Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dialami oleh guru berkaitan dengan penguasaan kompetensi sebagai penilaian kinerja guru. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan mengetahui tantangan yang dialami guru diharapkan mampu untuk mengatasi tantangan guru terhadap permasalahan yang dilingkungan Sekolah Dasar. Tantangan yang sering dialami oleh guru salah satunya yaitu siswa ketika proses pembelajaran dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan belum paham. Pihak wali murid yang tidak terima nilai anaknya jelek. Oleh karena itu, guru harus mampu berinteraksi dengan siswa, lebih baik lagi. Berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi guru, maka guru harus mempunyai cara untuk menghadapi siswa dengan karakter berbeda. Guru perlu meningkatkann kompetensi dengan mengikuti pelatihan, seminar dan lainnya. Kompetensi yang harus dikuasasi guru yaitu pendagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan professional. Kompetensi tersebut akan berpengaruh pada penilian kinerja guru. Penilaian kinerja guru dilihat bagaimana guru dalam memperlakukan siswanya dan bagaimana cara dalam mengatasi masalah. Kata kunci : tantangan; kompetensi; kinerja; guru. AbstractThe aim of this research is to identify the challenges experienced by teachers related to competency mastery as an assessment of teacher performance. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive interviews. By knowing the challenges experienced by teachers, it is hoped that they will be able to overcome teacher challenges regarding problems in the elementary school environment. One of the challenges often experienced by teachers is that students do not yet understand the learning process in understanding the material being taught. The parents do not accept that their child's grades are bad. Therefore, teachers must be able to interact with students better. There are various challenges that teachers must face, so teachers must have a way to deal with students with different characters. Teachers need to improve their competence by attending training, seminars and others. The competencies that teachers must master are pedagogical, personality, social and professional. These competencies will influence the assessment of teacher performance. Teacher performance assessments look at how teachers treat their students and how they solve problems. Keywords: challenge; competence; performance

Abstract

Schools and communities are two inseparable things. The community is expected to support and participate in the development of the educational process in schools. The research aims to describe the pattern of relationships between schools and society. In this case, the one who is in charge of being a bridge between the school and the community is a Public Relations. One of the roles of a Public Relations is to foster good relations with the community. Public relations officers must have a good attitude and be able to solve problems wisely. The importance of school and community relationships can achieve school goals. One of the goals of a public relations officer is to create a good image for his school and be able to influence the community to work together to realize a better quality education. In addition, a public relations officer has a well-organized planning function so that the goals and perfect implementation can be achieved. In the implementation of public relations, of course, there are challenges, therefore solutions and strategies are needed by improving the relationship between student guardians and the school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the concept of education in natural schools in one of the regions, namely Yogyakarta, by implementing an integrated curriculum (Akhlak, Nature, National) for children with special needs. The moral curriculum implemented is strong morals in line with the vision and mission, positive values ​​and supported by strong personal potential (interests and talents, creative and innovative, traces of work, work studio, and portfolio). The natural curriculum applied at Citra Alam School with an environmentally friendly lifestyle is a school garden, independent energy and an independent kitchen. Each element of the natural climate has activity from these indicators, such as local food, variety of plants, variety of planting, energy saving, renewable energy innovation, food processing, waste sorting, natural learning media and mandatory use of drinking bottles and places to eat. The national curriculum is in accordance with government regulations, namely the Merdeka curriculum which focuses on students' skills and personalities. Through these three curricula, Citra Alam School students can learn flexibly and especially children with special needs can explore the natural surroundings without any restrictions. Children with special needs will of course receive special guidance with psychological assistance.
