Abstract

This research aims to explore effective methods for expanding market reach and identify the main obstacles that may be encountered. The methodology used includes case studies and in-depth interviews with MSME owners as well as analysis of relevant literature. The research results show that the main strategies implemented include product quality evaluation, use of technology, business development, and relationships with customers in global market orientation and innovation. The challenges faced include competitors, human resources, services, markets, raw materials and brand image in the global market network and efficiency. In conclusion, researchers hope that in the future the development of MSMEs in the global market sector will continue to be carried out and supported by all levels of society where the government plays an important role regarding the development of MSMEs, such as regulations and training guidance for MSMEs so they can compete in the global market.

Abstract

Human resource management and factors such as change management, leadership, and corporate culture play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance through increased motivation. PT BPR Buduran Deltapurnama must focus on these factors to address challenges in the banking industry and maintain competitiveness. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of change management, leadership, and corporate culture on employee performance through work motivation among the employees of PT BPR Buduran Deltapurnama. This research employs a quantitative approach with a hypothesis testing design. The respondents consist of all 100 employees of PT BPR Buduran Deltapurnama. Data analysis techniques utilize SEM PLS. Employee performance at PT BPR Buduran Deltapurnama can be significantly improved through effective leadership, a strong corporate culture, and efficient change management.

Abstract

This research investigates economic empowerment strategies in Kedungpeluk village, Sidoarjo, focusing on processing grain yields to enhance local livelihoods. Utilizing a qualitative method based on literature review, the study identifies challenges and proposes solutions for operators of grain processing enterprises. Results indicate that processing excess grain into ready-to-eat products like abon, dendeng, and rempeyek udang can prevent spoilage and increase market value. The use of modern equipment and independent tambak cultivation is recommended to streamline production and increase self-reliance. The study suggests that these strategies, along with online marketing and product diversification like Korean food, can significantly improve local economic conditions. Collaboration with the government and utilization of digital marketing channels are also highlighted as essential for enhancing market share and economic empowerment in the community.
