Abstract

PT Capella Patria Utama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi sparepart mobil dan motor. PT Capella Patria Utama telah berdiri sejak tahun 1995 yang berlokasi di Jl. SakoRaya No 5A. memiliki 35 karyawan, 15 di antaranya memiliki jabatan sebagai sales. PT Capella Patria Utama memiliki beberapa kendala dalam melakukan pemilihan sales terbaik yaitu pemilihan dinilai berdasarkan penjualan atau omset terbanyak yang mengakibatkan beberapa sales merasa dirugikan. Dengan adanya permasalahan pada PT Capella Patria Utama maka penulis membangun sistem yang bertujuan untuk membantu pendukung keputusan pemilihan sales terbaik yang dapat mengelola data sales dengan kriteria penilaian dengan baik. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metode iterasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang memberikan rangking sales terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).

Abstract

PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia is a company engaged in telecommunications official distribution xl center in Palembang. PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia has several obstacles, namely determining the best sales currently using only criteria and not adding sub-criteria in the calculation. So that with the best sales assessment system at this time is not fair. The TOPSIS method was chosen based on its simplicity and efficient computation, so that in the company's calculations in determining the best sales without weight, while TOPSIS gives weight to the assessment. The ranking results of the two calculations are different, showing computational fairness is better using TOPSIS. Therefore this research uses the TOPSIS method. The system was built to build a best sales selection decision support system that can manage sales data and assessment parameters properly. The sales system built can manage sales data, criteria data, sub criteria data, store assessment data, calculate sales scores and provide rankings for each sales using the TOPSIS method. The system was built using the RUP methodology. The result of this research is a decision support system that ranks the best sales based on the assessment results calculated using the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

The design of an effective User Interface (UI) is a key factor in supporting the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. PT Duta Abadi Primantara is one of the companies that use ERP in its operational activities. However, users have reported complaints regarding complex navigation, inappropriate color selection, and the absence of error notifications. Therefore, this study aims to redesign the user interface of the ERP application using the Design Thinking method. The Design Thinking method consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. In this study, data were collected through interviews, observations, and the distribution of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The design prototype was created using Figma and tested through UEQ analysis to assess improvements in user experience. The test results showed significant improvements in attractiveness, efficiency, clarity, accuracy, and stimulation, while the novelty aspect did not experience a significant increase. Based on the UEQ testing results, the redesigned UI of the ERP application provides a better user experience, making navigation more intuitive and optimizing the application's visual appearance to enhance user productivity.

Abstract

The Digital Population Identity (IKD) application still faces UI/UX problems, such as confusing displays to navigation and inefficient applications for users. This research redesigns the appearance of the IKD application using the Design Thinking method which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. Data was collected through interviews and user reviews, then tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The redesign results showed an increase in SUS score from 40 to 79, indicating an improvement in usability from “Poor” to “Good”. All dimensions of the UEQ also improved, indicating an improvement in ease of use and user satisfaction. Thus, the Design Thinking approach proved to be effective in improving the user experience of the IKD application.
