Abstract

Islamic education management plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that excels academically and possesses strong moral and spiritual character. This study aims to analyze the paradigm of Islamic education management from the educational philosophy perspective and develop an effective strategic plan for Islamic schools. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature studies. The findings indicate that implementing the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) concept, based on Islamic values, enhances the effectiveness of Islamic school management. Furthermore, integrating Islamic educational philosophy into management systems enables schools to face global challenges without losing their Islamic identity. Thus, this study contributes to developing a more strategic and sustainable Islamic education management model.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memegang peran penting dalam menentukan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui pendekatan literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji penelitian relevan yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang mengedepankan kolaborasi, partisipasi aktif, dan komunikasi terbuka mampu menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif untuk pengembangan kompetensi siswa. Kepala sekolah yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan ini cenderung lebih berhasil dalam membangun hubungan yang harmonis dengan guru, siswa, dan masyarakat, sehingga mendukung tercapainya kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, kepemimpinan demokratis mendorong peningkatan inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan pembinaan karakter siswa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang relevan untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan

Abstract

This writing aims to transform RA Masyithoh Sutoragan into an advanced, quality, and global madrasah through the use of YouTube social media for the advancement of the institution. This arose from problems in RA, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, where we had to hold online learning.on line. The weak ability of teachers to operate IT makes us think hard about finding a way to make learning more effective. Online learning can run smoothly. We conduct training activities independently, both online and offline, in institutions and also learn from various sources, both paid and free. The subjects of our research were teachers and education personnel at RA Masyithoh Sutoragan. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive analysis method through face-to-face interviews. The results of the study show that the strategy for developing the RA head's entrepreneurial competency through the use of YouTube social media has made RA Masyithoh Sutoragan get additional income from YouTube bonuses, and RA is increasingly in demand by the community, as evidenced by the increasing number of students every year. Teachers are getting more creative. The activities and creativity of teachers are uploaded to cyberspace via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Keywords:   Entrepreneurship Competence, Social Media, Youtube

Abstract

Family, as the smallest unit in public, plays a role in forming character children, and parents become educators first and foremost. Character-strong parents reflected in pattern care, interaction, and role models contributed to creating a morally noble generation. RA Masyitoh True, an Islamic education institution, uses the approach to build parents' character. Mujahadah, through spiritual efforts through worship, prayer, and self-control, aims to get closer to Allah SWT and develop positive attitudes and habits. Research This seeks to explore the effectiveness of implementation struggle in forming parent character as a parenting medium. With the qualitative descriptive, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from the guardians of RA Masyitoh students True. Research results show that struggle increases spiritual awareness, control of self, patience, and responsibility of the parents. Besides that, activity tightens the emotional connection between parents and children and creates an environment of harmonious education. Implementing mujahadah, such as regular dhikr and prayer together, also impacts the formation of character children, especially in manners, morals, and attitudes towards teachers and parents. Research This confirms that struggle is a relevant and applicable approach. Development patterns fostered spirituality, which not only forms family sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy but also supports the creation of a character and pious generation.
