Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of construction waste management to support the achievement of Green Construction. This is based on the construction industry's activities becoming one of the main contributors to negative environmental impacts. The type of research used in this study is the descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study is construction management companies operating in Indonesia. The sample was taken using the random sampling method with a total of 100 construction projects.The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The research results show that sustainable development, which is an elaboration of the green construction concept, through the implementation of a waste management system, contributes to the creation of a good environment through aspects such as: Storage Handling; Reuse Material; Human Resource Competence; Field Implementation; and Work Methods. From the analysis conducted, these five aspects have a significant impact in minimizing material waste from construction activities.

Abstract

The development and economic growth of Indonesia is assisted by small and medium-sized micro enterprises (UMKM). With digital literacy as a moderator variable, this study aims to test the impact of the digital economy on UMKM's revenue in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive quantitative method was used; the sample used was a UMKM perpetrator in Medan City, with 100 respondents. Smart PLS version 3.0 is the analytical tool used. The results of this study show that the digital economy has a positive and significant impact on the income of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the field. Digital literacy also plays an important role in regulating both variables. So, if digital literacy is maximized, UMKM's revenue will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi SDM kebidanan hijau terhadap pembangunan kesehatan berkelanjutan serta peran moderasi kesadaran masyarakat dalam hubungan tersebut pada layanan kesehatan primer di Kota Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi tenaga kebidanan di fasilitas kesehatan primer dan melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert yang disusun dari indikator variabel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel laten secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi SDM kebidanan berpengaruh sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan kesehatan berkelanjutan dengan koefisien 0,692, t-statistik 12,985, dan p-value 0,000. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat terbukti memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan tersebut, dengan koefisien 0,26, t-statistik 3,173, dan p-value 0,002, yang menandakan bahwa tingginya kesadaran masyarakat memperkuat dampak strategi kebidanan hijau terhadap pencapaian pembangunan kesehatan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the mediation of work motivation on the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of regional organizations in South Tapanuli Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The number of samples in this study was determined using total sampling/complete enumeration, so all members of the population were used as research samples with a total of 40 OPDs. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this research was divided into three stages. First, data quality testing, assumption testing, hypothesis testing. The research results show that (1) organizational culture influences employee performance in the South Tapanuli Regency OPD; (2) organizational culture influences employee work motivation for employees in the South Tapanuli Regency OPD; (3) Motivation influences employee performance among employees in the South Tapanuli Regency OPD; (4) motivation can mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the South Tapanuli Regency OPD.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Mediasi Motivasi Kerja Pada Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan total sampling/complete enumeration, jadi seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 40 OPD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran Kusisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap. Pertama pengujian kualitas data, melakukan pengujian asumsin, melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada OPD Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan; (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada pegawai pada OPD Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan; (3) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pegawai pada OPD Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan; (4) motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada OPD Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan.
