Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. DI Indonesia. Model ini mengasumsikan bahwa kinerja akan lebih tinggi begitu motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Ada 91 karyawan yang diambil sebagai sampel metode Slovin dari 979 karyawan produksi operator. Analisis data dirancang oleh regresi Linear dan penghitungan regresi berganda dengan SPSS Vers.23. Dalam penelitian ini tercermin bahwa Motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT. di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Sparepart Pada PT. United Tractors Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (normalitas), uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, dan uji signifikansi menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Budaya Organisasi pada PT United Tractors Tbk mempuyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Sparepart walaupun tingkat hubungannya rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fajar Mas Murni Bekasi. (2) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fajar Mas Murni Bekasi. (3) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fajar Mas Murni Bekasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan Business Center Bekasi PT. Fajar Mas Murni Bekasi sebanyak 114 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan rumus Slovin, dimana sample yang diperoleh dari rumus tersebut sebesar 53 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis depenelitian persentase dan uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, kemudian uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinan (R2) uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 13,9%, selain itu terdapat 86,1% variabel lain yang turut mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Menciptakan lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja yang baik pada karyawan akan membantu karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role in economic growth, both at the international and national levels. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global crisis that has hit the tourism sector around the world, including Indonesia. Restrictions on movement and mobility of people between regions, health concerns, and uncertainty have led to a drastic decline in tourism activity and the tourism sector has seen a significant drop in revenue. This has had a social impact, with many workers in the tourism sector losing their jobs or experiencing significant pay cuts. To recover the tourism sector, business innovation in the tourism sector can be done, including in terms of marketing and finding new markets. The government and tourism industry players work together to develop policies and strategies for sustainable tourism growth. This article discusses business innovation in tourism in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially regarding improving the attractiveness and experience of tourist visitors, as well as operational efficiency while supporting nature and animal conservation efforts at Taman Safari Indonesia in Bogor. The method used in this article is a literature study using qualitative data. The data used comes from journals, scientific papers, and news from several online news sources that have been published in advance, which represent several cases and situations of the tourism industry in Indonesia before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this research are several innovations including improving Virtual Experiences, developing Digital Applications and Platforms, Using "Contactless" Technology, focusing on natural attractions that encourage tourist interest and visits. These innovations can help tourism businesses in Indonesia overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the number of tourist visits and tourism revenue. In addition, these business innovations can also help overcome the negative impacts and support the recovery of the tourism sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis inovasi bisnis dibidang pertambangan dan manfaat adanya hilirisasi bidang pertambangan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperlukan dihimpun melalui kajian teks, selanjutnya dianalisis memakai tehnik analisa isi. Berdasarkan studi literatur menunjukan bahwa inovasi bisnis dibidang pertambangan sangat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan suatu industri tetap menjalankan perusahaannya maupun untuk bersaing kepada competitor. Hilirisasi memberikan keuntungan bagi bisnis pertambangan melalui peningkatan nilai tambah, kontribusi terhadap neraca perdagangan dan penciptaan ekosistem industri yang lebih kompetitif.

Abstract

This research examines the level of fulfillment of the minimum competencies required in the initial nursing assessment in the Emergency Department (IGD) of Bogor City General Hospital based on the 2022 accreditation standards set by the Ministry of Health.. The study aims to provide an overview of nurses' adherence to completing the minimal content of initial nursing assessments in the ED and to identify factors influencing this compliance. A qualitative research method was employed, focusing on nurses as subjects and medical records related to the initial nursing assessment forms during May 2024 as the object of study. Data analysis was conducted through medical record reviews, interviews with ED nurses, and field observations. The findings revealed that out of 8,077 patient medical records from May 1 to May 31, 2024, 53% of the minimal assessment components were not filled out, while 47% were completed. Among the thirteen components studied, the highest percentage of unfilled components was in pain assessment (12%), followed by allergy history and medication history assessments (10% each), and economic and health history assessments (9%). According to the compliance level criteria by Yayasan Spiritia (2006), the 47% compliance rate falls into the non-compliant category, failing to meet the target set by Starkes (2022), which requires a 100% completion rate and 0% unfilled components. Interviews indicated that factors affecting compliance include human resources aspects (workload, motivation, knowledge, discipline, and communication), regulations, leadership, training material, and facilities. These findings underscore the need for enhanced training, better management of nurses' workloads, clear operational standards for initial nursing assessments, improved supervision and monitoring systems, and consideration of simplifying assessment components while adhering to hospital accreditation standards to enhance nursing service quality and patient safety in the ED

