Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran adaptabilitas karirsiswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Penelitian ini menerapkanpendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 149 siswakelas XII SMK Swasta ?X? Malang. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukandengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Skala adaptabilitas kariryang digunakan pada penelitian ini diadaptasi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scale(CAAS) Internasional versi 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secaraumum adaptabilitas karir siswa SMK pada penelitian ini berada pada kategoritinggi dengan rerata empiris sebesar 87,04. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pulabahwa dimensi perhatian dan pengendalian karir tergolong kategori tingginamun dimensi keingintahuan dan keyakinan karir tergolong kategori sedang.Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah siswa telah memilikikarakteristik perhatian dan pengendalian, namun siswa belum sepenuhnyamemiliki karakteristik keingintahuan dan keyakinan karirKata Kunci: adaptabilitas karir, siswa, sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate learning goal orientation (LGO) and Big Five Personality in effect with carrier adaptability. This study used quantitative approach. Simple random sampling technique was used to recruit 93 twelve-grades SMKN "X" Malang students majoring in Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) and Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL). We used adapted instruments consist of LGO Scale, Big Five Inventory (BFI) and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS). The simultaneously regression test shows that both LGO and Big Five Personality has an effect to carrier adaptability (37%). LGO partially has effect on carrier adaptability. For all big five personality dimensions, opennes to experience has effect to carrier adaptability but other dimensions such as extraversion, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and agreeableness has no effect.

Abstract

Peningkatan angka urbanisasi yang terjadi dari tahun ke tahun menunjukkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat masih menjadi problem utama yang terjadi di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia pada khususnya. Urbanisasi pada satu sisi menimbulkan peningkatan kesejahteraan namun sisi lain meninggalkan lubang, salah satunya terkait dengan pengasuhan anak. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya pola pengasuhan bagi para urban selain meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan psikoedukasi dengan pendekatan pre-post-test terkait pengetahuan dan pemahaman gaya pengasuhan. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 150 orang terdiri dari ibu muda dan calon ibu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu muda dan calon ibu berada pada tingkat sedang dan tinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pola asuh sangat baik. Kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para urban saat ini secara sadar tahu pentingnya pola asuh yang tepat dan tidak mengabaikan peran orang tua khususnya ibu dalam proses tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

When it comes to using technology and the internet, the elderly are a population that is at risk. When it comes to using the internet and communicating in groups, partners' primary issue is that it is simple for the elderly to transfer unreliable information from one group to another. This community service is being done to educate senior residents of Karang Werda "LaRose" in Malang about hoaxes. Community service is in the form of psychoeducation, namely the delivery of information and activities about hoaxes. Participants are members of Karang Werda „LaRose” totaling 40 people. The activity was carried out on October 5, 2022. The psychoeducation results showed a change in knowledge regarding hoaxes; how to identify them and preventive measures for their spread.   ||   Lansia termasuk populasi yang beresiko jika berkaitan dengan penggunaan gawai dan internet. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra terkait penggunaan internet dan komunikasi dalam kelompok adalah mudahnya para lansia untuk menyebarkan berita-berita dari satu grup ke grup lain yang belum jelas kebenarannya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan psikoedukasi terkait hoax pada lansia anggota Karang Werda ”laRose” di Malang. Pengabdian masyarakat berbentuk psikoedukasi yaitu penyampaian informasi dan aktivitas seputar hoax. Partisipan adalah anggota Karang Werda ”laRose” yang berjumlah 40 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2022. Hasil psikoedukasi menunjukkan adanya perubahan pengetahuan terkait hoax; bagaimana mengidentifikasinya dan tindakan preventif dalam penyebarannya.

Abstract

An organization must have members who have good job engagement or work engagement in it so that they will carry out their work more actively and enthusiastically and are accompanied by positive thoughts. This research was conducted to find out the description of job engagement in the Artpsium organization so that it is hoped that it can become an evaluation and reference material to further advance the Artpsium organization itself. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a structured interview method so that researchers and participants can meet face-to-face in order to obtain more accurate data. The results of the study show that the job engagement of Artpsium administrators and members is influenced by several things including internal factors and external factors. Then, the higher the position held in the organization, the greater the job engagement, conversely, the lower the position or role, the smaller the job engagement. Another problem that exists is that several other parts of Artpsium, especially those that join other organizations and don't have an important role, tend to have low job engagement, both in their management and membership. AbstrakSuatu organisasi harus memiliki anggota yang mempunyai job engagement atau keterikatan kerja yang baik di dalamnya sehingga akan menjalani pekerjaannya dengan lebih giat dan antusias serta diiringi dengan pikiran yang positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran job engagement yang ada di organisasi Artpsium. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara terstruktur agar peneliti dan partisipan dapat bertemu langsung secara tatap muka sehingga didapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job engagement pengurus maupun anggota Artpsium dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Kemudian, semakin tinggi jabatan yang dimiliki dalam organisasi maka job engagement akan cenderung semakin besar, sebaliknya jika jabatan atau peran yang dimiliki semakin rendah maka job engagement-nya juga cenderung semakin kecil. Masalah lain yang ada adalah karena beberapa bagian Artpsium lain, khususnya yang mengikuti organisasi lain dan tidak memiliki peran penting, cenderung untuk memiliki job engagement yang rendah, baik dalam kepengurusan atau keanggotaannya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian luar negeri dalam bentuk Psikoedukasi Mencintai Indonesia berupa Pengembangan Karakter dan Moral Pancasila bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak pekerja migran di Malaysia mengenai identitas kebangsaan Indonesia dan nilai-nilai moral Pancasila. Anak-anak pekerja migran sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya pendampingan orang tua karena kesibukan bekerja, keterbatasan akses terhadap pendidikan formal, serta keterasingan dari budaya dan identitas kebangsaan mereka. Selain itu, anak-anak ini sering mengalami tekanan emosional dan stigma sosial di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan psikoedukasi melalui pelatihan tatap muka, permainan edukatif, dan penayangan film pendek tentang Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta tanah air, memperkuat identitas nasional, dan meningkatkan implementasi nilai-nilai moral Pancasila. Hasil uji perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada implementasi moral Pancasila dengan nilai P sebesar 0.017 dan z sebesar 2.379.

