Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep Maqashid Syariah dalam konteks ekonomi islam dan relevansinya dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kontemporer. Konsep Maqashid Syariah bertujuan untuk membangun kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan manusia melalui penyelenggaraan distribusi harta yang adil dan sepadan. Dalam artikel ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur dengan model review narrative review untuk menganalisis konsep Maqashid Syariah yang berasal dari informasi yang sesuai dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Maqashid Syariah memiliki dua perspektif utama: Maqashid Al-Syar’i (Tujuan Tuhan) dan Maqashid Al-Mukallaf (Tujuan Mukallaf), yang masing-masing menekankan pentingnya mencapai kesejahteraan manusia menurut kaidah syariah. Maqasid Syariah adalah inti dari semua analisis ekonomi, terutama yang berhubungan dengan masalah-masalah seperti kemiskinan, distribusi kekayaan, dan pembangunan ekonomi. Seorang ahli ekonomi menekankan bahwa mencapai tujuan ekonomi dalam Islam dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendistribusikan kekayaan secara adil agar dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat, bukan hanya oleh segelintir orang kaya. Maqasid Syariah berfungsi sebagai kerangka dalam membangun ekonomi Islam, menjaga agar aktivitas ekonomi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, serta sebagai jembatan antara kehendak Tuhan dan aspirasi manusia.

Abstract

The money market is a place for short-term financial instrument transactions that function to meet the liquidity needs of economic actors, while the capital market provides long-term instruments such as stocks and bonds that support investment and sustainable economic growth. In Islamic economics, the presence of the money market and sharia capital market provides investment alternatives that are in accordance with sharia principles, avoiding elements of usury, gharar, and maysir, and emphasizing justice and transparency. This article also reviews the differences in characteristics, mechanisms, and instruments between conventional and sharia markets, and highlights the importance of implementing the principles of fiqh muamalah in the development of sharia financial markets in Indonesia. This study uses a literature study method by examining various relevant sources to deepen the study of the money market and capital market from an Islamic economic perspective, so that it can provide understanding and references for the development of sharia finance in the future.

Abstract

Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) sangat penting karena merupakan salah satu segmen pembiayaan yang berasal dari masyarakat bagi pembangunan Negara. Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) adalah bentuk pajak yang bersifat wajib sesuai dengan ketetapan Undang-Undang No. 21 Tahun 1997 Tentang Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan. UU No. 20 Tahun 2000 Tentang Perubahan Atas UU No. 21 Tahun 1997. Tujuan penelitian berupa untuk menambah informasi mengenai Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB), bagaimana pelaksanaan pemungutan BPHTB,cara perhitungan dan pembayaran, sanksi bagi wajib pajak yang tidak membayarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. BPHTB merupakan pajak atas perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan, BPHTB dalam hal ini disebut sebagai pajak . Subjek pajak BPHTH adalah orang pribadi atau badan yang memperoleh hak atas tanah dan atau bangunan. Objek BPHTB meliputi perolehan hak atas tanah dan atau bangunan, termasuk pemindahan hak dan pemberian hak baru.

Abstract

The transformation of the global financial system has seen major changes from the increasing use of digital technology in a number of economic activities. Islamic banking at the international level is experiencing a new situation marked by cross-border competition, shifting customer behavior patterns, as well as the need for efficiency, transparency, and innovation in financial products and services. This study aims to analyze international Islamic banking strategies when supporting economic progress including responding to fintech challenges and the advancing stages of digitalization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a literature study approach by examining scientific journals, several books, and a number of other references. The results of the analysis show that international Islamic banking can adjust through optimizing digital technology, strengthening business models to adjust some sharia values, and adding strategic partnerships. It is concluded that the success of international Islamic banking in experiencing the digital era is ensured by the ability to maintain a balance of technological innovation and sustainable implementation of sharia principles in its modern global financial system

Abstract

Business ethics is an essential element in modern business practices, particularly in the implementation of Sharia-based Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This article aims to analyze the dimensions of ethics in business practices, the development of business ethics, principles of professional ethics, business as a noble profession, and the issue of moral relativism in global business. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The findings indicate that business ethics functions not only as a moral guideline but also as a strategic instrument in ensuring business sustainability. The principles of moral integrity and no harm are universal and remain relevant in addressing global ethical challenges. From the perspective of Sharia-based GCG, business ethics is reinforced by Islamic values such as honesty (shiddiq), justice (‘adl), trustworthiness (amanah), and ihsan, ensuring that business activities are oriented not only toward profit but also toward public welfare and blessings.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu pelaku UMKM di Desa Perkebunan Bukit Lawang, Kecamatan Bahorok, Kabupaten Langkat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, dalam meningkatkan kehadiran digital melalui pendaftaran titik lokasi usaha di Google Maps. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Sebanyak lima UMKM berhasil didaftarkan dan diverifikasi oleh pihak Google. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sederhana melalui Google Maps dapat memperluas jangkauan promosi, meningkatkan keterhubungan usaha dengan wisatawan, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya teknologi dalam pengembangan ekonomi desa wisata. Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, UMKM, Google Maps. Abstract This community service activity aims to assist MSME owners in Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province in enhancing their digital presence through business location registration on Google Maps. The program, conducted by students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Five MSMEs were successfully registered and verified by Google. The results indicate that simple digitalization through Google Maps can expand business visibility, improve connectivity with tourists, and raise awareness of technology’s role in supporting rural economic development.
