Abstract

Abstrak :Gagasan Thomas Kuhn tentang paradigma dan revolusi ilmiah memberikan kerangka kerja yang penting untuk memahami dinamika perubahan dalam ilmu pengetahuan, terutama di era digital saat ini. Digitalisasi telah mengubah cara ilmuwan berkolaborasi, mengakses, dan memproduksi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Kuhn dalam konteks era digital dan mengidentifikasi pergeseran paradigma yang terjadi akibat kemajuan teknologi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa era digital tidak hanya mempercepat akumulasi data dan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mendorong pergeseran paradigma dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya memahami konteks sosial dan budaya dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan memberikan wawasan tentang tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh komunitas ilmiah di masa depan.   Tujuan : Menggali pemikiran Thomas Kuhn mengenai perubahan paradigma dan dapat diterapkan dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat.   Metodologi : Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis literatur.   Hasil Penelitian : Pemikiran Thomas Kuhn tentang paradigma dan revolusi ilmiah tetap relevan dalam konteks era digital.

Abstract

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat keterlibatan karyawan dalam kerangka kerja fleksibel di organisasi-organisasi di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada kendala yang dihadapi dan pendekatan potensial untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di beberapa organisasi yang menerapkan kebijakan kerja fleksibel. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan dan manajer, serta analisis dokumen yang terkait dengan kebijakan organisasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama dalam keterlibatan karyawan. Hasil penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan di era pasca pandemi meliputi fleksibilitas kerja, komunikasi internal, dukungan organisasi, dan peluang pengembangan karir. Karyawan yang merasa memiliki otonomi dalam bekerja, mendapat dukungan dari manajemen, serta memiliki akses untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan karir cenderung lebih terikat dengan organisasi. Namun, ditemukan juga bahwa kurangnya interaksi sosial secara langsung dapat mengurangi keterikatan karyawan jika tidak diimbangi dengan strategi komunikasi yang efektif.

Abstract

Abstract : This study also opens up space for further quantitative data-based studies to examine the relationship between variables in greater depth.   Objective : This study aims to examine the influence of unique resources, leadership, and efficiency on organizational performance improvement, considering the mediating role of work motivation and the moderating role of age.   Method : This study was conducted using a systematic literature review approach on ten selected academic articles relevant to the research theme. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis techniques and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and quotations from the original sources. Results : The research findings indicate that unique resources, strategic leadership, and efficiency have a positive relationship with organizational performance. Work motivation was found to to be a significant mediator in strengthening this relationship. Meanwhile, age as a moderator variable showed varying influences based on workforce generation groups. These findings contribute significantly to the development of human resource management theory and organizational practices that are more contextual and adaptive.

Abstract

The era of disruption challenges the relevance of conventional strategic management theories built on assumptions of stability, predictability, and structural rationality. This study aims to identify and examine the philosophical assumptions—ontology, epistemology, and axiology—underlying mainstream strategic theories, as well as evaluate their limitations in responding to the dynamics of the VUCA world. Using a critical conceptual review and philosophical inquiry approach, this study deconstructs the foundational frameworks of theories such as Porter and Mintzberg and proposes an alternative epistemology based on pragmatism (Dewey & Rorty). The findings reveal that the absence of explicit philosophical foundations leads to theoretical fragmentation and weakens the theories' ability to adapt. As a contribution, this study offers a new, more flexible, and contextual framework to address today's disruptive challenges. Its implications include the redesign of strategic theory and recommendations for more reflective and ethical organizational policies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the values of sustainable finance within the practice of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) through a multi-case study in Indonesia. The research focuses on how companies internalize ESG not merely as a regulatory obligation but also as a strategy to build competitiveness, reputation, and long-term sustainability. The research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design, collecting data through in-depth interviews, sustainability report analysis, and official document reviews. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques with triangulation to enhance the validity of the findings. The results indicate that ESG implementation in Indonesia remains diverse: while some companies have integrated ESG into their business strategies, others tend to engage in symbolic reporting (greenwashing). Strong ESG practices have been proven to generate positive impacts on sustainable financial value, including increased profitability, strengthened stakeholder relations, and more effective risk management. Furthermore, ESG implementation contributes significantly to society through social empowerment, environmentally friendly technological innovation, and the enhancement of sustainability literacy. The study concludes that ESG plays a pivotal role as the foundation of a sustainable financial system in Indonesia. These findings reinforce the argument that ESG practices are not merely compliance instruments but also essential drivers in creating long-term economic and social value.
