Abstract

The role of village heads in developing MSMEs is very important because they have local authority to coordinate various programs and initiatives that support the growth of MSMEs in the region, such as providing guidance, connecting MSMEs with necessary resources, facilitating access to local and national markets, and promoting collaboration between MSMEs. By playing a proactive role, village heads can help improve the local economy and welfare of their community. This research aims to find out the leadership role of the Suwayuwo Villagei headi in the development of MSMEs. And to find out the obstacles the village head has in developing them. Thisiresearch uses aiqualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews,iobservation and documentation.iThe research results show that the village head in developing MSMEs in Suwayuwo Village has gone quite well, this is proven by holding training, and when there are events or meetings he always buys food products from MSMEs himself so that their merchandise continues to be stable and develop. Apart from that, the village head also took the initiative to utilize local potential in the village to develop MSMEs in the village. However, there are still obstacles in encouraging the development of MSMEs in Suwayuwo Village, such as budget limitations, the village funds received are very limited and must be divided for various village development needs, lack of facilities such as websites, and lack of NIB (Business Master Number) facilities for people who lack knowledge of technology.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menghadapi disrupsi akibat perkembangan teknologi, globalisasi, dan kebutuhan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, serta literasi digital. Etos kerja Qur’ani menjadi relevan untuk membangun generasi yang tak hanya unggul secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan kesadaran moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi nilai-nilai etos kerja Qur’ani dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang adaptif dan berdaya saing di era globalisasi serta mengeksplorasi implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam sistem pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur dari tafsir al-Qur’an, jurnal, dan buku. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi untuk mengekstraksi tema-tema utama. Hasil penelitian menyoroti tiga nilai etos kerja Qur’ani: kompetisi dalam kebaikan (QS. Al-Maidah: 48), penghargaan terhadap keragaman (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13), dan kolaborasi untuk kebaikan bersama (QS. Al-Maidah: 2). Nilai-nilai tersebut mendorong peserta didik dan pendidik untuk bersikap inovatif, inklusif, serta bekerja sama dalam lingkungan pendidikan abad ke-21. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai etos kerja Qur’ani dalam pendidikan dapat membentuk generasi yang adaptif, bermoral, dan berdaya saing di era globalisasi. Pendekatan ini mendukung terciptanya sistem pendidikan yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi keberkahan dalam menjawab tuntutan abad ke-21 dengan membekali peserta didik keterampilan dan tanggung jawab moral yang tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to examine several problems including actualization of the formation of mutual cooperation dimensions in Learning Islamic Religious Education and Character at the Darut Taqwa High School Driving School, Purwosari Pasuruan and analysis of the results of the formation of the mutual cooperation dimension in Learning Islamic Religious Education and Character at the Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan Driving School. This research is included in the type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research shows the results that (1) The actualization of the formation of the mutual cooperation dimension in learning Islamic Religious Education and Character at the Darut Taqwa High School Driving School, Purwosari Pasuruan, can be divided into three elements. First, the collaboration element is learning using cooperative learning models and positive habituation learning activities. Second, the element of care is concern in the process of completing group assignments, community service project activities, extracurricular activities, peer tutoring activities, cleaning classes and the school environment. Third, the sharing element is sharing knowledge by having the same answer in cooperative learning, social fund contributions for those in need, and sharing food after being visited by their parents. (2) The results of the formation of the dimension of mutual cooperation in learning Islamic Religious Education and Character at the Darut Taqwa High School Driving School, Purwosari Pasuruan is being able to develop character, being able to improve social skills, and having an attitude of solidarity and unity.
