Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that can encourage an increase in profit- sharing financing. These factors are third-party funds in the form of mudharabah deposits, non-performing financing, equivalent rate, operational efficiency ratio, economic growth, and inflation. The research method uses a co-integration and error correction model (ECM) with a sample of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia from the first quarter of 2015 to the third quarter of 2020. The results show that the factors that encourage profit-sharing financing are the growth of third-party funds in the form of mudharabah deposits, non- performing low funding, low equivalent rate, operational efficiency, and economic growth. These factors are the key to driving the growth of profit-sharing financing. This research contributes to providing various alternative strategies in encouraging the growth of profit- sharing financing, such as increasing retained earnings from profit, providing attractive profit-sharing incentives, transparency of financial reports to attract people to invest in Islamic banks, prevention and supervision of non-performing financing, be careful in determining the ratio by taking into account several internal and external aspects, as well as paying attention to the movements of existing economic growth. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v25i2.5212

Abstract

Dalam rangka memanfaatan sampah yang berlebihan, yang mana limbah plastik susah diuraikan, oleh karena itu untuk mengurangi limbah plastik tersebut, maka Masyarakat pedesaan di Kabupaten Bekasi digerakkan untuk mengumpulkan sampah-sampah plastik (limbah plastik) tersebut, kemudian dijual ke pengrajin bahan bangunan. Hal ini digerakkan oleh dosen Perbanas Institute dengan jalan memberikan pencerahan tentang sampah plastik yang susah diuraikan dan sampah plastik tersebut bisa berguna sebagai bahan baku bahan bangunan. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini perlu dipertahankan dan dilakukan sebanyak-banyaknya agar bisa mengurangi limbah plastik yang susah terurai tersebut dan para pelaku usaha bahan bangunan mendapatkan bahan baku dengan harga yang lebih murah, serta Masyarakat pedesaan pun bisa menikmati lingkungan pedesaan yang bersih. Abstract

This study aims to empirically explore the influence of social media marketing on three fundamental dimensions of brand equity—brand awareness, brand preference, and brand image—within the banking sector. Data were collected from users of three widely used social media platforms: Facebook, X, and Instagram. A total of 283 valid responses were obtained, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the hypothesized relationships. A structured questionnaire was developed to test all research hypotheses, and a non-probability convenience sampling technique was employed, primarily due to its practicality, ease of implementation, and efficiency in accessing a broad audience within a limited timeframe and budget. PLS-SEM was chosen for its robustness in analyzing complex models with latent constructs and its suitability for theory building. The path analysis confirmed that social media marketing exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on brand awareness, brand preference, and brand image. Furthermore, the platform-specific findings reveal that Instagram is the most effective channel for enhancing brand image, while X is more effective in improving brand awareness and brand preference. These insights provide practical value for marketing professionals by informing strategic decisions on platform selection and content prioritization in social media campaigns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan keputusan seseorang berwakaf uang, yang hasilnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun sasaran strategi penghimpunan dana wakaf uang. Pendekatan yang dipakai dengan cara mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor karakteristik masyarakat Indonesia. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai meliputi strategi pemasaran yang meliputi segmentasi calon wakif (orang yang berwakaf) sehingga ada skala prioritas penghimpunan dana wakaf uang yang mempertimbangkan perilaku dan karakteristik masyarakat baik yang bersifat geografis, demografis maupun psikografis. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling dalam menggumpulkan data. Teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah regresi logit dan uji beda koefisien kontigensi. Usia, pendidikan dan keaktifan dalam kajian keislaman merupakan faktor utama karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk berwakaf uang. Pendidikan yang semakin tinggi, usia yang semakin matang serta semakin banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk menuntut ilmu agama menghasilkan pemahaman yang semakin tinggi. Tingginya pemahaman terhadap wakaf uang dapat menjadi landasan untuk mendorong masyarakat berperan serta aktif dalam penghimpunan dana wakaf uang.
