tidak tertarik dengan pembahasan politik, sudah merasa tercukupi info terkait politik, sudah ada pilihan diawal, ataupun karena kurang percaya thread di grup. Abstract

Abstract: Longevity related to life expectancy in the elderly. Longevity provides an understanding, although the elderly are synonymous with decreased of physical, social, economic, and psychological functions, it does not mean they cannot carry out activities and even produce. The purpose of this study is to describe productive elderly people as part of increasing longevity. Using literature studies of the research method, it found that habits such as lifestyle, nutritional intake, physical activity and positive relationships with other individuals contribute to the increase longevity on elderly. Being productive by doing activities not only physically, but productively by interacting socially for the elderly helps maintain the physical and mental health of them which contributes to increasing longevity. Longevity essentially emphasizes that life is valuable regardless of one's age. Productive elderly are part of creating meaningful longevity for the elderly. Physical limitations don't mean elderly can't produce and being productive and enjoy of life. This is the point of view of the elderly that you need to know.Keywords: Productive; Elderly; Longevity Abstrak: Longevity berkaitan dengan harapan hidup pada kelompok usia lanjut (lansia) memberikan pemahaman bahwa walaupun lansia identik dengan penurunan fungsi fisik, sosial, ekonomi dan psikologi, bukan berarti tidak dapat beraktivitas bahkan berproduksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan lansia yang produktif menjadi bagian untuk meningkatkan longevity. Menggunakan metode penelitian berupa studi literatur mendapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa kebiasaan seperti gaya hidup, asupan nutrisi, aktivitas fisik serta hubungan positif dengan individu lainnya memiliki kontribusi terhadap tingkat longevity pada lansia. Produktif dengan berkegiatan tidak hanya olah fisik, tapi produktif dengan berinteraksi sosial bagi lansia turut menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental lansia yang berkontribusi meningkatkan longevity. Longevity hakikatnya menekankan bahwa hidup itu berharga berapa pun usia seseorang. Lansia produktif bagian dari menciptakan longevity yang bermakna bagi lansia. Keterbatasan fisik bukan berarti tidak berproduksi dan produktif bukan berarti tidak bisa menikmati hidup. Inilah sudut pandang lansia yang perlu diketahui. Kata kunci: Produktif; Lansia; Longevity

Abstract

Women with disabilities face various barriers in developing economic independence, including limited entrepreneurial skills and low self-efficacy. This study aims to develop and evaluate an experiential learning-based training program to improve both aspects among members of the Indonesian Association of Women with Disabilities. Employing a participatory action research approach, the study was conducted in three phases: needs assessment using the Organization–Task–Person (OTP) model, participatory design and implementation of the training, and evaluation through thematic coding analysis. The results show significant improvements in participants' confidence, business planning awareness, and communication skills. Three major themes emerged: increased self-confidence, more structured entrepreneurial awareness, and improved product communication abilities. The experiential learning-based training not only enhanced participants’ knowledge but also positively influenced their attitudes and behaviors. The study concludes that contextually designed training that integrates self-efficacy and entrepreneurial skills can serve as an effective empowerment strategy for women with disabilities and is recommended for replication in similar community contexts. AbstrakPerempuan penyandang disabilitas menghadapi berbagai hambatan dalam mengembangkan kemandirian ekonomi, termasuk keterbatasan dalam entrepreneurial skill dan rendahnya self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi pelatihan berbasis experiential learning untuk meningkatkan dua aspek tersebut pada anggota Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas Indonesia Dengan pendekatan participatory action research, kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan: analisis kebutuhan dengan model Organization–Task–Person (OTP), desain dan implementasi pelatihan secara partisipatif, serta evaluasi berbasis teknik koding tematik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada rasa percaya diri, pemahaman perencanaan usaha, serta keterampilan komunikasi produk peserta. Tiga tema utama yang muncul adalah pertumbuhan keberanian, kesadaran wirausaha yang lebih sistematis, dan keterampilan komunikasi yang aplikatif. Pelatihan berbasis pengalaman terbukti tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mengubah sikap dan perilaku peserta secara positif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial skill dapat menjadi strategi pemberdayaan efektif bagi perempuan penyandang disabilitas dan direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi dalam konteks komunitas serupa.

Abstract

A key issue in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) and other Islamic religious schools is the lack of focus on career planning in learning activities. Therefore, this study focuses on illustrating how career planning training, especially related to the selection of further study majors, makes students more aware of the careers they will pursue. Career planning is a form of student readiness in planning their future lives after graduation. The focus of this study is to determine the impact of career planning training on students' understanding of careers and college major planning. Using experimental quantitative methods, comparing the results of pre- and post-tests using career planning instruments, followed by 108 students. The study found that there was a difference of 3.54 (significance 0.00 <0.05), meaning that this career planning training was able to provide changes in students' understanding of career plans, with 73 students in the group who slowly understood the concept of career planning in their future lives. It is hoped that this study will provide an overview that schools, students, and related parties can provide regular career training programs so that students are better prepared in planning their careers. AbstrakPermasalahan pada sekolah berbasis agama Islam, salah satunya pada tingkatan Madrasah Aliyah (MA) adalah perencanaan karier yang belum menjadi fokus dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Perencanaan karier menjadi langkah awal untuk memberikan gambaran karier dan pemilihan jurusan perkuliahan nantinya. Maka penelitian ini berfokus untuk menggambarkan bahwa dengan pelatihan perencanaan karier khususnya berkaitan dengan pemilihan jurusan studi lanjut menjadikan siswa lebih paham terhadap karier yang akan dijalaninya. Perencanaan karier merupakan bentuk dari kesiapan siswa dalam merencanakan kehidupan selanjutnya ketika telah lulus. Fokus penelitian ini mengetahui dampak pelatihan perencanaan karier siswa terhadap pemahaman karier dan perencanaan jurusan perkuliahan. Menggunakan kuantitatif eksperimental membandingkan hasil sebelum dan sesudah tes menggunakan instrumen perencanaan karier yang diikuti oleh 108 siswa. Temuan penelitian bahwa terdapat perbedaan 3,54 (signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05), artinya pelatihan perencanaan karier ini mampu memberikan perubahan pemahaman rencana karier pada siswa, dengan 73 siswa berada pada kelompok yang perlahan memahami konsep perencanaan karier dalam kehidupan yang akan datang. Besar harapan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran bahwa sekolah, siswa maupun pihak terkait untuk memberikan program pelatihan karier secara berkala agar siswa lebih siap dalam merencanakan kariernya.
