Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify the problems that exist in the implementation of the Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) program as well as alternative solutions for sustainable development. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method through literature studies, in-depth interviews, and giving questionnaires to regulators, practitioners, and academics related to the CWLS program. Based on the results from several sources, it was found that the problems arising from the CWLS program were grouped into three important aspects: collection, management, and reporting. The main problems that are of concern to the aspect of the gathering are institutional capacity, community knowledge, and community literacy and education. In the management aspect, the main problem lies in the knowledge of Nazhir and the capacity of professional Nazhir human resources. While the reporting aspect is the use of information technology which is the main problem. The research results obtained five solutions for developing CWLS to run sustainably. Of the five strategies offered between one another, none is more dominant. Therefore, the five strategies need to be implemented simultaneously to achieve a sustainable CWLS program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity, service quality, and promotion on interest in saving in Islamic banks. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques as the data analysis method. Data collection using purposive sampling technique with a Muslim population domiciled in Central Jakarta. The results obtained from this study show that religiosity and service quality do not affect interest in saving, while promotion affects interest in saving. The religiosity of a Muslim does not affect the person's interest in saving in Islamic banks. Likewise, the quality of services from Islamic banks does not determine a Muslim's interest in saving. Promotion is the only factor in this study that encourages a Muslim's interest in saving in Islamic banks. The high promotion of a Muslim about Islamic banking will increase that person's interest in saving in Islamic banks. Keywords: Religiosity, Service quality, Promotion, Interest in saving

Abstract

The development of the Technology Acceptance Model in encouraging people to use technology continues to develop. Mobile banking as one of the most popular technologies today is still not used optimally by customers. Various factors were identified to influence the decision to use mobile banking, such as: perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, trust, convenience, satisfaction, and social influence. Regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Squared (OLS) approach is used to identify the priority factors in driving customer decisions to use mobile banking. The results obtained indicate that the higher the perception of usefulness, trust, convenience, satisfaction, and social influence on mobile banking, the higher the decision to use it. Conversely, the lower the perception of usefulness, trust, convenience, satisfaction, and social influence on mobile banking, the decision to use it will also decrease. Meanwhile, the level of perceived convenience does not affect the decision to use mobile banking.
