Abstract

The principal's function as a supervisor in the implementation of school-based management is covered in this paper. The goal of this research is to characterize the principal's position as a supervisor based on four components of school-based management, including creating and evaluating school programs, managing the learning process, handling personnel issues, and managing relationships with the committee. One of school served as the research site. Descriptive qualitative methodology is the research technique employed. The school committee chairman, instructors, and the principal were the sources of the data. The findings indicated that the principal's position as a supervisor in overseeing the educational process and school-community interactions was ideal. However, it has not been functioning at its best in its capacity as a supervisor in developing and assessing school programs and managing staff. Suggestions in this situation include the principal setting a good example of teacher discipline. It is important to retain the role that parents or committees play in raising learning standards, and it is hoped that more observations will be made to see if the principal's supervising efforts have a reciprocal effect.

Abstract

In order to assist businesses, create more efficient solutions and get the greatest benefits from these applications, this research was undertaken with the primary goal of identifying the elements that influence the behavior of utilizing food service applications and enhancing their use. Three variables from the Delone & Mclean IS Success Model and the measurement model, UTAUT, are used in this study's quantitative methodology. Users of food service applications on the island of Java make up the study's population. A total of 150 people responded to the samples. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 4 and the PLS-SEM methodology. Five of the seven factors examined in the study of interest and usage behavior were found to be valid. This means that the use of food service applications can improve performance, assisted by supporting facilities and systems of good quality, so that it can affect the level of user acceptance of the food service application. This research can provide startups with an understanding of the factors that influence their application usage behavior, with the aim of increasing the acceptance and use of food service applications.

Abstract

The scope of this research is about a database application system called Feeder PDDIKTI, where the application can be used as a complete data storage medium by all universities in Indonesia, both university data, lecturer data, study program data, and student data. However, in its application there are still some weaknesses that are felt by users while using the system.The purpose of study is to determine how well-liked the program is by users and to find out what factors affect user acceptance of the application using the modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, whose data testing is assisted by using IBM SPSS. Thus, of the seven hypotheses put forth by the researcher, five are accepted, including Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Perceived Credibility, which are all shown to have a significant positive impact on behavioral intention in user acceptance. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention also have a significant positive impact on use behavior in user acceptance, while Effort Expectancy and Anxiety are shown to have no significant influence.

Abstract

This research aims to contribute to modern business, new work systems, and industrial relations. This research is a longitudinal study involving manufacturing companies. Researchers collected data at two different periods. Researchers surveyed by sending a questionnaire to the company's human resources managers. Research findings show a reasonably strong relationship between implementing new work practices and better company results. However, according to the dominant theory, this result does not always occur in every case. These results indicate a greater focus on small businesses, which play a significant role in the fabric industry. The third result shows the durability or sustainability of individual practices. These new practices have proven effective in improving company performance, which may be why groups are more confident implementing them. Discriminant analysis reveals that firms' structural and market characteristics account for most of the variability in their orientation toward organizational innovation. The intensity of relationships with other companies positively correlates with using new work practices, mainly if the company operates internationally. The competition level in the company's market is also related to the use of new work practices and intense, innovative activities, especially those related to technology and the coordination of activities within the organization, such as information technology.

Abstract

This study aims to provide knowledge about the influence of digital transformation, especially in the human resource management department, on organizational performance, especially in the hospitality industry. This study uses a combination of exploratory and descriptive approaches. This study collects data using structured observation and field surveys. The results of the study indicate that the hospitality industry is currently undergoing digital transformation in various departments and management requires support for digital mastery from all human resources working in the hospitality industry. Various skills and mastery of digital devices required by staff in the human resources department are communication skills, including the use of email, instant messaging applications, and applications in the selection and recruitment process. Other technological devices needed by hotel management are hotel management systems and office asset management. The advice given to hotel management is to provide training and certification for staff who work to address the existing skills gap. Another conclusion of this study is that employers view informational skills as complementary and not important during the employee selection process. The most sought-after position is a receptionist, which requires strong communication skills and efficient operational capabilities.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta belum baik, selain itu untuk merumuskan upaya meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara atau interview guide. Hasil penelitian disiplin kerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta masih belum baik karena masih menghadapi berbagai masalah antara lain: faktor internal kurangnya kesadaran diri, kuranganya komitmen serta tanggungjawab dan faktor eksternal adanya kejadian diluar predikasi macet, kecelakaan dan pegawai yang aktif di masyararakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta adalah meliputi pengawasan atasan langsung, pembinaan pimpinan, monitoring dan evaluasi, keteladanan pimpinan, dan adanya reward dan punishment. Good employee work discipline is the key to achieving performance so that the goals of an organization will be achieved. On the other hand, the evaluation of the work discipline of the Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees has not been good. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the work discipline of employees at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court not to be good, in addition to formulating efforts to improve employee discipline at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, and the research instrument was an interview guide. The results of the work discipline of Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees are still not good because they are still facing various problems, including: internal factors, lack of self-awareness, lack of commitment and responsibility, and external factors, events outside of traffic jams, accidents and employees who are active in the community. Efforts made to improve employee discipline at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court include direct supervisor supervision, leadership development, monitoring and evaluation, leadership exemplary, and rewards and punishments.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bertema “Peningkatan Kapabilitas Digital Marketing bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Padukuhan Paten Kalurahan Tridadi, Kecamatan Sleman” ini bertujuan untuk : 1) memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digital marketing bagi usaha mereka dan memulai peralihan cara promosi produk UMKM dari konvensional menuju digital marketing; 2), mengajarkan praktik digital marketing dengan memanfaatkan jejaring sosial dan platform digital kepada pelaku UMKM; dan k3) menginsiprasi dan memotivasi para pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan digital marketing sebagai sarana komunikasi dan promosi produk mereka. Dalam rangka mewujudkan luaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan : Pertama Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Padukuhan Paten Kalurahan Tridadi, Kecamatan Sleman dilaksanakan selama 240 menit, Kedua Praktek dan Pendampingan yang dimulai dari penjelasan media pemasaran digital dilanjutkan praktek pembuatan akun media sosial facebook , Instagram dilanjutkan dilakukan pendampingan pembuatan akun di marketplace yang diikuti dengan pelatihan pemnuatan gambar produk dan posting iklan pertama produk mereka.

