Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru akan pentingnya keteladanan karakter guru kepada siswanya; 2) meningkatkan pemahaman guru terkait penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah; 3) memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk memahami pentingnya pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Lokasi dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru SD yang ada di kecamatan turatea kabupaten jeneponto. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masarakat ini dengan kegiatan pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu melakukan observasi kepada mitra, memberikan pelatihandan pendampingan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatannya dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) guru memahami arti penting perlunya keteladan karakter guru kepada siswanya; 2) pemahaman guru terkait penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah meningkat melalui pelatihan yang berikan; 3) guru memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendidikan karakter disekolah.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services in schools is to support students in achieving the maturity of personality, social skills, academic skills, and leads to the formation of individual career maturity that can be useful in the future. Amanat Permendiknas 27 tahun 2008 is directed that counselor has competence in developing comprehensive guidance and counseling program, but  some  counselors do to design a comprehensive  program, Subjects of this study consist of students, teachers, subject teachers, parents and committee. This study use the Research and Development (R & D) methode. Direct technique of data collection through interviews, documentation and assessment scale studies. The results of the research, guidance and counseling teachers do not understand the concept of comprehensive guidance and counseling. Conclusion the results of the study, model of comprehensive guidance and counseling conditions of school in Indonesia development, of the effective before preparing guidance and counseling programs, guidance and counseling teachers This model is become a reference it will be developed in several advanced research such as testing the effectiveness of the program model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to recognize the difference of students' learning motivation in taking mathematics lesson before and after the application of Emotive Rational Counseling. This research includes quantitative research. Sample of the research was 30 students. It was selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaire. It was then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and t-test. The result of this research obtained an experimental subject before taking Emotive Rational counseling of which average value was equal to 61,03. It indicates that the level of student's motivation to participate in math lesson is in low category. After the treatment of Emotive Rational counseling, it obtained an average result of 82.86. It denotes that the students' motivation level is in high category. From the t-test it obtained the value of tcount of 14.620, while the ttable value at the level of significance is 5 percent with dk = 29 of 2.045. It states that the research hypothesis was rational emotive counseling therapy can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

The aims of this activity was to increase the understanding and skills of BK teachers at MA DDI Wal Irsyad, in designing and implementing guidance and counseling services in schools. The methods used are 1) Participants are provided with an understanding of the theories related to counseling and aspects being trained. Furthermore, guidance and counseling teachers are given assistance in designing the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, 2) After the training and mentoring activities are completed, the results are presented in the seminars, 3) at the final stage of program implementation in schools, monitoring and observation are also carried out for analysis as far as where the effectiveness of guidance services for students, this is done in the form of interviews with teacher representatives. The results of the activity: (a) the implementation of training and assistance in the implementation of guidance and counseling services was able to improve the competence of counseling teachers at MA DDI Wal Irsyad, Pangkep Regency (b) the resolution of problems faced by students based on the methods and strategies of guidance and counseling services that comply with standards which is determined.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa pgmi selama masa pandemi dimana yang menajdi latar belakang dari penelitian ini nadalah adanya paparan virus corona jenis SARS-CoV-2 sehingga menimnulkan masalah psikologis pada mahasiswa sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan dan stress.penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang didistribusikan kepada 150 mahasiswa pgmi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan temuan mahasiswa mengalami tingkat kecemasan di masa pandemi ini dengan persetase 50% merasakan sangat cemas, 30% merasa cemas, 15% merasa tidak cemas, dan 5 % merasakan sangat tidak cemas dengan kondisi pandemi yang terjadi sekarang ini. Munculnya kecemasan yang berlebihan atau axienty disosder lebih pada adanya rasa takut terinveksi atau tertular oleh virus corona ini serta keadaan pendapatan atau penghasilan keluarga yang mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how using group work techniques has increased student learning activity. Class action research is the approach employed in this study. Planning, carrying out, observing, and reflecting are the four stages of this process. This study was carried out between March and May with participants in classes V. The study was done over the course of two cycles, with two meetings per cycle. The findings indicated that student learning activity increased with each cycle. This is demonstrated by the results of the students that participated in cycle I, where five students achieved a percentage of 15.62% and an average student learning activity of 62.19%. As opposed to cycle II, where 28 (twenty eight) students were active, the average student learning activity was 88.92% and the percentage of active students was 87.50%. In light of the average percentage of active students meeting the desired action intervention results, i.e. 80%, it can be stated that the implementation of the group work approach can boost the activeness of student learning. Increased student learning activity was accompanied by successful learning outcomes, namely 83.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the pedagogic competence of teachers in Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year in compiling teaching modules through continuous academic supervision. The research method is school action research. The subjects of this study were teachers in Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year, a total of 20 people, 15 general subject teachers and 5 Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research was conducted in two cycles and at the end of each cycle an analysis of the teachers’ ability to make teaching modules and their application in class was carried out. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, documentation and field notes on teachers’ development. The method used in data analysis was a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the optimization of the pedagogic competence of teachers in Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year in compiling teaching modules through continuous academic supervision has increased. Based on the results of the research and discussion it can be concluded that through the application of continuous academic supervision it can improve the ability of teachers to make teaching modules at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. This can be seen from the increase in their average ability from cycle I to cycle II. The average increase per indicator for the assessment of the making of teaching modules was an increasing from 73.00 quite satisfactory category (C) in cycle I to 88.75 satisfactory category (B+) with an increasing percentage of 21.58%. While the average teachers’ ability to make teaching modules is in the satisfactory category. From 73.54 quite satisfactory (C) in cycle I increased to 90.63 satisfactory category (B+) with an increase percentage of 23.24%. Thus it can be concluded that optimizing pedagogical competencies can improve the ability of teachers in Class X.E MAN 2 Payakumbuh Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year in compiling teaching modules through continuous academic supervision

