Abstract

The development of technology requires all forms of business to change its business model. Information systems in a business are needed right now. Make the company try to provide the best in terms of service by using the help of technology and information systems. In its operational activities CV. Anugrah Tirta Cemerlang currently only uses verbal and written classroom selection service methods through the forms provided. This will certainly make it difficult to see and choose the class schedule that is available because they have to wait for the admin section to look for and see the availability of classes. Based on the description the author tries to use a Class-based Pool Class Information System on CV. Anugrah Tirta Cemerlang to solve existing problems. To analyze the problem the writer uses PIECES analysis, collecting data through interviews, observations, and literacy studies. In the development of information systems the author uses iteration software development. Designing software using UML modeling. With the construction of this information system CV. Anugrah Tirta Cemerlang can obtain information on training schedules, student data, schedule changes, and student admissions, and can assess trainer performance.

Abstract

PT Indotirta Sriwijaya Perkasa is a company in the production and trade of bottled Demineral Water which uses the ISX application to help manage sales invoices, taxes, travel letters, notes, and reports. based on the results of interviews with users, the ISX application still has shortcomings and obstacles, namely there are features that have no function but are on the display so that it looks a lot of features that must be filled in by the user, and users mention when using the application the eyes become bored because the application is not full of various colors. To overcome these problems, an analysis will be carried out measuring the user experience of the ISX application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which can produce recommendations to improve the quality of the ISX application user experience. To analyze the data, Data Analysis Tools version 11 is used as a user experience measurement tool. This study uses a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 35 ISX application user respondents. The results obtained are positive evaluation results from the mean and variance, and in the Benchmark data there are 4 Below Average scales, 1 Bad scale, and 1 Above Average scale.

Abstract

Teknologi website mengalami perkembangan yang cepat menyebabkan berbagai informasi dengan mudah untuk didapat. Sebuah website yang baik harus dapat diakses dengan mudah dan waktu penayangan halaman web yang cepat sehingga informasi dapat disampaikan dengan baik. Organisasi akuatik untuk memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi dan menyampaikan informasi terpadu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website. Website performance merupakan elemen kualitas website dan dengan adanya kinerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Website Performance memberikan korelasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 86,70%. Salah satu cara untuk mengukur performa sebuah website dilakukan dengan menggunakan GT Metrix dari lighthouse. Analisa dilakukan dengan memperhatikan core web vitals Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) First Input Delay (FID) dan Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) dan kriteria web performance, Load Time (LT), Response Time (RT), Page Size (PS), Number of request (NR), Markup Validation (MV), dan Broken Link (BL). Hasil dari analisa performa website organisasi akuatik mendapatkan skor sebesar 56% dengan grade F. Dari hasil pengujian performa dan struktur menandakan bahwa performa website organisasi akuatik belum menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dengan nilai performa dan struktur yang dibawah rata-rata terutama untuk bagian LCP yang memiliki nilai structure 12.6 MB dan waktu untuk akses selama 4.5s dengan rekomendasi dibawah 1.2s. sehingga dapat dikatakan website organisasi akuatik memiliki performa yang kurang baik.

Abstract

A personnel information system is a system that provides information about personnel to help companies manage employee data more easily and quickly. PT Graha Sriwijaya Sejahtera Sentosa is a company engaged in the distribution of car batteries under the Massiv brand. Problems that exist in companies include the accumulation of prospective employee application files resulting in the destruction of rejected employee application files, searching for employee data which takes a lot of time because employee data has to be searched in a storage cupboard so it is less efficient and employee leave applications are still recorded manually. in written media such as books and paper which have a fairly high risk of being lost or damaged, which causes data processing related to the company's human resource information system to still have shortcomings and inefficiencies. The system development method used is the RUP method (Rational Unified Process) by observing the running system. This research aims to collect data and convey information about employees. The results of interviews with the company's HRD revealed problems in collecting employee data adapted to the PIECES framework as welldiagram usecase as well as in planning to useclass diagram anddiagram activity andMySQL for database storage. The purpose of creating this system is to simplify the process of collecting personnel data in companies. Therefore, having a personnel information system in the company can help the company more easily collect employee data, provide information to employees regarding the company's internal affairs, and help employees more easily apply for leave without having to contact their superiors directly.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi terutama pada bidang multimedia saat ini semakin cepat dan memiliki manfaat yang cukup banyak, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan penerapan teknologi multimedia di berbagai bidang. Kondisi ini mendorong peluang karir dan pekerjaan dibidang multimedia sangat terbuka luas terutama bagi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). SMK adalah sekolah kejuruan yang mengajarkan banyak bidang, yang salah satunya adalah pengetahuan terkait multimedia. Peningkatan penguasaan penggunaan multimedia harus terus dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kapasitas lulusan. SMK N 9 Banyuasin, sebagai salah satu sekolah yang memiliki Program studi multimedia bekerjasama dengan kampus STMIK GI MDP dan STIE MDP mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan Windows Movie Maker kepada siswa dan guru dilingkungan sekolah dalam membuat video yang diisi dengan pengetahuan teori dan praktek. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan fitur-fitur yang ada didalam software ini, sehingga dapat mempermudah proses pembuatan dan menghasilkan video yang baik. Sebagai bentuk evaluasi pelatihan, diakhir sesi tim pelatih memberikan tantangan untuk membuat video sederhana kepada peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan fitur-fitur yang ada di Windows Movie Maker. Selanjutnya, kegiatan ini dapat diagendakan kembali dan lebih banyak lagi melibatkan pihak-pihak sehingga dapat digunakan masyarakat lebih luas lagi.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh individu, rumah tangga, kelompok maupun badan usaha kecil. UMKM merupakan pondasi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Indonesia. Model Business Canvas (Business Model Canvas) bisa memudahkan para pelaku usaha di dalam membangun strategi terutama di dalam pengaturan strategi, keuangan, maupun kegiatan lainnya yang sangat berperan di dalam kegiatan bisnis. Business Model Canvas (BMC) penting digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah (value added), karena bersifat akurat, yang bisa membantu pelaku usaha untuk menetapkan arah bisnis, dan adanya kesesuaian antara target dan sasaran pasar.