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the competence and work productivity of inpatient nurses on the quality of healthcare service marketing at RSUD Kota Bogor. Nurse competence is measured through indicators such as clinical knowledge, practical skills, effective communication, leadership, management, ethics, and professionalism. Meanwhile, nurse work productivity is assessed based on time efficiency, accuracy in medical procedures, and the ability to complete tasks effectively. The quality of healthcare service marketing is measured through service quality, patient experience, hospital image, communication, information, and service pricing. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents, consisting of patients and their families in the inpatient ward at RSUD Kota Bogor. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that nurse work productivity has a significant influence on the quality of healthcare service marketing, while nurse competence does not show a significant influence. Simultaneously, both nurse competence and work productivity significantly affect the quality of healthcare service marketing. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of RSUD Kota Bogor focus on improving nurse work productivity through workload adjustments, provision of adequate facilities, and time management training. Although nurse competence was not significant in this study, competence development remains important for overall service quality improvement. The implementation of a patient feedback system is also recommended to continuously enhance patient satisfaction and the quality of healthcare service marketing. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Growth Mindset on Community Empowerment with Organizational Trust as an Intervening Variable: A Case Study of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School, Ciwidey Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the community in the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School environment, Ciwidey Bandung, who are members of an empowerment group managed by the Islamic boarding school, with a total of 300 farmer groups. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence Entrepreneurship Leadership towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient is 0.099 supported by a t count of 2.061 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.040 < 0.05. In addition, there is an influence Growth Mindset towards Community Empowerment through Organizational Trust is proven because the path coefficient of 0.198 is supported by a t count of 2.729 > 1.96 with a ρ-value of 0.007 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that the trust of the community in the Islamic boarding school environment towards the Leaders of the Boarding School and the organization of the Islamic boarding school, is able to mediate the influence of Entrepreneurship Leadership on Community Empowerment. This means that the entrepreneurial leadership style of the Boarding School Leaders will have a stronger influence on the empowerment program, if assisted by the high trust of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the organization of the Islamic boarding school. The implications of this study can encourage the community in the Islamic boarding school environment to maintain their positive mindset , both towards the Islamic boarding school organization and the Boarding School Leaders, thereby increasing the trust and confidence of the community in the Boarding School Leaders and the Islamic boarding school and having an impact on the success of the empowerment program.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is Indonesia's main goal to achieve Golden Generation status by 2045. This research analyzes different lunch program models that have been successfully implemented in countries such as Finland, Japan, Brazil, and India. The analysis shows that the success of these programs does not only depend on nutritional aspects; integrated nutrition education, parental participation, and support from the government and community are also important. In schools, nutritious food is very important for the health and cognitive development of students as well as for improving their academic performance. This research found challenges and opportunities for Indonesia in implementing similar programs. This research uses a qualitative approach. The recommendations made include enhancing educator training, implementing policies that support the provision of healthy food in schools, and raising public awareness about the importance of good nutrition for children. By taking valuable lessons from other countries, it is hoped that Indonesia can develop an efficient and sustainable lunch program. This will improve students' health and help build a competitive generation to achieve the Golden Generation 2045.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is essential to shaping Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045, characterized by excellence, innovation, and global competitiveness. This study focuses on implementing Project-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Computational Thinking (CT) in private high schools in East Jakarta as a strategic approach to bridge the gaps in access and education quality. The approach emphasizes not only theoretical aspects but also contextual project-based learning that fosters 21st-century skills development.The key issues addressed include disparities in educational access and quality across various schools at both national and local levels, as identified through global indicators. These challenges highlight the need for educational interventions that enhance student competitiveness by applying adaptive and innovative curricula. Computational Thinking is employed to train students in systematic thinking, problem-solving for complex challenges, and innovation through technological applications.This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning combined with Computational Thinking in improving student outcomes, creativity, and adaptive skills. The findings are expected to provide strategic recommendations for developing education policies based on innovation, thereby addressing global educational challenges and enhancing the quality of private schools in Indonesia
