Abstract

Kecemasan tampak nyata sebelum, selama, dan setelah pertandingan, dan seringkali menjadi penyebab buruknya performa atlet, seperti yang terjadi pada tim sepakbola Rice Cake FC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan pemain saat bertanding, faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan munculnya kecemasan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus kualitatif. Subjek berjumlah 5 orang pemain Rice Cake Fc Sesuai dengan peran dalam pertandingan sepakbola, yaitu sebagai , Penjaga Gawang, Pemain Belakang, Pemain Tengah, Pemain Penyerang dan juga Pemain Cadangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan analisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Nvivo 12. Dari analisis hasil yang telah dibahas, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa terdapat enam indikator kecemasan dan yang dominan ialah gelisan dengan prsentase 38,49% serta terdapat tiga faktor penyebab kecemasan diantaranya tekanan manajemen, tekanan pelatih, tekanan penonton dan yang lebih dominan ialah tekanan penonton dengan presentase 45,25%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of plyometric training to increase 50 meter freestyle swimming speed at the Adyas Aquatik Sumedang club. Plyometric training is one of the important exercises to increase swimming speed for athletes. One Group Pre-test Post-test Design research method to determine differences before and after being given certain treatments. The sample used in this study using non probability sampling type purposive sampling or sampling technique with certain considerations, aged 12-14 years with a total of 12 athletes. Using the 50 meter speed test as an instrument in the study. The results of the normality test data processing produced a significant pretest of 0.267 while the posttest was 0.671. From this data it is interpreted that the normality test is normally distributed, because the significance is> 0.05. The homogeneity test was carried out which resulted in a significance of 0.797. From these data it can be interpreted that the homogeneity test is homogeneous. Then the Paired Sample T-test was conducted to determine the effect produced with a value of 0.005. The study found that 50-meter freestyle swimming (after using plyometric training) increased more than the initial test. This shows that plyometric training can increase the speed of 50-meter freestyle swimming at the Adyas Aquatik Sumedang club.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar servis pendek backhand bulutangkis melalui permainan tembak sasaran pada siswa kelas V di UPTD SDN 3 Cipaat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam perencanaan kinerja guru, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, keaktifan siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, persentase perencanaan kinerja guru mencapai 76,25%, pelaksanaan 68,75%, keaktifan siswa 74,4%, dan hasil belajar siswa 2,94% tuntas. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan menjadi 80,41% untuk perencanaan, 79,58% untuk pelaksanaan, 82,6% untuk keaktifan, dan 50% untuk hasil belajar. Pada siklus III, perencanaan mencapai 97,75%, pelaksanaan 96,25%, keaktifan 86,1%, dan hasil belajar 70,58% tuntas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan permainan tembak sasaran efektif dalam meningkatkan gerak dasar servis pendek backhand bulutangkis pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the locomotor skills of fourth grade elementary school students through the implementation of the traditional game "cat-mouse". The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was carried out in three cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 20 fourth grade students of Cilengkrang Elementary School, North Sumedang Regency, consisting of 10 males and 10 females. Data collection was carried out through observation, locomotor ability tests, and teacher performance assessment instruments. The results showed a significant increase in students' locomotor abilities, with the percentage of learning completion from 30% in the pre-cycle to 85% in cycle III. In addition, teacher performance in planning and implementing learning also increased to reach the target in cycle III. The "cat-mouse" game has proven to be effective as a learning medium in improving locomotor abilities and motivating students to actively participate in physical activities.

Abstract

Passing skills are a crucial element in football, yet many elementary school students still struggle to perform accurate passes. This study aims to improve passing accuracy through the implementation of the passing move training method, which combines passing techniques with active movement after passing the ball. The study used classroom action research based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in three cycles. The research subjects were 22 fifth-grade students at an elementary school in Tanjungsari District, Sumedang. Each cycle involved different training variations: one-touch passing, two-touch passing, and triangle passing patterns. Research instruments included IPKG I and II and a passing skills test. The results showed a significant increase in passing accuracy from 61.5% in the first cycle to 86.5% in the third cycle. Furthermore, the achievement of IPKG I and II also improved and exceeded the 80% target. These findings indicate that passing move training not only enhances technical skills but also develops coordination, spatial awareness, and decision-making. Therefore, this method is appropriate to be applied in football learning to effectively improve passing accuracy among elementary school students. Keywords: Accuracy, Football, Passing Move Keterampilan passing merupakan elemen penting dalam permainan sepak bola, namun masih banyak siswa sekolah dasar yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan passing secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi passing melalui penerapan metode latihan passing move, yaitu latihan yang mengombinasikan teknik mengoper bola dengan pergerakan aktif setelah mengoper. Penelitian menggunakan metode tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 22 siswa kelas V di salah satu SD di Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Sumedang. Setiap siklus dilakukan dengan variasi latihan: satu sentuhan, dua sentuhan, dan pola segitiga. Instrumen penelitian meliputi IPKG I dan II serta tes keterampilan passing. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi passing secara signifikan dari 61,5% pada siklus I menjadi 86,5% pada siklus III. Selain itu, ketercapaian IPKG I dan II juga meningkat dan melampaui target 80%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan passing move tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek teknik, tetapi juga mengembangkan koordinasi, kesadaran ruang, dan pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, metode ini layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sepak bola untuk meningkatkan akurasi passing siswa sekolah dasar secara efektif. Kata Kunci: Akurasi, Passing Move, Sepakbola.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh self compassion terhadap kondisi fisik atlet bulutangkis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet bulutangkis se-kecamatan jatiwangi, teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan keriteria atlet berusia 8 – 12 tahun sebanyak 35 atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner self compassion dan tes kondisi fisik untuk mengetahui jawaban dari sampel dan hasil dari tes kondisi fisik. Hasil analisis data secara statistik dibantu oleh aplikasi SPSS21dengan melakukan uji Normalitas diperoleh nilai didapatkan hasil kuesioner self compassion sebesar 0,237 > 0,05 dan hasil kondisi fisik sebesar 0,136 > 0,05 sehingga data berdistribusi normal, kemudian uji linearitas diperoleh hasil 0,562 > dari 0,05 sehingga dinyatakan linear atau sejalan karena hasil dari signifikan, selanjutnya uji pearson product moment diperoleh hasil sig. (2 - tailed) 0,040 > 0,05 dan R tabel 0,334 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan secara signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah sampel mengisi kuisioner dan melakukan tes kondisi fisik pada cabang olahraga bulutangkis, maka hasil dari variabel self compassion terhadap kondisi fisik atlet bulutangkis memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 0,040.

