Abstract

This article aims to explore strategies for building an inclusive organizational culture to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. The research employs a qualitative literature study approach, analyzing various theories and previous studies related to inclusive organizational culture and its implications for employee motivation and productivity. The findings suggest that an inclusive organizational culture fosters a more open work environment, enhances mutual respect, and strengthens interpersonal relationships among employees. Furthermore, an inclusive culture contributes to individual skill development, innovation, and better team performance. This study provides insights into the importance of integrating inclusive values in human resource management to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the impact of organizational culture on internal communication and team collaboration through a qualitative approach with a literature review. The research examines various sources, including journals, books, and articles, that discuss the concepts of organizational culture, internal communication, and team collaboration. The analysis reveals that an organizational culture that supports transparency, openness, and appreciation for diversity contributes to improved internal communication and harmonious team collaboration. These findings highlight that a positive organizational culture can create a work environment that fosters team synergy and enhances overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture development strategies in enhancing company competitiveness. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach on a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to understand the implementation of organizational culture strategies. The results show that the application of company values, effective communication, and active employee engagement can strengthen an adaptive and innovative organizational culture. This positively impacts productivity, employee loyalty, and the company's competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the impact of organizational culture on managerial decision-making through a literature review. The method used is the analysis of various articles, books, and journals discussing the relationship between organizational culture and decision-making in a managerial context. The literature review findings indicate that a strong organizational culture can influence how managers make decisions, with cultures that support collaboration and innovation tending to produce faster and more adaptive decisions. In contrast, authoritarian or closed cultures can hinder the decision-making process and reduce its effectiveness. These findings highlight the importance of understanding organizational culture in a managerial context to improve decision quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective strategies for building an innovative organizational culture to face challenges in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative study with a case study approach in technology companies in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and company document analysis. The results show that the implementation of transformational leadership, technology-based human resource development, and the creation of a collaborative work environment are key strategies in fostering an innovative culture. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for companies in adapting to digital developments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the coaching strategies carried out by the management of the Qari Qariah and Hafiz Hafizah Development Agency (BAPQAH SIKA) North Sumatra in improving the quality of students. Through qualitative descriptive methods, this research examines a systematic approach which includes motivation, class distribution systems, teaching methods, and communication with stakeholders. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that BAPQAH SIKA implements a comprehensive strategy by dividing classes based on individual abilities, special teaching methods for each field (qari, hafiz, calligraphy), and building a supporting ecosystem through the involvement of parents and the community. Despite facing various challenges such as limited infrastructure and resources, BAPQAH SIKA succeeded in producing outstanding graduates at various national and regional Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) events. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in developing strategies for developing Al-Qur'an education at the regional level.
