Abstract

Maskapai Wings Air mengharapkan pelanggan merasa senang dan mempunyai citra baik terhadap layanan perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan mengharapkan pelanggannya akan menggunakan layanan secara terus menerus. Maskapai wings air sendiri juga sering meminta partisipasi dari penumpang melalui survei, aplikasi, atau platform media sosial digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan, mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan, dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis airline, baik dalam lingkup pasar domestik maupun internasional. Hal tersebut menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memberikan layanan terbaik demi menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Maskapai Penerbangan dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh partisipasi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di maskapai Penerbangan. Penelitian ini nenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 100 responden. Analisi data yang dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis linier sederhana yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari nilai sig 0,0010,05 sehingga Ha diterima artinya terdapat Pengaruh Partisipasi Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Di Maskapai Penerbangan. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya partisipasi pelanggan (X) akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan (Y) di maskapai wing air yang artinya penumpang wings air di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima sering berpatisipasi. Nilai R square sebesar 0,374 atau setara dengan 37,4% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimana hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Partisipasi pelanggan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa cukup besar pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel partisipasi pelanggan, yang mana jika Partisipasi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang baik akan meningkatkan Loyalitas pelanggan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Customer review dan influencer endorsment merupakan suatu hal yang penting di lihat sebelum membeli suatu produk, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah terdapat pengaruh antara customer review dan influencer endorsment terhadap minat beli tiket pesawat secara online yang dimana penelitian ini di tujukan kepada para mahasiswa yang ada di provinsi Yogyakarta terutama di khususkan bagi generasiZ. para generasiZ tentunya selalu melihat customer review dan influencer sebelum membeli suatu produk termasuk tiket pesawat secara online demi mendapatkan pengalaman yang baik dalam pembelian suatu produk. Pada penelitian ini, pneliti menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan cara sensus atau menyebarkan angket dan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang akan menadi sampel penelitian yang jumlahnya telah di tentukan menggunakan rumus sebelumnya, dimana 100 orang tersebut merupakan mahasiswa yang yang kuliah di provinsi DI Yogyakarta terutama mahasiswa generasiZ. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui angket atau kuesioner tersebut berikutnya akan di analisis menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis di antaranya uji instrument, uji normalitas, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang dimana teknik tersebut di lakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa customer review dan influencer endorsment memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli tiket pesawat secara online. Secara simultan juga menunjukan bahwa customer review dan influencer endorsment secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli. Untuk hasil koefesien determinasinya (R2) mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,762 yang menandakan bahwa sebesar 76,2% variabel independent dapat memberikan informasi atau dapat menjelaskan variabel dependent, dan sisanya sebesar 23,8% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of safety culture on safety performance at Dewadaru Airport in Karimunjawa. Although several safety aspects have been implemented, issues such as suboptimal infrastructure and weak inter-unit coordination are still present. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to operational personnel and analysis of task execution logbooks. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and heteroscedasticity), and simple linear regression to determine the effect of safety culture on safety performance. The results show that safety culture has a significant influence on safety performance, with a t-value of 6.884, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.679, and a regression coefficient of 0.643. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.497 indicates that safety culture explains 49.7% of the variation in safety performance. These findings are supported by logbook data, which show that safety procedures are consistently followed despite technical challenges. Therefore, strengthening safety culture is essential to continuously improve safety performance.

Abstract

The growing integration of digital technology in various sectors, including aviation, has significantly increased vulnerability to cyber threats such as ransomware. This community service activity aimed to raise awareness and improve students’ understanding of ransomware threats and prevention strategies in the aviation industry. The target participants were 24 tenth-grade students from SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method used was an offline interactive seminar, consisting of a lecture, discussion, and digital-based evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The program was implemented in four phases: planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The session was delivered by a professional speaker from Rumahweb, one of Indonesia’s largest hosting companies. Results showed a significant improvement in student knowledge, with average scores increasing from 15.29 (pre-test) to 21.38 (post-test). Statistical analysis confirmed a strong positive correlation (r = 0.731, p < 0.05) and a significant mean difference (p = 0.000), indicating the effectiveness of the activity. Additionally, the event was documented and published via YouTube and Harian Jogja, expanding its public impact. This initiative demonstrated the importance of digital literacy and collaborative efforts between higher education, professionals, and vocational schools in strengthening national cybersecurity awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how SWOT analysis determines marketing strategies at PT. Lion Air Yogyakarta International Airport and find out what marketing strategies can be applied to PT. Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the development of marketing strategies that can be implemented by Lion Air YIA Airport is carried out using several approaches in the SWOT analysis, by integrating these strategies well it can help PT Lion Air strengthen its position at Yogyakarta International Airport and attract more many customers. Through EFAS matrix calculations, it can be seen that the difference between strengths and weaknesses is 1.23 – 0.27 = 0.96 and the difference between opportunity and threats values is 1.86 – 0.71 = 1.15. The value from the identification results above shows that Lion Air YIA is in Quadrant I. This position indicates that Lion Air YIA is in a strong condition and has opportunities, so it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived benefits and perceived risks on students' decisions to invest in sukuk. The research was conducted on prospective investors who are students at STTKD Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale distributed to 53 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on students' sukuk investment decisions. This is evidenced by a t-value of 4.209 > 2.007 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The perception of sukuk as a more stable investment compared to other capital market products is a key consideration for student investors in making investment decisions. On the other hand, perceived risks do not influence students' decisions to invest in sukuk. This is evidenced by a t-value of 0.748 < 2.007 and a significance level of 0.733 > 0.05. Students do not heavily consider risks when deciding to invest in sukuk as a sharia-compliant capital market product.
