Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi perilaku konsumen pada Taichans Kesawan Medan. Permasalahan yang ingin diketahui pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi perilaku konsumen pada Taichans Kesawan Medan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisa kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah sebanyak 150 pelanggan Taichan Kesawan Medan yang telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu usia pengunjung 16 tahun keatas, berkunjung minimal 3 kali. Analisa data dengan mengggunakan program SPSS, kepada responden sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah Kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi perilaku konsumen pada Taichans Kesawan Medan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Perilaku Konsumen. AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer behavior at Taichans Kesawan Medan. The problem to be known in this study is how the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer behavior at Taichans Kesawan Medan. The research method used is the quantitative analysis method. In this study, the population was 150 Taichan Kesawan Medan customers who had met the criteria, namely the age of visitors 16 years and over, visiting at least 3 times. Data analysis using the SPSS program, to 60 respondents. The results of the study are that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer behavior at Taichans Kesawan Medan. Abstract

The purpose research is to determine how the quality of service and product quality affect purchasing decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative method based on the approach of analyzing numerical data/numbers. Hypothesis testing in this study used SPSS. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and path analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Sample of 60 respondents from a population of 150 people. The results of the Direct Influence study are The influence of service quality variables on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant . The study found that the indirect influence of service quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It is concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. While the direct influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant. The indirect influence of product quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It can be concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study explores the impact of employee engagement and productivity on innovation in startup companies. The research aims to understand how employee involvement, motivation, and productivity contribute to fostering innovation in a dynamic and competitive environment. A quantitative approach was used to analyze the relationship between these variables. The study highlights that employee engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing creativity, commitment, and job satisfaction, which in turn drive innovation. Similarly, higher productivity leads to improved efficiency and adaptability, enabling startups to remain competitive and innovative. The findings suggest that organizations with engaged and productive employees are more likely to develop new ideas, implement creative solutions, and sustain long-term growth. The study provides insights for startup leaders and managers, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a supportive work environment, offering professional development opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, level of income and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted at the Sidikalang Samsat. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the method of collecting research data from the available set of respondents (convenience sampling). Data analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive statistics, data quality testing, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Partial test results (t test) show that tax knowledge has a significant value of 0.029, taxpayer awareness has a significant value of 0.42, income level is 0.007, and tax sanctions are 0.000, which means it has a significant value <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, income levels and tax sanctions have a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the city of Sidikalang.Keywords : Tax Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness, Income Level, Tax Sanctions
