Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of canva-based audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS students in grade V of SDI Tebuireng Abdul Wahid Hasyim. This study uses quantitative research with a Pre-Experiment Design approach of the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design type. The researcher only used an experimental class without a control class to see the results in the pre-test and post-test as a benchmark for equality before and after treatment using canva-based audio-visual media. The population in this study is all students in grade V consisting of classes VA and VB. The technique in sample selection used is saturated sample. The sample to be used is the VA class with a total of 32 students. The validity test was used with the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation formula. Then the reliability test was continued with Cronbach's Alpha formula. The data in the research results were then tested for normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test formula. For the T test, the Paired Sample T-Test was used at a significance level of α = 5% or α = 0.05 in the hypothesis test. Then to calculate how much impact audio visual media has on learning outcomes, researchers use the Size Effect test. The results of the study showed that the use of canva-based audio-visual learning media had a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes of my pride area material in grade V students of SDI Tebuireng Abdul Wahid Hasyim.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate (1) the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method on the cooperation skills of elementary school students and (2) the significant difference in cooperation skills between students who followed PjBL and those who followed expository learning. Using a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group of fifth-grade students, this study divided the sample into two groups: the experimental group using PjBL and the control group applying the expository method. The measurement of cooperation skills was done through observation sheets, with normality and homogeneity tests to ensure the suitability of the data. Data analysis used a paired sample t-test to compare changes in cooperation skills in the same group before and after treatment, and an independent sample t-test was used to compare cooperation skills between experimental and control groups. The results showed that PjBL significantly improved students' cooperation skills compared to the expository method, with a significance value of 0.000 for both tests, which confirmed the effectiveness of PjBL in improving students' cooperation skills compared to the expository method.

Abstract

Krisis moral generasi muda di era globalisasi, yang ditandai oleh individualisme dan materialisme, menjadikan pendidikan karakter sebagai isu sentral dalam pendidikan nasional. Keluarga memiliki peran krusial sebagai fondasi awal pembentukan karakter anak sesuai syariat Islam, dengan penanaman nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, serta penerapan pendidikan profetik di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan urgensi peran pendidikan Islam berbasis keluarga dalam membentuk karakter anak serta mengidentifikasi strategi implementasinya di kehidupan modern. Studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka ini mengandalkan sumber sekunder dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif melalui reduksi, penyajian, verifikasi, sintesis, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga adalah lembaga esensial dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual melalui teladan, kebiasaan, serta bimbingan orang tua. Peran aktif orang tua dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, didukung komunikasi yang baik dan pendekatan profetik, sangat memengaruhi pengembangan karakter Islami. Penguatan pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga bukan lagi pilihan, melainkan keharusan untuk menciptakan generasi berkarakter Islami yang mampu beradaptasi dengan tantangan zaman.
