Abstract

Pulau Temoyong adalah salah satu pulau yang berada di Kepulauan Riau Kota Batam. Masyarakat di Pulau Temoyong rata-rata bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan. Masyarakat di Pulau Temoyong ini masih banyak yang belum mengetahui teknologi informasi. Pembinaan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi ini bertujuan agar masyarakat pulau temoyong mengetahui penggunaan dan manfaat dari teknologi dan informasi dan komunikasi yang saat ini berkembang dengan pesat sehingga masyarakat dapat termotivasi untuk mengevaluasi dan mempelajari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai dasar untuk belajar dan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar, bekerja, dan berbagai aktifitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode pelaksaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan pembinaan kepada masyarakat pulau temoyong sampai mereka bisa memahami penggunaan dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat pulau temoyong sudah mengetahui penggunaan dan manfaat dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Abstract— This research applies data mining using clustering methods to improve the quality of learning in Higher Education Institutions in the Program TKJ Community College South Solok. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering is a process of grouping a number of data or object into a cluster (group) so that each cluster will contain the data that is as similar as possible and different from the objects in other clusters. Testing is done with RapidMiner 5.3 applications that generate clusters in improving the quality of learning. The samples used were taken from the data tables of students who have ditrasformasi. Where the variables are defined as the first test four variables, namely: IP students, distance students, attendance and parental income. Where the students will present data with the quality of teaching is very good, good, good enough, and less good.

Abstract

Masyarakat di Pulau Temoyong ini masih banyak yang belum mengetahui teknologi informasi. Pembinaan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi ini bertujuan agar masyarakat pulau temoyong mengetahui penggunaan dan manfaat dari teknologi dan informasi dan komunikasi yang saat ini berkembang dengan pesat sehingga masyarakat dapat termotivasi untuk mengevaluasi dan mempelajari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai dasar untuk belajar dan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar, bekerja, dan berbagai aktifitas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode pelaksaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan pembinaan kepada masyarakat pulau temoyong sampai mereka bisa memahami penggunaan dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat pulau temoyong sudah mengetahui penggunaan dan manfaat dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Information technology is a knowledge that is always evolving from tools or communication which is a delivery of information through rapid communications, which relates to information problems in terms of all aspects ranging from data collection, data storage, data processing from information to the process of delivering information to people who need it. The purpose of fostering information technology and healthy internet use is an educational process by providing sufficient understanding of the current latest technology and being educated with the Islamic bank operating system, the owner of the fund invests his money so he can earn interest from the bank. If the profit sharing from the customer's funds is then distributed to those in need (eg venture capital), with a profit sharing agreement according to the agreement. Guidance on the Development of Information Technology and Bank Sariah Operational Systems at the Vocational High School Nang Nadim Batam to find out how to use good information technology and know the operating system of the Sariah bank. With this coaching, it is hoped that students will be helped in understanding the service that was carried out on January 15 and 16, 2019 at SMK Hang Nadim Batu Aji, Batam City.

Abstract

The concept of data mining becomes one of the important tools in information management because the existing information has an increasing number. Data mining has many techniques in practice, one of which is the clustering technique which is the process of grouping data into groups so that data exist in the same group have properties as closely as possible. Clustering has many different methods, one of which is K-Means. By using ata mining clustering on traffic activity data taken from Hang Nadim Airport Batam, it can be obtained by grouping passenger based on clusters according to the nature of each data. The data taken include the number of passengers coming, departing, and transiting. In the process of performing data mining clustering, existing sample data must go through several important stages in order to get the correct cluster results. Stages that must be passed the Stages of Data Processing, Clustering Stage and Stage Algorithm. Based on the results of research that has been done on the existing sample data, it can be concluded the results of data grouping of passengers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam.

Abstract

Marriage is something that is highly desirable for every potential partner in life. Marriage is considered a sacred activity so it needs to be well planned and mature. The growing development of a business in Batam city makes this business mushrooming because it is definitely needed by every couple who will get married. The availability of a wedding package helps each couple to choose an existing package, both in terms of price, type of tent to be used, number of clothes, and wedding photographer services. In this study, researchers conducted a determination of the problem in the form of a wedding package selection, looking for literature in accordance with the problems in the form of books and journals, analysis with fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method to complete the exact calculations so that prospective brides who will choose the aids package can choose the package that in accordance with the wishes and budget provided. The use of fuzzy logic and the Mamdani method will be assisted by Finite State Automata in making the rule design of fuzzy logic. Output targets achieved in the form of analysis of the determination of the package in the form of fuzzy logic calculations, system design from the analysis stage, retrieval of real data from each aisle in the city of Batam, and the target in the first year in the form of a determination package relevant to every wedding in the city of Batam.