Abstract

Masalah ibu-ibu Aisyiyah yang selalu dibicarakan adalah mengenai pengelolaan keuangan adanya pos-pos yang over-budget sehingga terjadi defisit keuangan pada akhir bulan atau adanya kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. Masalah mengatur keuangan keluarga acapkali menjadi penyebab utama perselisihan yang terjadi dalam keluarga. Letak masalahnya, diantaranya karena minimnya komunikasi dan ketidaktahuan dalam mengatur keuangan keluarga dengan tepat (Sanusi, 2012). Manajemen keuangan keluarga adalah seni pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh individu atau keluarga melalui orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif, efisien dan bermanfaat. Menurut Rhenal Kasali, persoalan keuangan bukan cuma urusan kaum ibu saja yang sehari-hari dipercaya menjadi “menteri keuangan” sekaligus “menteri dalam negeri” rumah tangga. Suami sebagai kepala keluarga, harus sama-sama mengerti bagaimana mengelola keuangan agar tidak masuk perangkap “hidup hari ini”, karenanya perlu keterbukaan atau komunikasi yang efektif antara suami dan istri agar masing-masing individu tidak saling menyalahkan atau curiga dan dapat saling percaya dan disiplin dalam mengatur keuangan rumah tangganya. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi sekaligus pelatihan membuat anggaran serta pencatatan keuangan dalam rumah tangga, mengatur alokasi keuangan keluarga untuk bisa saving untuk kebutuhan darurat dan masa depan. Dengan adanya pelatihan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga bagi ibu-ibu anggota Aisyiyah dapat lebih memanage keuangannya dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover on Share Price in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period either simultaneously or partially. The data used is secondary data. By using the purposive sampling method, a total sample of 59 companies was obtained from 70 companies, then only 10 companies were selected. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that simultaneously, Re Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover affect the stock price of companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. But partially, only Operating Profit Margin and Debt to Equity have an effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, the Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Inventory Turnover have no effect on stock price for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja ASN di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Magelang, mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang menyebabkan kinerja ASN belum maksimal dan merumuskan upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja ASN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber sebanyak 7 orang, sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ASN di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Magelang sudah cukup baik namun belum maksimal. Kendala-kendala yang menyebabkan kinerja belum maksimal adalah adanya SOTK baru sehingga pembagian beban kerja menjadi kurang proporsional, masih terdapat sebagian ASN yang kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam hal teknologi informasi, ASN pada jabatan fungsional mengalami berbagai kendala yaitu belum adanya analisa jabatan pada peta jabatan OPD terkait, disiplin ASN yang menurun sejak adanya pandemi covid-19, keterbatasan jumlah ASN yang ada, masih minimnya sarana prasarana yang memadai, keterbatasan anggaran. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan adalah kerjasama antar bidang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, melaksanakan capacity building dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ASN terkait dengan tupoksinya, melakukan konsultasi ke provinsi dan pusat terkait dengan tim penilai angka kredit, meningkatkan disiplin dengan pemberlakuan aplikasi SIABA, memaksimalkan ASN yang ada dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kedinasan, memaksimalkan sarana prasarana yang ada , memaksimalkan anggaran yang ada. This study aims to determine the performance of ASN in the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Magelang Regency, describe the obstacles that cause ASN performance to not be optimal and formulate efforts to improve ASN performance. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. There were 7 resource persons, the data source consisted of primary and secondary data obtained from data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the performance of ASN in the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Magelang Regency was quite good but not optimal. The obstacles that cause performance not to be optimal are the existence of a new SOTK so that the division of workload becomes less proportional, there are still some ASNs who lack the ability in terms of information technology, ASNs in functional positions experience various obstacles, namely the absence of position analysis on the related OPD position map, ASN discipline that has decreased since the Covid-19 pandemic, limited number of existing ASNs, There is still a lack of adequate infrastructure, limited budget.The efforts made to improve are cooperation between fields in completing work, carrying out capacity building in increasing the capacity of ASNs related to their goals, consulting the provinces and centers related to the credit score assessment team, improving discipline with the implementation of the SIABA application, maximizing existing ASNs in completing official tasks, maximizing existing infrastructure, maximizing existing budgets.
