Abstract

The phenomenon of a wasteful lifestyle is often experienced by teenagers who are still in school because the youth group is a potential target so, financial literacy skills are really needed so the students are able to manage their finances personally and make economic decisions with logical reasons. To achieve this, community service activities are carried out using Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Based on the result from the activity, it was found that aout of a total from 103 participants, 16 (15%) participants had wll literate level, 48 (47%) participants had sufficient literate level, 39 (38%) participants had less literate and there is no participants had not literate level. Futhermore, the educational program design at Bank Mini Sekolah at SMKN 3 Muaro Jambi consist of: a savings service program (Magema), financial recording practices, and banking professional work pratices. Through the implementation of the program, not only to improve the financial literacy skills of students and school residents, practical learrning for students, it also instills a good attitude in financial management with a (culture of) fondness for saving.

Abstract

Jual beli merupakan salah satu bentuk mu’amalah, yaitu hubungan yang terjadi antara manusia dengan manusia. Dalam transaksi jual beli, Islam mengajarkan agar jual beli yang dilakukan dilandasi dengan kejelasan jelas akad, barang dan harga sehingga tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan oleh pihak lain. Islam melarang melakukan akad jual dengan ketidakjelasan, baik barang, harga atau akadnya. arena ketidakjelasan (gharar) berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan ketika jual beli telah berlalu. Salah satu bentuk jual beli gharar adalah jual beli ijon. jual beli ijon dalam praktek di masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan jual beli buah-buahan yang belum matang sempurna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif sebanyak 25 responden. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial dan simultan budaya dan sosial berpengaruh beli ijon di Desa Hapung Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas dengan tingkat determinasi nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,903 bernilai positif, artinya berpengaruh variabel budaya dan sosial sangat kuat. atau 81,9% variabel terikat dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas, sementara 18,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The principle of gharar is one of the important pillars in Islamic economics that functions to maintain justice, transparency, and certainty in every economic transaction. The prohibition against gharar is based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad which prohibits buying and selling that contains an element of uncertainty (bay' al-gharar). In the modern context, this principle faces serious challenges due to the development of the global economic system, the emergence of digital financial instruments, and complex technology-based business models. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of gharar, identify the challenges and regulations of its application in contemporary economic systems, and evaluate the implementation of anti-gharar principles in modern business practices. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies, with data searches through scientific sources on Google Scholar which include journals, books, and fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) related to gharar. The results of the study show that the gharar ban has strong relevance in maintaining economic stability and ethics in the midst of global business dynamics. Sharia regulations, such as the DSN-MUI fatwa, are an important instrument in ensuring compliance with this principle, especially in the Islamic banking, insurance, and fintech sectors . In conclusion, gharar is not just a normative prohibition, but a moral and legal guideline for building a fair, transparent, and sustainable business system in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program was launched by the Indonesian government with the aim of improving the quality of higher education and preparing graduates who are competent in the world of work. One important aspect that is expected to be improved through this program is student soft skills. This research aims to examine in depth the role of MBKM in the development of student soft skills in Jambi City, Indonesia. This research used an observational approach involving 350 students from various universities in Jambi City who participated in the MBKM program. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively to explore a comprehensive understanding of the impact of MBKM on student soft skills. The research results show that MBKM has a significant role in improving the soft skills of students in Jambi City. Participation in various MBKM activities, such as internships, humanitarian projects, and student exchanges, provides opportunities for students to develop communication skills, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. Apart from that, MBKM also helps students increase their self-confidence, independence, and ability to adapt to new environments. The MBKM program has proven effective in improving the soft skills of students in Jambi City. These findings provide empirical evidence that supports the importance of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who not only have academic competencies, but also the soft skills needed in the world of work. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing higher education policies that are more effective in improving the quality of graduates.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has encouraged the use of digital-based learning media (MPBD) at various levels, including senior high school. This study aims to analyze the effect of using MPBD on the competency of senior high school students in Jambi City, Indonesia. This research uses an observational design with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 350 senior high school students in Jambi City who were randomly selected in stages. Data was collected through questionnaires, class observations, and document analysis (report scores). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that the use of MPBD has a positive and significant effect on student competence (p < 0.05). Factors such as intensity of use of MPBD, quality of MPBD, and teacher support also contribute significantly to increasing competency. The use of MPBD that is well integrated in the learning process can increase the competence of senior high school students. Improving the quality of MPBD, teacher training and infrastructure support is needed to optimize the use of MPBD in education.