Abstract

Sumedang Regency which based on geographical conditions is located on a plateau and has many hills so that it can support tourists to do Paragliding sports. Paragliding sports venues in Sumedang Regency consist of three places and have different heights. Toga Village has a height of 200 m from the landing site and has a Launch to Landing  Distance of 900, for Batu Dua which is 500 m high from the landing site and has a Launch to Landing  Distance of 2610 m, while Buricak Burinong Hill which is 195 m high from the landing site and has a Launch to Landing Distancei.e. 900 m. The three places both have their own beauty, even becoming a strategic place in doing paragliding. The beginning of the emergence of Paragliding is inseparable from the emergence of a sense of desire to be able to fly enjoying the scenery of the wild and arrive at the achievements achieved. The purpose of this study is to see the geographical potential of tourism through paragliding in Sumedang Regency and also to find out the reasons why the interest of the people of Sumedang Regency to participate in paragliding is still minimal. Sumedang Regency has several destinations to do paragliding, one of which is in Toga Village. Toga Village, located in Sumedang Regency, offers an enchanting natural panorama.  The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive research design in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of research that the good geographical potential of Sumedang Regency for Paragliding sports can be seen from the beauty, place, height and minimal natural disasters and accidents, so that Sumedang Regency is a suitable place to be used for Paragliding sports.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential for water sports tourism on the Cimanuk Parakan River, Sumedang Regency using kayak touring, kayak touring itself is a very interesting sport of course it also tests adrenaline in every activity, the method in this research uses qualitative with tourist participants, area managers local and touring kayak operators, the instrument used was MSPDM (Maketability, Sustainability, Participatory, and Disaster Mitigation) through interviews and data analysis documentation using the Nvivo12 software application. The results obtained from the Nvivo 12 software application are that kayak touring has the potential to be used as a water sports or recreational sports tourist attraction. conclusion from the research title Analysis of the potential for water sports tourism on the Cimanuk Parakan River, Sumedang Regency using kayak touring, it can be concluded that kayak touring is one of the water sports tourism which has the potential to become a sports tourism. because the water in the famous Cimanuk Parakan river will remain stable whether it is rainy or dry because it is accommodated by the Jati Gede Dam, this can raise the name of the Sumedang area and also improve the economy of the community in water sports tourist destinations like a tour.

Abstract

This research examines general problems related to low social skills. During their education, students often face a series of challenges, one of which is a lack of social skills. This deficiency is evident in students’ inability to interact effectively with both peers and teachers during the learning process, which hinders their ability to fully benefit from the educational experience. This research involved 20 Students in class V at elementary school Sukamaju Rancaekek, Bandung Regency,, with 10 male students and 10 female students. This research uses observation as the data collection method. Descriptive quantitative, and Qualitative data analysis techniques were used. The success indicator for this research is a 90% percentage of students social skills. The research results show that applying the jigsaw learning model in long jump learning can improve the social skills of Students in class V at elementary school Sukamaju Rancaekek, Bandung Regency,. The pre-cycle data observations resulted in 58%. The growth rate of social skills in cycle I reached 84.4%, while in cycle II it reached 93%. The results of cycle II revealed that students achieved a social skills success indicator of 90%, and the research was halted. Thus, it can be concluded from this research that the application of jigsaw-type cooperative learning in long jump can promote social skills in students in class V at elementary school Sukamaju Rancaekek, Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) learning model to enhance the kasti playing skills of students at Heuleut I Public Elementary School Majalengka. Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) is an instructional model that emphasizes understanding tactics and game strategies rather than solely focusing on the mastery of physical techniques. It is anticipated that this model will encourage students to be more active in the learning process, improve their comprehension of the game, and facilitate comprehensive motor skill development. The study involved 27 fifth-grade students at Heuleut I Public Elementary School Majalengka, including 17 male and 10 female students. This research utilized a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Data collection was conducted in two phases: quantitative and qualitative. The success indicator for this study was set at a 90% proficiency rate in students’ kasti playing skills. Pre-cycle observations indicated a skill level of 11.2%. In Cycle I, students’ skill levels improved to 37.1%; in Cycle II, they reached 70.3%; and in Cycle III, they attained 92.6%. The results from Cycle III demonstrated that students achieved the success criterion of 90% proficiency in kasti playing skills. In conclusion, the findings of this study indicate that the application of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) learning model in kasti instruction significantly enhances the playing skills of fifth-grade students at Heuleut I Public Elementary School Majalengka.