Abstract

Analisis bibliometrik ini mengeksplorasi literatur akademis tentang layanan konseling remaja, dengan fokus pada identifikasi tren, topik, dan kerangka kerja intervensi. Kumpulan data yang komprehensif dikumpulkan, mencakup dua decade lebih (1953-2023), dan menjalani prapemrosesan yang ketat. Analisis ini menggunakan teknik bibliometrik, termasuk analisis kemunculan bersama kata kunci, analisis kutipan, dan analisis kepengarangan bersama. Hasilnya menunjukkan lima klaster tematik yang menonjol, masing-masing menyoroti aspek-aspek penting dari layanan konseling remaja. Klaster 1 menekankan pentingnya layanan kesehatan mental komunitas dan prediktor kesehatan mental remaja. Klaster 2 menggarisbawahi layanan konseling yang berpusat pada klien dan pengurangan stigma. Klaster 3 membahas layanan kesehatan mental anak dan perawatan berbasis trauma. Klaster 4 menyoroti tantangan kesehatan mental yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, terutama selama krisis. Klaster 5 berfokus pada layanan konseling dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Kutipan-kutipan utama dan istilah-istilah yang sering muncul semakin mengontekstualisasikan perkembangan bidang ini. Temuan-temuan ini menawarkan wawasan yang berharga bagi para peneliti, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan, yang membentuk masa depan layanan konseling remaja.

Abstract

This research endeavors to reshape the educational landscape by introducing an innovative pedagogical paradigm—integrating thematic teaching grounded in the scientific approach. This study meticulously designs, implements and assesses a holistic educational model to elevate primary education students' learning outcomes. The study delves into the core tenets of integrated learning, capitalizing on the interconnectedness of knowledge. Students are exposed to a dynamic educational experience that transcends traditional subject boundaries by seamlessly weaving diverse subjects into thematic units. The scientific approach serves as the bedrock of this model, fostering inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative assessment tools with qualitative insights, offering a comprehensive understanding of the model's impact. Preliminary findings significantly increase post-assessment scores, affirming the model's efficacy in enhancing subject mastery and cognitive growth. Moreover, qualitative data underscore heightened engagement, collaborative problem-solving, and enthusiasm for learning. Abstract

Pemilihan kepala instalasi yang tepat di rumah sakit memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional dan kualitas layanan. Dalam konteks ini, penggunaan teknik seleksi maju menjadi penting untuk memilih kandidat terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan organisasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Teknik Forward Selection dalam menentukan kepala instalasi terbaik di rumah sakit, dengan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai alat bantu evaluasi. Teknik Forward Selection digunakan untuk memilih kandidat terbaik secara bertahap, dimulai dari kandidat awal dan menambahkan satu per satu kandidat lainnya berdasarkan nilai kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung nilai relatif dari setiap kandidat berdasarkan bobot yang telah ditetapkan untuk setiap kriteria. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat diidentifikasi kepala instalasi yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan prioritas rumah sakit.
