Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran karyawan marketing perbankan syariah dalam menjawab keraguan umat Islam terhadap Perbankan Syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Objek penelitian merupakan karyawan marketing Perbankan Syariah, nasabah, dan masyarakat non nasabah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan marketing memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat terhadap Perbankan Syariah, mereka tidak hanya bertugas sebagai penjual produk, tetapi juga sebagai pendidik dan duta yang membantu memperluas pemahaman serta penerimaan terhadap konsep-konsep syariah dalam konteks keuangan. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip syariah yang menjadi dasar operasional perbankan syariah merupakan faktor utama yang menyebabkan keraguan umat Islam. Untuk mengatasi keraguan umat Islam terhadap perbankan syariah, diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret yang melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait seperti memberikan edukasi, meningkatkan transparansi, penguatan kerjasama antara karyawan dan perbankan syariah, serta melakukan regulasi dan pengawasan terhadap Perbankan Syariah.

Tingkat literasi masyarakat terhadap pembiayaan syariah masih tergolong rendah jika dibandingkan dengan pemahaman mereka terhadap sistem perbankan konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku UMKM, khususnya pengrajin batik tulis di Kelurahan Betungan, Kota Bengkulu, mengenai konsep, prinsip, dan manfaat pembiayaan syariah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengubah persepsi yang keliru bahwa bank syariah tidak memiliki perbedaan signifikan dengan bank konvensional, serta memberikan dorongan bagi pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan pembiayaan syariah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam pengembangan usaha mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah para pengrajin batik tulis di Kelurahan Betungan, Kecamatan Selebar, Kota Bengkulu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan perubahan pemahaman dan minat peserta terhadap pembiayaan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi yang dilakukan secara langsung kepada kelompok pengrajin berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka terkait pembiayaan syariah. Para peserta juga menunjukkan respons yang positif dan minat yang cukup tinggi untuk mulai menggunakan layanan perbankan syariah dalam kehidupan dan aktivitas usaha mereka. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang tepat dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan pelaku UMKM.

This study aims to analyze the leading sectors in South Bengkulu district based on Islamic perspectives. This study uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method to identify superior sectors, Shift Share Analysis (SSA) to see sectoral growth, and descriptive analysis to relate the findings to Islamic economic principles. The data used is secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of South Bengkulu Regency and Bengkulu Province in a certain period. The results of the study show that the Inventory Change sector. This sector can become a leading sector in South Bengkulu because it meets the applicable provisions in determining the superior sector, namely having an average value of LQ > 1 and positive values in the Mij component and the Cij component in the Shift Share analysis. This research recommends the development of leading sectors with an Islamic approach, such as strengthening the Islamic financial system, increasing the capacity of farmers and fishermen, as well as resource management based on Islamic values. The results of this research are expected to be the basis for sustainable and sharia-based regional economic development planning.

This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and inflation on the open unemployment rate in Bengkulu City from 2015 to 2023 with an Islamic economic perspective. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely quarterly data taken from the official website of the Bengkulu City Statistics Agency. The analysis techniques used in the quantitative approach are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests and are assisted by software applications, namely IBM Statistics 2.20. and for the qualitative approach with the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that partially GRDP has a positive and insignificant effect and Inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on the Open Unemployment rate in Bengkulu City in 2015-2023. Simultaneously, GRDP and Inflation do not have a significant effect because they are not fully supported by various supporting factors. After that, with an Islamic economic perspective, it is revealed that the high unemployment rate and the discontinuity of wealth distribution reflect the suboptimal application of the values of justice in Islam.

This study aims to improve students' ability to understand the concept of Energy. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The action is implemented by applying contextual learning. The research was conducted at SDN 144/V Betara Kiri with 29 students. The types of data in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data were obtained from tests at the end of each lesson in each cycle, and qualitative data were obtained from observations in the implementation of actions. Quantitative data analysis was carried out by determining the average score of students' understanding of the concept of effort and energy. Qualitative data were analyzed with the aim of improving the implementation of the action. The learning results show that students' ability to understand the concept of Energy has increased with the application of contextual learning. This is indicated by the increased ability to understand concepts from 68.22 in cycle I to 81.63 in cycle II.

This study aims to find out how the management performance, financial performance, and performance of the utilization program at BAZNAS Bengkulu City during 2021-2022 using the Indonesia Magnificence Zakat (IMZ) measurement method. Indonesia Magnificence Zakat is a non-profit organization empowerment and management consulting institution engaged in training, consulting and mentoring, as well as zakat research and advocacy, this performance measurement method is called Zakat Management Excellence Performance. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative evaluation method. The results of the study on three components in BAZNAS Bengkulu City, namely management performance, financial performance, and quality of utilization programs, show that the performance of BAZNAS Bengkulu City obtained a good score in each performance component based on IMZ measurement. In some performances, they show good value components, but there are also those that show low scores, from these results are averaged so that good scores are obtained.

Ada tradisi 'Yasinan dan Tahlilan', berkombinasi dengan 'tabligh musibah' untuk selama tiga hari di Kota Bengkulu. Jika tradisi 'yasinan dan tahlilan' dilakukan oleh tokoh agama/adat di sore hari dan ba'da maghrib. Maka, tabligh musibah oleh pemerintah setempat selama tiga malam. Uniknya, kombinasi dakwah kultural dan struktrual seperti itu tidak ada di daerah lainnya di Bengkulu, bahkan di luar daerah. Bagaimana eksistensi tradisi yasinan dan tahlilan sebagai dakwah kultural? Bagaimana eksistensi program 3 in 1 sebagai dakwah struktural? Lalu, bagaimana kombinasi keduanya sehingga berimplikasi terhadap kerukunan umat beragama? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan, dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: 1) Tradisi Yasinan dan Tahlilan sebagai dakwah kultural dikenal 'nigo arai', dan 'nujuh arai'. 2) Tabligh musibah merupakan intervensi kepedulian Pemerintah Daerah sebagai bentuk dakwah struktural selama tiga malam. The phenomenon of rising religious populism, digital radicalism, and theological disinformation in the post-truth era has shifted religious authority from clerics and academics to a digital space full of emotions and ideological biases. This condition gave rise to a new form of ghuluw (extremism) that was not only theological, but also epistemological. This research aims to answer the main question: what is the meaning of "wa lā taghlū fī dīnikum" in Q.S. An-Nisā' (4):171 can be interpreted through Fazlur Rahman's double movement hermeneutics to strengthen the paradigm of religious moderation in the post-truth era? Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study utilizes Fazlur Rahman's major work Themes of the Qur'an and Islam and Modernity as a theoretical foundation, and is supported by classical and contemporary interpretations for textual analysis. The data analysis technique is carried out through two stages of double movement: understanding the historical context of the revelation (the first movement) and relevanting it to modern socio-religious conditions (the second movement). The results of the study show that the prohibition of ghuluw in the verse has universal moral relevance as a warning against the absolutism of interpretation and the claim of the single truth in the age of disinformation. Through the double movement approach, it is found that religious moderation is not an ideological compromise, but a rational expression of Qur'anic ethics that integrates faith, reason, and humanity. This research offers an epistemological synthesis in the form of "contextual-moderate interpretation", which is an integrative interpretive model between texts, contexts, and social morals. This study recommends the development of further research on the integration of Rahman's hermeneutics with maqāṣid al-sharī'ah and religious digital literacy theory to strengthen the epistemic resilience of the ummah in the midst of a global crisis of truth
