The study of literature is signed by an inherent and important activity within it, i.e. interpretation. The activity of literature appreciation and literature criticism, both of its periphery and its orifice, deals with literature studies that should be interpreted. Every interpretation activity of literature works always involves in a hermeneutical process. Hence, hermeneutics occupies a crucial position and it is impossible to disregard it in the analyis of the literature works. Based on that explanation, hermeneutics is something important to discuss comprehensively in order to obtain sufficient understanding. Hermeneutics developed in the literature interpretation deals closely with the development of hermeneutical thoughts, especially on the history of philosophy and theology because it begins to appear from these two subjects. To understand hermeneutics in the literature interpretation, it is necessary to comprehensively understand the history and the concept of hermeneutics, especially dealing with three variants of hermeneutics which develop in the tradition of modern hermeneutics: methodological or theoritical hermeneutics, philosophical hermeneutics, and critical hermeneutics. by understanding these three variants, it enables us to have sufficient understanding on hermeneutics in the literature studies. Kajian sastra ditandai oleh suatu aktivitas penting yang inheren di dalam dirinya, yakni interpretasi (penafsiran). Kegiatan apresiasi sastra dan kritik sastra, pada tepi dan muaranya, bertautan dengan karya sastra yang harus diinterpreatasi. Setiap aktivitas interpretasi karya sastra selalu melibatkan suatu proses hermeneutis. Oleh karena itu, hermeneutika menempati posisi krusial dan tidak mungkin diabaikan dalam analisis karya sastra. Atas dasar itulah hermeneutika perlu diperbincangkan secara komprehensif guna memperoleh pemahaman yang memadai. Hermeneutika yang berkembang dalam interpretasi sastra sangat berkait dengan perkembangan pemikiran hermeneutika, terutama dalam sejarah filsafat dan teologi karena pemikiran hermeneutika mula-mula muncul dalam dua bidang tersebut. Untuk memahami hermeneutika dalam interpretasi sastra diperlukan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai sejarah dan konsepsi hermeneutika, terutama terkait dengan tiga varian hermeneutika yang berkembang dalam tradisi hermeneutika modern, yakni hermeneutika metodologis/teoritis, filosofis, dan kritis. Dengan pemahaman tiga varian hermeneutika tersebut, niscaya akan lebih memungkinkan adanya pemahaman yang memadai tentang hermeneutika dalam kajian sastra.

This study was a multidisciplinary study to interpret symbols behind the words in the Sufism poems of Syaraf al-Din Umar Ibn al-Farid in his diwan, Nazm as-Suluk or at-Ta’iyyah al-Kubra and al-Khamriyyah. Ibn al-Farid resembled his love for his God in beautiful, imaginative, and meaningful poetry. This research used the semiotic literary reading method (al-qirâʻah al-simi'iyyah) to unveil the meaning of Ibn al-Fārid's Sufistic poetry which is not only about the genre of Sufism un sich, but also the language and literary styles and levels of imagination through heuristic and hermeneutic interpretations. The beauty of his words with its solid essence is very important to be studied, analyzed and conveyed to the public so that the universe of knowledge is exposed not only about the flow of Sufism un sich, but also language and literary styles and levels of imagination through heuristic and hermeneutic interpretations along with the search for matrices, models and variants in the framework of finding the theme, and the final steps is looking for common ground between the texts and the existing ones through the hypogram.

Gender merupakan isu global yang menjadi bagian dari penegakan hak azasi manusia. Kajian Gender berkembang menjadi suatu studi khusus tentang keadilan hubungan sosial dan budaya antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang dibangun dari sejumlah teori sosiologi. Sebagai studi interdisipliner, issu Gender bisa dikaitkan dengan berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, diantaranya refleksi sosial pada produk sastra. Gender menjadi salah satu issu penting dalam kajian karya-karya sastra. Issu gender selain menjadi sorotan dalam ruang lingkup pergaulan sosial masyarakat, juga menjadi warna dalam dunia sastra. Ketidak adilan Gender banyak terefleksi dalam dunia sastra. Issu gender memungkinkan menjadi salah satu kajian dalam karya-karya sastra dengan menggunakan metode kritik sastra feminis yang diformulasikan ke dalam Pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra. Pendekatan ini menekankan produk karya sastra sebagai dokumen sosial yang merefleksikan realitas masyarakat dalam suasana, tempat, dan kurun waktu tertentu.

