Abstract

Religious psychology is a field that studies the relationship between individual psychological aspects and religious beliefs and practices. This research aims to explore the development of religious spirit in adults, as well as how psychological factors influence their religious attitudes and behavior. Adults, who often have a more mature under standing of religious values, demonstrate religious attitudes that tend to be stable and integrated into everyday life. This research found that religious attitudes in adults are not only influenced by spiritual experiences, but also by mature cognitive processes in choosing and maintaining religious values. The results showed that adults who have a high level of religiosity are more likely to adopt religious values as a guide to life, which has a positive impact on their mental health and psychological well-being. Additionally, there was a significant relationship between religiosity and mental help-seeking behavior, with religious individuals being more likely to seek support from religious leaders compared to secular mental health professionals. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can provide deeper insight into the role of religious psychology in the lives of adults and its implications for their psychological well-being and social dynamics. This research also suggests the need for the integration of religious leaders in mental health support systems to increase the effectiveness of interventions for individuals experiencing psychological challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of financial statements based on the application of accounting based on SAK EMKM to UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi Jln Besar Sengon Sari No 21 Dusun II, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the application of recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from UKM Panglong Karya Indigenous. The data collection technique in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques and the analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM have implemented accounting but the recording of financial reports is still done manually and is very simple and its application does not follow the provisions in SAK EMKM. The financial statements made by UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi are only in the form of a profit and loss statement, while there is no report on financial position and notes on financial statements. The obstacle that caused the Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM to not implement was that they did not know and understand the preparation of business financial reports based on Micro, Small, Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi komunikasi pemasaran “Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro” dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses komunikasi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro telah mengintegrasikan berbagai elemen IMC, antara lain: periklanan melalui media offline dan online; promosi penjualan dengan menyediakan kopi dan teh gratis serta kantin 24 jam; serta event marketing melalui pertunjukan seni, perlombaan, dan kunjungan langsung ke dapur produksi. Usaha ini juga menjalankan hubungan masyarakat dan publisitas, misalnya dengan membagikan keripik gratis kepada sopir angkutan umum dan menyelenggarakan pelatihan UMKM. Strategi pemasaran langsung dilakukan melalui pelayanan ramah dan layanan pengantaran via media sosial. Pemasaran interaktif diterapkan dengan mendengarkan masukan konsumen dan mengadakan kuis di media sosial, sementara word-of-mouth melibatkan sopir dan konsumen sebagai agen promosi. Personal selling dilakukan melalui testimoni, bonus pembelian, serta partisipasi aktif dalam bazar tingkat kecamatan hingga provinsi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan dua hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi pemasaran, yaitu keterbatasan kemampuan tim promosi dalam mengelola media sosial, serta kesulitan dalam merumuskan ide dan konsep promosi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi yang terintegrasi dan strategis dalam membangun minat beli dan daya saing UMKM lokal.