Abstract

Education is one aspect of life that should be owned by every human being. The most crucial times for education is during school. During school, students will start from kindergarten until finally graduating at the high school level. One aspect that is highly considered during school is the level of intelligence. Intelligence levels are often associated with IQ levels. According to research, a person's IQ level becomes a benchmark on the level of intelligence of that person. The level of intelligence can affect the lives of students in receiving lessons so well that the school should properly classify students. Grouping students based on IQ level aims that students can receive more appropriate and effective learning methods so that students can receive lessons well. At Yos Sudarso Highschool at Batam, there are a lot of students who enroll and grouping students will take a lot of time and is not efficient if done manually. Grouping students can be done quickly and precisely by utilizing data mining. One method in data mining is clustering by using K-means. The stages of this method begin with random selection K, K here is the number of clusters that you want to form. Then set K values ​​randomly, while the value becomes the center of the cluster or commonly referred to as centroid, mean or "means". Calculating the distance of each existing data on each centroid using the Euclidian formula to find the closest distance from each data with the centroid after the manual calculation is run on the data mining software, RapidMiner. The use of the K-means method for grouping is one of the right methods when viewed from the variables to be used, namely the value of the student's IQ level. This ¬K-means method will form clusters that classify students based on IQ levels. By applying data mining clustering with the K-means method it is hoped that it can help the school in classifying students appropriately so as to facilitate the school in ensuring students get the right learning method.

Abstract

Determination how best badminton is an important element in making a decision to choose kok in badminton game, where from many kok we can choose the best. Misinformation kok will be bad in badminton game. The decision taken can be in the form of weight determination, diameter kok, kok size, hair length kok, kok material, color label kok, brand kok, kok speed, endurance kok. Badminton players need to know which one is best among how many are used. Fuzzy logic mamdani is one method that is very flexible and has tolerance on existing data. Fuzzy mamdani has the advantage that is, more intuitive, accepted by many parties. The use of fuzzy mamdani is the same as the use of forecasting methods in the field of statistics. Determination of analysis based on fuzzy approach is more efficient in approach using numbers than with forecasting method. Forecasting in statistics can result in error errors greater than the fuzzy approach. Therefore with the existence of this system can help the process of determining the best kok faster. And also the accuracy will be more assured where the determination to include the factors that support. In addition, the system must have a basic calculation calculation is good, one of the basic calculation calculation is good and can be used is fuzzy logic using mamdani method.

Abstract

Abstract: The guidance on the use of application software for administration and documentation aims to ensure that organizational managers and members of the Hanglekir Batam Center Housing PKK in Riau Islands can understand and utilize the application software and find out how to use the application software in the future. Therefore, the development of this application software will be very necessary for organizers and PKK members who are interested in learning it. The main target of this coaching can be to produce people who can technology and understand the use of the application software. The type and capacity of the application program required will certainly be different from each other. Not a few people use the application program as an ingredient to obtain search results from a subject matter. These applications can be done in various ways including computerized systems that aim to improve the quality and quality of an application, the results provide solutions and make decisions for some organizational managers and PKK members who do not understand the use of computer applications and use computer applications for administration and documentation. The method used by guiding the management and PKK members with two meetings for a month. The results of this coaching are administrators and members of the Batam Hanglekir Housing PKK who already know how to use and use software applications.            Keywords: Coaching, Software, Application, Administration, Documentation  Abstrak: Pembinaan pemanfaatan software aplikasi untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi ini bertujuan agar pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Center Kota Batam  Kepri bisa memahami dan memanfaatkan software aplikasi tersebut dan mengetahui cara penggunaan software aplikasi di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan software application ini akan sangat dibutukan bagi pengurus Organisasi dan anggota PKK yang berminat untuk mempelajarinya. Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. Abstract

We all know that since the number of Covid-19 cases has increased in Indonesia, many problems have arisen in society. Covid-19 has crippled the socio-economic conditions of all Indonesian people. As a result of the Covid-19 problem, the Indonesian government must establish policies such as issuing rules for social distancing, and also calling for Work From Home for those who work as employees, imposing restrictions on each region, building hospitals to handle Covid-19, and others. With the existence of government policy decisions will have an impact on all people, both the community. Socio-economic problems arise and have a direct impact on society. The purpose of this study is to prediction the covid 19 pandemic. This study applies data mining techniques with the naïve Bayes algorithm with software implementation using Tanagra software. The results of this study can be used to see the clustering pattern of the Covid 19 pandemic, and it can be seen from the results of the probabilities of the Covid data so far for the spread of Covid 19 which has 90.7% correct predictions and 9.3% wrong predictions.