Abstract

Swimmer performance assessment in Indonesia still largely depends on coaches’ intuition, which may lead to subjective decisions and inconsistencies in training program planning, particularly in environments where frequent changes in coaches and sports administrators occur. The lack of structured and data-driven performance assessment tools further limits the continuity and objectivity of athlete development. This study aims to develop a web-based system capable of predicting swimmers’ performance potential by estimating race times based on physical characteristics using the XGBoost model. The proposed system is designed to support coaches in identifying athlete performance potential in a more objective and data-driven manner. Model evaluation results indicate that the XGBoost model achieved an R² value of 0.9190, demonstrating a very high level of prediction accuracy, with an average prediction time of 7.036 seconds. Software testing results confirm that the system operates as intended and is able to present prediction outputs in the form of estimated swimming time, performance percentage, and performance classification into four categories: Very High, High, Medium, and Low. Furthermore, usability evaluation using the USE method yielded excellent results, with an average score of 88.16%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan komposisi segitiga dalam mise-en-scène dan penataan angle pada film fiksi Lakan sebagai strategi visual untuk membangun dan menyampaikan tema keadilan. Lakan adalah adaptasi cerita rakyat Sitalang Barajo Sipado Surang yang menuturkan upaya Lakan mencari keadilan atas pembunuhan ayahnya; naskah terdiri dari 54 scene dengan durasi 30 menit. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif formal visual (close reading frames  shot analysis) pada adegan-adegan kunci yang dipilih berdasarkan penanda komposisi segitiga yang teridentifikasi dalam proposal produksi (scene 7, 16, 32). Data berupa dokumentasi frame, deskripsi blocking, properti, wardrobe, dan laporan teknis produksi (kamera, lensa, lighting) yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan komposisi segitiga diaplikasikan melalui tiga mekanisme: (1) interaksi dua objek dan satu properti (mis. pemain–pemain–foto), (2) blocking pemain dalam ruang sidang yang membentuk tiga titik fokus, dan (3) penggunaan wardrobe dan setting untuk menegaskan relasi kekuasaan. Komposisi segitiga bertindak sebagai penanda visual yang menegaskan pusat perhatian, memperkuat dimensi naratif (keadilan, konflik kekuasaan), dan menciptakan kedalaman ruang pada layar datar. Temuan memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi sinematografi pendidikan dan kajian estetika visual film, serta merekomendasikan agar penerapan komposisi semacam ini didokumentasikan secara sistematis dalam proses produksi.Kata kunci: Analisis Film, Mise-en-Scène, Sinematografi, Segitiga, Representasi Keadilan

Abstract

Abstrak - PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam bidang konstruksi dan merupakan salah satu pelopor perusahaan yang mengembangkan perumahan terintegrasi di Sumatera Selatan khususnya kota Palembang. Saat ini, PT XYZ menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data calon pembeli. Saat ini, proses pengumpulan dan pelaporan data calon pembeli masih mengandalkan alat pengolah data sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel, yang mengakibatkan duplikasi data dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan data secara efektif oleh manajemen. Agar dapat menangani permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk merancang aplikasi pemasaran berbasis website untuk PT XYZ. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan proses pengumpulan data calon pembeli, meminimalkan duplikasi data, dan menyediakan laporan yang terstruktur kepada manajemen. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi ini akan membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dan mendukung pertumbuhan strategis dalam pengembangan properti di Sumatera Selatan. Metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode iterasi yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, analisis, rancangan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Currently, PT XYZ is facing challenges in the efficiency and effectiveness of managing prospective buyer data. Currently, the process of collecting and reporting prospective buyer data still relies on simple data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, which results in data duplication and difficulties in effective data monitoring by management. In order to overcome these problems, the purpose of this research is to create a design for a website-based marketing application for PT XYZ. This application is designed to integrate the prospective buyer data collection process, minimize data duplication, and provide structured reports to management. It is hoped that the implementation of this application will help improve the company's operational efficiency and support strategic growth in property development in South Sumatra. The development methodology used in this research is an iterative method which consists of several stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven service transformation across various sectors, including tourism, particularly religious tourism, which requires easy access to information and efficient visitor services. Museum Al-Qur’an Akbar Palembang, as a religious and educational tourism destination, faces challenges in managing visitor information and ticket reservation services that are still largely conventional and not yet fully oriented toward user experience. This study aims to design the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of an information and online ticketing website by applying the Design Thinking method. The method is implemented through five stages empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test to systematically identify the needs and problems of both visitors and museum managers and translate them into digital design solutions. The results show that the application of Design Thinking contributes to the development of a website prototype that supports service efficiency, improves information clarity, enhances navigation comfort, and aligns user needs with museum management requirements. This research provides a contribution to the development of user-centered digital services for religious tourism and may serve as a reference for the design of similar systems in other religious and cultural tourism destinations.