Tokoh Penyair Cinta dan Novelis asal Libanon, Khalil Gibran melahirkan banyak karya yang menorehkan banyak inspirasi begitu indah bagi para pembacanya di seluruh belahan dunia. Bahasa nya yang indah dan pilihan diksi yag kuat pada novel dan puisinya benyak diteliti oleh peminat sastra, salah satunya novel al-Ajihah al-Mutakassiroh, yang di dalam nya terdapat banyak bahasa-bahasa bersayap yang dapat ditelisik secara semiotik dan bahasa figurative atau majaz isti’arah dalam pendekatan Stilistika Balaghiyah.

لاحظ علماء اللغة منذ القدم أن معاني المفردات لا يمكن أن تثبت على حال واحدة ، إذ إنها بمرور الزمن قد تتسع أو تتخصص أو ينتقل استخدامها من مجال إلى آخر فتصبح الكلمات التغييرات تحدث في اللغة دائما لأنها نظام للتواصل بين الناس مرتبطة بأحوالهم وظروفهم الاجتماعية والثقافية والعقلية، وهذه الأحوال والظروف لا تسير على وتيرة واحدة. ومتى توفرت الأسباب حدث التغيير حسب طرق وأصناف معينة. بذلك منطوية على دلالات جديدة تميزها قليلاً أو كثيراً عما كانت عليه في السابق . فتوسيع المعنى هو انتقال الكلمة من معناها الخاص الضيق إلى معنىً عام أكثر شمولاً واتساعاً ، ومن ذلك مثلاً كلمة البأس التي كانت تعني في الأصل الحرب ، ثم كثر استخدامها ، فأصبحت تُطلَق على كل شدة . وكلمة الرائد كانت تستخدم للدلالة على من يتقدم القوم ليبصر لهم الكلأ ومساقط الغيث ، ثم اتسع معناها ، فأصبحت تُطلَق على من يتقدم القوم من أجل أي شيء ، ومن ذلك أيضاً الورد الذي بات يُطلَق على الزهر عموماً على الرغم من تشكيل الأول في الأصل نوعاً من الثاني . أما بالنسبة إلى الاتجاه المقابل المتحدد في تخصيص المعنى ، فهو يتمثل في انتقال الكلمة من معناها العام الكلي إلى معنىً خاص جزئي ، وما يعني هذا من تقليص المجال الذي تتحرك ضمنه الكلمة.

Berbahasa merupakan kegiatan manusia setiap saat ketika dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain. Dilihat dari fungsinya, bahasa merupakan alat untuk mengkomunikasikan perasaan, pikiran dan gagasan kepada orang lain. Dalam perkembangannya Bahasa menjadi ciri dari sebuah kebudayaan. Minimal menjadi pembeda antara masyarakat yang satu dengan masyarakat yang lain dari sisi penggunaan bahasanya. Seperti bagaimana kita membedakan antara bahasa sunda Banten dengan bahasa sunda Parahiyangan dan lain sebagainya. Antara berbahasa dan berbudaya nampaknya menunjukan pada proses kreatif bagaimana kita berbahasa dan berbudaya. Lantas sejauh mana bahasa dan budaya saling mempengaruhi? The discussion on synonymy in language has been a topic of debate for centuries, with conflicting views on the existence of synonyms. This study aims to analyze the meaning of the word "moderate" in Arabic and its component meanings, particularly in the context of Qur'anic translation. Through the analysis of translations of Qur'anic verses and word definitions in bilingual dictionaries, this study found significant differences in the understanding and interpretation of the word "moderate." The findings indicate that translation is not a static process but a dynamic one that depends on deep contextual understanding. The study also highlights the role of technology in translation research, but emphasizes its limitations in capturing the nuanced complexities of language. While technology can assist, the human ability to grasp contextual meaning remains essential in the translation process. In conclusion, this study provides new insights into the challenges of translating words with rich and complex meanings, while emphasizing the importance of a contextual approach that involves the human role. The main contribution of this research is to enrich the understanding of translation dynamics and the crucial role of translators in facilitating more accurate cross-linguistic communication.
