Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia seperti belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan, kemiskinan dan PDRB. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi karena mengambil dari keseluruhan populasi yang ada yaitu 38 kota/kabupaten di Jawa Timur tahun 2009-2013. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dari sejumlah publikasi internet dan instansi terkait. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan, kemiskinan dan PDRB berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap IPM. Dan secara parsial dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% terdapat tiga variabel yang  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM yakni belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan dan PDRB, sedangkan variabel kemiskinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM. Secara keseluruhan, pemodelan dengan FEM menghasilkan nilai R2 sebesar 97,56 persen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan IPM dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan dan PDRB perkapita serta menurunkan kemiskinan.  Kata kunci: IPM, belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan, kemiskinan, PDRB perkapita

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang bagaimana channel youtube Transformasi Iswahyudi selaku da’i akademisi dari Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam IAIN Ponorogo di tengah kontestasi dakwah digital. Video pertamanya sejak 27 Maret 2019, dan tercatat sudah memiliki 28 ribu subscriber, dengan jumlah video sebanyak 438 video, dan ditonton sebanyak 2 juta per tanggal 02 Januari 2021. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode Etnografi Virtual dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Media Siber yang terdiri dari level ruang media, dokumen media, objek media dan pengalaman. Hasil dari penelitian ini di level pertama, ruang media ada tiga alasan yang melatarbelakangi Iswahyudi untuk berdakwah di youtube, yaitu alasan (1) Agama, (2) Etis, dan (3) Metodis. Level kedua, objek media dari 438 video terdapat 10 video popular yang berisi narasi keislaman yang sedang trending dan juga kontra narasi dari yang terjadi dari tokoh-tokoh dakwah digital yang sedang popular seperti Ustadz Abdul Somad, Gus Baha’, Ustadz Adi Hidayat, Gus Miftah maupun isu kontroversial seperti Maaher Atthuwailibi dan Disertasi Dr. Abdul Aziz. Level ketiga, Obyek yaitu Media channel youtube berisi interaksi antar pengguna di kolom komentar yang berisi komentar positif dan negatif. Level keempat, berupa experimental stories yang menjadikan channel ini bisa merambah ke dakwah digital dan juga ada manfaat dikenal masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Objective – Despite the fact that Islamic insurance has grown significantly in Muslim countries; the number of market users was still very low compared to its market potential in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to understand the factors that influence consumers to switch from conventional insurance to Islamic insurance.Methodology – The influential factors being studied in this quantitative research are religiosity and product awareness and employs Qualtrics online survey that was administered to 200 Muslim customers of major life insurance over a period of 3 months (from June until August 2018). The group of population being the object in this study is Muslims who are non-participants of Islamic insurance, the current customers of conventional insurance who has monthly fix income and located in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings.Findings – The results reveal religiosity to have a significant influence on switching attitudes and switching behavior. However, the other tests for the relationship between product awareness and switching attitudes as well as between product awareness and behavioral intention were not supported.Novelty – Although past studies have investigated religiosity and product awareness in the context of switching from conventional to Islamic insurance, none have examined this issue in Indonesia. The paper concludes with the practical implications of the research.

Abstract

Inflammation is a natural tissue response to infection in the body. The potential anti-inflammatory effect of secondary metabolites in carica seeds has been overlooked. This study aimed to investigate and develop the anti-inflammatory activity of the ethanolic extract of carica seeds (Carica pubescens) against foot edema and lymphocyte count in male white mice. Bioactive carica seeds were extracted using the maceration method with 70 % ethanol solvent. The identification of secondary metabolites was conducted using the thin-layer chromatography method. Treatments were administered to six groups: the negative control group (sick), solvent control, positive control with Diclofenac Sodium, and three doses of the ethanol extract of carica seeds (cS) at 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg body weight (BW). Edema was induced using intraplantar 1 % carrageenan on the soles of mice, and lymphocyte count was determined by blood sampling from the lateral tail vein using a hematology analyzer. Carica seeds doses of 200 mg/kg BW and 400 mg/kg BW demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity comparable to the positive control Diclofenac Sodium (p 0.05). Variations in CS doses influenced the lymphocyte count at the 3rd and 6th hours. In conclusion, the ethanolic extract of carica seeds exhibits anti-inflammatory effects in male white mice induced by 1 % carrageenan, reducing edema thickness and affecting leukocyte count.

Abstract

Tingkat pencahayaan di ruangan berperan sangat penting dalam menunjang aktivitas diruangan, lampu cerdas diperlukan untuk mengefektifkan fungsi pencahayaan buatan diruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun perbaikan pencahayaan di ruangan laboratorium agar sistem pencahayaan ruangan bisa lebih stabil di 500 Lux dengan sistem On/Off secara otomatis. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan tingkat pencahayaan lampu hasil perancangan menggunakan metode close loop control, dengan umpan balik sistem yaitu nilai baca sensor cahaya Bh- 1750fvi, sensor PIR digunakan sebagai pendeteksi keberadaan orang diruangan dengan sistem kerja counter jumlah orang yang masuk ke ruangan. Adapun tingkat pencahayaan rata-rata dari hasil ukur sistem yaitu 502,0541 Lux dimana, perbaikan penerangan di fokuskan untuk area meja kerja, jenis lampu yang digunakan lampu dimmable dengan daya 10 watt sebanyak 2 buah.

Abstract

The purpose research is to determine how the quality of service and product quality affect purchasing decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative method based on the approach of analyzing numerical data/numbers. Hypothesis testing in this study used SPSS. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and path analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Sample of 60 respondents from a population of 150 people. The results of the Direct Influence study are The influence of service quality variables on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant . The study found that the indirect influence of service quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It is concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. While the direct influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant. The indirect influence of product quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It can be concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Community service programs have been recognized as a potential way to promote empowerment to women by giving them the ability to develop skills, access resources, and participate in commercial activities. The form of activity carried out in community service involves training women in Kuala Lumpur on the theme of 'entrepreneurs and financial management'. Community service will provide skills and instructions, with the first training equipment in the form of commercial information and women's business management. Overall, international community service activities are conducted at Putra Vila Apartment, Kuala Lumpur, which has garnered positive feedback from various parties. Participants can include information on the financial management of female immigrants from Kuala Lumpur in their effective financial management.Program layanan masyarakat telah diakui sebagai cara potensial untuk mempromosikan pemberdayaan kepada perempuan dengan memberi mereka kemampuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, mengakses sumber daya dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan komersial. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam layanan masyarakat adalah untuk melatih hak untuk memberdayakan perempuan di Kuala Lumpur dengan tema ‘‘pengusaha dan manajemen keuangan‘‘. Layanan masyarakat akan memberikan keterampilan dan instruksi, dengan peralatan pelatihan pertama dalam bentuk informasi komersial dan manajemen bisnis wanita. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan layanan masyarakat internasional dilakukan di Apartemen Putra Vila, Kuala Lumpur, yang telah menerima pendapat bagus dari berbagai pihak. Informasi tentang manajemen keuangan imigran perempuan dari Kuala Lumpur dapat dimasukkan oleh peserta dalam manajemen keuangan secara efektif dan efektif.