Abstract

Children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia face limited access to formal education due to administrative and citizenship constraints. This situation leads to minimal career literacy, restricting their knowledge about various professions in society. As a result, these children often struggle with motivation and confidence in exploring career options that align with their potential and aspirations. This community service program aims to enhance the career literacy of migrant workers’ children through psychoeducational interventions. The method involves structured career psychoeducation sessions that introduce various professions, career pathways, and skill development opportunities. The program includes interactive discussions, career visualization activities, and hands-on workshops conducted in community learning centers where migrant workers' children receive informal education. Data collection was carried out through pre- and post-intervention assessments, including observations, interviews, and questionnaires to measure changes in career awareness and motivation. The results indicate that psychoeducation significantly improves children's understanding of different professions and the educational paths required to pursue them. Moreover, the program boosts their confidence in career planning and reduces anxiety about their future employment prospects. By providing psychological support and structured career guidance, this approach helps children develop skills and aspirations aligned with their career interests. Thus, psychoeducation serves as an effective strategy in supporting the children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia, enabling them to unlock their full potential and prepare for the workforce more confidently and competently.

Abstract

Being a basic level educational institution appointed as the organizer of inclusion education in Tabanan Regency, RA Khadijah seeks to provide the best service to parents of students who have children with special needs. This appointment occurs because of students with special needs received to study at RA Khadijah, supported by the desire of teachers to learn about the implementation of inclusion education, especially knowledge about handling children with special needs. This community services uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to maximize the resources owned by RA Khadijah. ABCD implemented using discovery, dream, design, define and destiny. Data collection using a questionaries to know the differences before and after community service established. This approach was chosen because the assets owned by RA Khadijah are complete, so it is necessary to empower appropriate so that the implementation of inclusion education can be carried out optimally. The result of this service is that RA Khadijah is able to inventory the strengths possessed for the implementation of inclusion education including the conditions and location of the school, the school environment and most importantly the teachers who conduct the initiative of self-development related to the knowledge and handling of children with needs by participating in activities such as webinars, following the groups on social media and present experts related to children with special needs. The teachers in RA Khadijah no one has an extraordinary educational background or psychology. This community service also concluded that the ownership of qualified human resources became one of the important assets in the development of services to the community, in this case the handling of children with special needs with the background of non -extraordinary non -educational educators. The limitations of this community service lie in the lack of support for teachers to be able to develop better teachers regarding inclusive education. The results of this community service aim to show the importance of maximum support from various parties to provide proper education, especially in the theme of inclusive education.

Abstract

Every citizen has the right to receive education and the state is responsible for financing it. This is needed to raise awareness in the community that education is very important. With education we can prevent early marriage. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of education as an effort to strengthen the community's understanding of the consequences of early marriage. The target of this activity is to provide socialization to the community in Sumber Village, Sumber District, Probolinggo Regency. Abstract

Wilayah rawan narkoba menjadi lingkungan berisiko bagi perkembangan literasi dan karakter anak. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen awal, ditemukan bahwa 65% anak di Kampung X belum mencapai standar minimum kemampuan membaca dan menulis sesuai tingkat kelasnya. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dasar dan nilai karakter positif anak di Kampung X. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemberian booklet edukatif kepada guru dan orang tua serta pelatihan komunikasi asertif kepada 32 anak usia sekolah dasar. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi perilaku sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan anak menyampaikan pendapat (71,9%), menolak ajakan negatif (68,8%), dan menyelesaikan konflik secara positif (62,5%). Anak-anak juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam aspek kejujuran, empati, dan tanggung jawab. Intervensi berbasis komunikasi asertif terbukti efektif membangun karakter dan literasi sosial emosional. Program ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan terpadu dalam membina ketahanan anak di lingkungan berisiko.
