Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of construction waste management to support the achievement of Green Construction. This is based on the construction industry's activities becoming one of the main contributors to negative environmental impacts. The type of research used in this study is the descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study is construction management companies operating in Indonesia. The sample was taken using the random sampling method with a total of 100 construction projects.The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The research results show that sustainable development, which is an elaboration of the green construction concept, through the implementation of a waste management system, contributes to the creation of a good environment through aspects such as: Storage Handling; Reuse Material; Human Resource Competence; Field Implementation; and Work Methods. From the analysis conducted, these five aspects have a significant impact in minimizing material waste from construction activities.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on Efarina TV employee performance. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method, namely a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The number of samples in this study was determined using total sampling/complete enumeration, so all members of the population were used as research samples with a total of 83 samples. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this research was divided into three stages. First, data quality testing, assumption testing, hypothesis testing. The research results show that (1) Work discipline influences employee performance at PT. Efarina T; (2) Job satisfaction influences employee performance at PT. Efarina TV; (3) Work discipline and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Efarina TV.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Efarina TV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan total sampling/complete enumeration, jadi seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 83 orang sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran Kusisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap. Pertama pengujian kualitas data, melakukan pengujian asumsin, melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina T; (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina TV; (3) Disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Efarina TV.

Abstract

This workshop aims to help students’ carrier planning to their interest in their future major in university by using a worksheet of combination of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), the interest and talent approach. This workshop was used PAR (Participatory Action Research) methods in two private vocational schools and one high school in Medan involving 194 students. The results of the worksheet showed that there were differences in several simulation indicators from high school and vocational school students. Another interesting finding was that the majority of students chose their favorite world as introverts. The interest and talent test showed that they were already in the interests and talents that supported their majors. It hoped that the results of this simple test will be an input for students to plan their careers by mapping their interests, talents, and personality types.

Abstract

The development and economic growth of Indonesia is assisted by small and medium-sized micro enterprises (UMKM). With digital literacy as a moderator variable, this study aims to test the impact of the digital economy on UMKM's revenue in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive quantitative method was used; the sample used was a UMKM perpetrator in Medan City, with 100 respondents. Smart PLS version 3.0 is the analytical tool used. The results of this study show that the digital economy has a positive and significant impact on the income of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the field. Digital literacy also plays an important role in regulating both variables. So, if digital literacy is maximized, UMKM's revenue will increase.

Abstract

Work productivity is a comparison between the results achieved and employee participation per unit of time. Age has an influence on labor productivity. A person's length of service has an influence on their work. The study was conducted in Afdeling 2, Afdeling 4 and Afdeling 5 during the period March - May 2024. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the work productivity of harvest employees in oil palm plantations using quantitative descriptive research methods. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence of age and work experience on the Work Productivity of harvest employees in PT.X plantations Based on Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y = 24.034 + 0.228X1 + 0.231X2. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the results are the calculated t value of the Age variable (X1) 4.132 > 1.987 t table value and significant value 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that the Age variable (X1) has an effect on the variable Work productivity of harvest employees (Y), the calculated t value of the Work Experience variable (X2) 3.815 > 1.987 t table value and significant value 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that the Work Experience variable (X2) has an effect on the variable Work productivity of harvest employees (Y). The results of the determination test are 36.5%.
