Abstract

This study evaluated the influence of work environment, engagement, and work-life balance on employee motivation. This study used a quantitative approach and involved 150 respondents. According to multiple linear regression data analysis, work environment, work engagement, and work-life balance affect teacher work motivation. Among the three, work engagement has the most significant impact on motivation to work. Work engagement plays a vital role in teachers' emotional and cognitive involvement in their work, making them feel more connected and enthusiastic about completing the tasks given. Teachers with high levels of work engagement tend to be more proactive, responsible, and satisfied with their work. This creates higher work enthusiasm and improves the quality of teaching. In addition, a conducive work environment, both physically and non-physically, also increases teacher motivation. A supportive workplace, with adequate facilities, a harmonious work atmosphere, and good social relationships between coworkers, can make work more productive and enjoyable. In addition, it has been proven that maintaining a balance between personal and work life is essential in reducing stress and increasing employee satisfaction. If educators can maintain this balance, they feel healthier and better prepared to face challenges in the workplace. Policies supporting these three components can positively impact achieving educational goals and increasing work motivation. Schools should create a supportive work environment, increase employee engagement through training and rewards, and create policies that support work-life balance.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyiapkan para pelajar dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam menggali ide-ide bisnis yang unik dan inovatif. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi Majelis Taklim Anak Kholatul Qur’an SMA Al Mutaqqin Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, para pelajar masih sulit mencari ide bisnis yang unik dan kreatif di tengah banyaknya bisnis yang sudah menjamur di era globalisasi dan transformasi teknologi yang pesat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah edukasi literasi melalui study case, dan Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan para pelajar mampu menciptakan ide bisnis yang unik dan inovatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar saat ini dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif Keberlanjutan daya saing, Memenuhi tantangan global, Meningkatkan efesiensi operasional dan Pemahaman terhadap pelanggan. Capaian kegiatan ini mencapai di angka 120% pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan siswa dapat berkontribusi di usaha mikro dan menengah (UMKM) di lingkungan sekitar karena para pengusaha memerlukan kemampuan kreatif untuk terus bertahan dalam dunia bisnis.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyiapkan para pelajar untuk bisa secara mandiri belajar secara efektif dan efisien ditengah maraknya informasi yang bebas di dapatkan dalam dunia digital saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, para pelajar SMA Cindera Mata masih sulit mengatur waktu mereka antara belajar di sekolah, mengerjakan tugas sekolah di rumah dan urusan pribadi dengan keluarga. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah seluruh siswa siswi pada organisasi Rokris SMA Cindera Mata, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Hasil dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah para pelajar mampu memahami materi dan mampu mengelola waktu dalam mengerjakan aktivitas yang terencana. Hal ini dapat terlihat bagaimana para peserta dapat membuat jadwal masing masing dengan menggunakan 6 langkah yaitu Brainstorming, Breakdown Task, Priority Scale, membuat agenda yang Smart, membuat to do List dan Stop Doing List.
