Abstract

This study examines the role of digital marketing strategies in enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty on e-commerce platforms, emphasizing the mediating effects of trust and perceived value. Using survey data from 400 e-commerce users, the results reveal that personalized, relevant, and frequent marketing efforts significantly enhance customer engagement, which in turn drives brand loyalty. The findings also highlight that trust, characterized by reliability and transparency, and perceived value, defined by quality, convenience, and cost-effectiveness, serve as critical mediators. Structural equation modeling confirms these relationships, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding how digital marketing strategies foster long-term customer loyalty. The study contributes to the theoretical discourse on digital marketing and offers actionable insights for e-commerce businesses aiming to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Abstract

Stunting during the crucial stages of early childhood represents a major public health issue worldwide. One way to prevent stunting is by using katuk (Sauropus androgynous) leaves as part of a balanced diet. Nursing practitioners are essential in preventing and managing stunting, particularly in communities affected by widespread malnutrition. This research contributed to strengthen local wisdom in stunting prevention by utilizing Sauropus androgynous leaves among toddlers. The study is pre-experimental with one group pre and post-test design. The sampling method uses total sampling of 24 toddlers (aged 12-50 months old). Respondents were given an intervention in the form of taking Sauropus androgynous leaves juice which was given once a day for 3 days alternately in a week with an amount of 250 cc juice each time. To prepare the juice, it is necessary to wash 100 grams of Sauropus androgynous leaves thoroughly. Subsequently, blend the leaves with 250 cc of water and 50 grams of pineapple. Finally, strain the mixture to achieve a smoother consistency. Data measurement was carried out by measuring height based on age using a Stature meter (growth chart) in the pretest and posttest. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign rank test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that the average normal z score value before taking Sauropus androgynous leaves juice was 66.7%. After intervention with Sauropus androgynous leaves juice, there was an increase in the number of normal z scores to 83.3%. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test hypothesis showed the Sig value = 0.046 and there was a significant difference in Z Score values in toddlers aged 12-50 months old before and after taking Sauropus androgynous leaves juice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the competence and work productivity of inpatient nurses on the quality of healthcare service marketing at RSUD Kota Bogor. Nurse competence is measured through indicators such as clinical knowledge, practical skills, effective communication, leadership, management, ethics, and professionalism. Meanwhile, nurse work productivity is assessed based on time efficiency, accuracy in medical procedures, and the ability to complete tasks effectively. The quality of healthcare service marketing is measured through service quality, patient experience, hospital image, communication, information, and service pricing. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents, consisting of patients and their families in the inpatient ward at RSUD Kota Bogor. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that nurse work productivity has a significant influence on the quality of healthcare service marketing, while nurse competence does not show a significant influence. Simultaneously, both nurse competence and work productivity significantly affect the quality of healthcare service marketing. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of RSUD Kota Bogor focus on improving nurse work productivity through workload adjustments, provision of adequate facilities, and time management training. Although nurse competence was not significant in this study, competence development remains important for overall service quality improvement. The implementation of a patient feedback system is also recommended to continuously enhance patient satisfaction and the quality of healthcare service marketing. Abstract

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is an effective method for preventing Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among Men Sex Men (MSM), but its uptake in Tangerang City remains low. This study explores the experiences of MSM using PrEP based on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) in Tangerang City. Conducted from January to June 2024, this descriptive qualitative research involved three key informants and two supporting informants from healthcare and community services, selected purposively. Content analysis was employed to examine the TTM stages: precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance. In the precontemplation stage, MSM continue risky sexual behaviors despite recognizing HIV risks. During contemplation, they demonstrate good knowledge about HIV and PrEP and express a strong intention to start PrEP. The preparation stage underscores the importance of community and healthcare support in initiating PrEP. In the action stage, many MSM face side effects like nausea and dizziness. In the maintenance stage, despite awareness and support, side effects, boredom, and the belief of reduced risk lead MSM to discontinue PrEP.  All informants experienced the five TTM stages, but two of three discontinued PrEP at the maintenance stage. Intensive initial support is crucial to manage side effects and ensure adherence to PrEP. Keywords: HIV, MSM, PrEP

Abstract

Business innovation in the health sector has enormous potential to fundamentally change how health services are provided and accessed. In this article, we will discuss the importance of business innovation in improving the quality of health services, opening new opportunities, and facing complex challenges in the global health system. Concrete examples of business innovation include telemedicine technology, handheld health devices, and mobile health applications, which have changed the way health services are delivered and accessed. Despite significant benefits, there are still several challenges such as regulatory compliance, building user trust, and cost and accessibility issues that must be overcome. Collaboration between the public, private, and academic sectors and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities are critical to achieving the full potential of business innovation in the health sector.
