Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya jumlah limbah plastik yang mencemari lingkungan dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya siswa. Pendidikan pengelolaan sampah, terutama limbah plastik, dianggap penting untuk membentuk sikap tanggung jawab dan kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen, melibatkan 25 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa tentang limbah plastik dan penerapan PBL, serta observasi terhadap kegiatan proyek daur ulang sampah plastik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik berhasil mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan baik. Skor rata-rata ketercapaian proyek mencapai 88,25%, dengan kelompok yang bekerja dengan limbah kertas mencatat pencapaian hampir sempurna (92%). Aspek pemahaman tujuan proyek, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan kesesuaian tujuan dengan masalah tercapai dengan sangat baik. Meskipun ada variasi pada aspek kreativitas dan kerjasama kelompok, secara keseluruhan, siswa menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan dalam memahami dan mengelola limbah plastik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengurangi dampak negatif limbah plastik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pendidikan lingkungan dengan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan praktis dan kolaboratif dalam mengatasi masalah limbah plastik.

Abstract

The concept of qiyām al-lail in Islamic tradition is often narrowly interpreted as night prayers such as tahajjud or witir. However, numerous Prophetic traditions indicate that nighttime devotion includes not only prayer but also spiritually significant acts like remembrance (dhikr), Qur’anic recitation, consultation, education, and social service. This study aims to reinterpret the meaning of qiyām al-lail in the Prophet’s ḥadīths through a ma’ānī al-ḥadīth approach that emphasizes textual, intertextual, and contextual analysis. The method employed is qualitative library research with takhrīj al-ḥadīth and critical analysis of the chains of transmission (isnād) and content (matn) of ḥadīths found in the kutub al-tis’ah. The results show that the examined ḥadīths are authentic, free from ‘illah or shudhūdh, and provide a robust basis for reinterpretation. Through a meaning-based lens, qiyām al-lail encompasses not only ritual practices like prayer but also other nightly acts of devotion intended for seeking nearness to Allah. This reinterpretation affirms that spiritual excellence at night can manifest in various forms of contextualized religious and social engagement. Thus, this study expands the understanding of nighttime worship and brings the prophetic tradition closer to the lived realities of contemporary Muslims

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) describe the condition of the students family environment, (b) describe the level of students learning achievement. And (c) analyze the influence of the family environment on students learning achievement. The family environment plays an important role as the first place where children receive education and support in the learning process. This study employs a quantitative approach to axemine the relationship between the family environment and student learning achievement. The population consists of 129 students from grades I to VI, with a sample of 24 fourth-grade students selected as research subjects. Data were collected through observartion, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis and statistical testing to determine the strength of the relationship between variables. The results show that: (a) the family environment condition is in the moderate category with an average score of 48,67. (b) the level of students learning achievement is an the low category with an average score of 32,25. (c) there is a significant influence between the family environment on students learning achievement. This is evidenced by a t-value of 4,029, which is greater than the t-table of 2,074 at a 5% significance level. The coefficient of determination of 42,40% indicates that the family environment contributes substantially to learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of ice breaking in improving the learning motivation of fifth-grade students in Civics Education (PPKn) at SD Negeri Rappojawa No. 71 Makassar, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of ice breaking was able to improve students' learning motivation. Students became more enthusiastic, active, focused, and engaged in the learning process. In addition, ice breaking created an enjoyable learning atmosphere that facilitated teachers in delivering the learning materials. The supporting factors included students' interest, teachers' creativity, the use of varied teaching methods, and the availability of learning media. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were differences in students' characteristics, students' difficulty in regaining focus after ice breaking activities, and teachers' limited references to ice breaking activities.
