Abstract

Gendeng Hamlet in Bangunjiwo Bantul is a hamlet where puppet craftsmen grow as one of the oldest craft centers in Bangunjiwo. Gendeng Hamlet, as a puppet craftsman, once experienced a heyday in the era of President Soeharto and continues to survive amid the times. The puppet artisans of Gendeng Bangunjiwo Hamlet over time, with assistance from akadfemisi and various servants from 1various agencies and ministries until now. The artisans continue to survive and consistently maintain the tradition of Javanese puppet inlay and try to restore the golden age by supporting the existence of the Gendeng Leather Puppet Craft Center with improved product quality. The method determined to implement PM UPUD community service is collaborative and participatory. The stages of implementation are as follows: stages or steps in implementing the solutions offered to overcome the problems of target partners. Describe the method of implementing community service each year, at least containing the following: Socialization, Training, Technology implementation, Mentoring and evaluation, and Sustainability Program. The program outputs obtained include: (1) Increasing the capacity of superior products, up-skilling creative human resources, and planning transfers. The flagship product of the Tatah Sungging Gendeng Craft Center is shadow puppets. More specifically, Yogyakarta style wayang kulit. Puppet artisans in Gendeng hamlet can make high-quality works—Puppet Patterning Application Technology & Application of Machine Learning, and Strengthening Branding. (2) Gendeng's leather puppets could penetrate foreign markets during its heyday. In the archipelago itself, especially Yogya and surrounding areas, gender leather puppets dominate the market. The wayang production of Gendeng has yet to be able to repeat its former glory period

Abstract

Emulgel ekstrak jahe merah dan minyak peppermint tanpa penambahan antioksidan dapat menyebabkan perubahan warna. Maka perlu adanya pengembangan formula dengan penambahan butylated hydroxyanisole sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan butylated hydroxyanisole dalam formulasi emulgel kombinasi ekstrak jahe merah dan minyak peppermint. Konsentrasi butylated hydroxyanisole yang digunakan dalam formulasi adalah 0,01% pada formula 1 yaitu 0,02% pada formula 2 yaitu 0,03% pada formula 3, dan formula 4 tanpa menggunakan butylated hydroxyanisole. Evaluasi fisik dilakukan terhadap beberapa parameter uji karakteristik sedian antara lain organoleptik, pengukuran pH, daya sebar, viskositas, homogenitas, dan sineresis. Evaluasi fisik dilakukan pada sediaan yang disimpan di suhu 4°±2°C, suhu ruang, 40°±2°C pada minggu ke-0 sampai minggu ke-12. Hasil menunjukan bahwa seluruh formula pada penyimpanan suhu 40°±2°C dan suhu ruang, emulgel mengalami perubahan warna menjadi kecoklatan dan kuning. Homogenitas dan nilai pH emulgel seluruh formula selama penyimpanan menunjukan hasil yang homogen dan stabil pada pH 6. Semua formula selama penyimpanan mengalami peningkatan daya sebar dan penurunan viskositas. Pada formula 4 (tanpa BHA) menunjukan angka sineresis paling tinggi sebesar 41,75% pada jam ke-72. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan BHA tidak berpengaruh dalam formulasi emulgel kombinasi ekstrak jahe merah dan minyak peppermint.

Abstract

Information technology advancements have created big data, necessitating efficient techniques to retrieve helpful information. With its capacity to recognize and categorize patterns in data, especially the growing amount of picture data, deep learning is becoming a viable option. This research aims to develop a medical image classification model using chest X-Ray with four classes, namely Covid-19, Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, and Normal. The proposed method combines the advantages of deep learning and machine learning. Three pre-trained CNN models, VGG16, DenseNet201, and InceptionV3, extract features from images. The features generated from each model are fused to enhance the relevant information. Furthermore, principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to reduce the dimensionality of the features, and Bayesian optimization was used to optimize the hyperparameters of the machine learning algorithms support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), and k-nearest neighbors (k-NN). The resulting classification model was evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that FF-SVM, which is the proposed model, achieved an accuracy of 98.79% with precision, recall, and F1-score of 98.85%, 98.82%, and 98.84%, respectively. In conclusion, fusing feature extraction from multiple CNN models improved the classification accuracy of each machine-learning model. It provided reliable and accurate predictions for lung image diagnosis using chest X-Ray.
