The many academic achievements obtained by students will be beneficial not only for the image of educational institutions but also for various other positive things such as accreditation status and evaluation of school performance. Students' academic achievement will encourage students to continue to improve their competence and form a competitive spirit. This study examines and analyzes the role of learning culture and the application of problem-based learning on student academic achievement. This research is qualitative, where researchers conduct interviews and observations in collecting data. In addition, this study uses literature and previous research studies that discuss the same variables and problems, namely those related to student academic achievement. The unit of analysis in this study includes students at the high school level in Indonesia, while the observation unit involves teachers, principals, and parents of students. This study concludes that building a learning culture that is pro or supports the adoption and use of technology and digitalization in the learning process and the application of problem-based learning can create and improve student academic achievement. The research suggests that school management should continue facilitating and encouraging teachers and students to optimize a learning culture oriented toward technology and digitalization. Teachers are also encouraged to maintain their performance in realizing learning oriented towards problem-based learning to improve students' academic achievement.

Abstract

This study evaluated the influence of work environment, engagement, and work-life balance on employee motivation. This study used a quantitative approach and involved 150 respondents. According to multiple linear regression data analysis, work environment, work engagement, and work-life balance affect teacher work motivation. Among the three, work engagement has the most significant impact on motivation to work. Work engagement plays a vital role in teachers' emotional and cognitive involvement in their work, making them feel more connected and enthusiastic about completing the tasks given. Teachers with high levels of work engagement tend to be more proactive, responsible, and satisfied with their work. This creates higher work enthusiasm and improves the quality of teaching. In addition, a conducive work environment, both physically and non-physically, also increases teacher motivation. A supportive workplace, with adequate facilities, a harmonious work atmosphere, and good social relationships between coworkers, can make work more productive and enjoyable. In addition, it has been proven that maintaining a balance between personal and work life is essential in reducing stress and increasing employee satisfaction. If educators can maintain this balance, they feel healthier and better prepared to face challenges in the workplace. Policies supporting these three components can positively impact achieving educational goals and increasing work motivation. Schools should create a supportive work environment, increase employee engagement through training and rewards, and create policies that support work-life balance.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry, employee job satisfaction not only has an impact on performance or contribution given to the company, but also has an impact on work discipline, loyalty and work quality. In types of industries with monotonous working conditions and uncomfortable working environments, job satisfaction is a challenge not only for company management but also for employees. This study aims to explore the role of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support on employee job satisfaction, especially in the manufacturing industry. This study uses a qualitative research method, where researchers conduct a study of theories, literature and previous research results that discuss the relationship between all independent variables and dependent variables. The literature collected is scientific articles published in journals in the last seven years. Based on the results of the study and analysis conducted by researchers on the literature and the results of previous studies that discuss the relationship and influence of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support variables on job satisfaction, it proves that there is a strong relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. Workplace cold violence and abusive supervision have been shown to have a negative effect on job satisfaction, while organizational support has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The core goal of the research is to determine the impact of green packaging, emotional branding, and digital customer experience on the selection of health products' brands. The main reasons for this study are the demand for green products, emotional connection with brands, and the migration of consumers from offline to online for information and purchases. The research employed a quantitative explanatory design with health product consumers being the sample population of 200 participants, who had online interaction with the brands and were selected through purposive sampling. The instrument of the study was initially evaluated for validity and reliability and then underwent classical assumption tests prior to the application of multiple linear regression analysis. Each of the three independent variables was found to have a major beneficial impact on brand preference. The coefficient of determination value shows that the model is capable of explaining the variations in brand preference. This study, when considering its theoretical implications, adds to the existing understanding of the topic of consumer behavior and modern marketing strategies in the health care sector. Additionally, the findings of the study provide a roadmap for companies to gain competitive advantage by incorporating eco-friendly packaging, upgrading emotional branding, and digitalizing experiences to facilitate brand preference creation more effectively.
