In the era of digitalization, MSMEs face significant challenges in adopting digital technology for their business development. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method involving 50 MSME actors in Padang Sari Village as respondents. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies over a period of 6 months. The results of the study showed that the implementation of digital marketing strategies succeeded in increasing market reach by up to 150% and average turnover by 75%. The main obstacles identified included limited digital infrastructure, lack of understanding of technology, and minimal competent human resources. This study produces recommendations in the form of a digital marketing implementation framework that is adjusted to the characteristics of rural MSMEs, including the development of digital presence, optimization of social media, e-commerce integration, and sustainable HR capacity development programs.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on income inequality in Indonesia from 2010 to 2024, using the Gini ratio as a measure and employing multiple linear regression analysis on secondary data from the Indonesian Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The findings reveal that GDP has a negative and statistically significant effect on inequality (p = 0.0424), suggesting that economic growth tends to narrow income disparities, whereas inflation exerts a positive and significant influence (p = 0.0326), indicating that higher inflation exacerbates unequal income distribution. Conversely, FDI was found to have no statistically significant impact (p = 0.3910). Together, these variables explain approximately 41% of the variation in inequality, highlighting the importance of pursuing inclusive growth strategies, effective inflation management, and enhancing the impact of foreign investment on income distribution. The policy implications underscore the need for government efforts to promote inclusive development, maintain price stability, and redesign FDI policies to contribute more directly to job creation and strengthening productive sectors

Abstract

Indonesia is a disaster-prone region where calamities are frequently exacerbated by the spiritual crisis of modern humanity, manifested as individualism and a dominant technocratic paradigm,This article explores social, economic, and ecological responsibilities in light of the Pastoral Constitution Gaudium et Spes (GS) articles 63–72 and the encyclical Laudato Si’ (LS) as a response to the reality of disasters in Indonesia,The research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-analytical method based on library research Findings indicate that GS 63–72 positions human dignity at the center of economic life, where the principle of the "universal destination of goods" (GS 69) serves as an ethical foundation for the just distribution of resources during disaster emergencies. Furthermore, the concept of integral ecology expands socio-economic responsibility into an ecological dimension, highlighting the intrinsic link between the "cry of the earth" and the "cry of the poor"This theological analysis advocates for a transformation toward a holistic pastoral care model that integrates the needs of individuals, society, and the environment. The study concludes that ecological conversion and the implementation of a preventative, contextual "ecological diaconia," enriched by local wisdom, are essential for caring for our common home.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of the Human Development Index (HDI), Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita on poverty in Aceh Province. Despite receiving substantial fiscal support through the Special Autonomy Fund, Aceh continues to record one of the highest poverty rates in Indonesia, indicating persistent structural challenges. This study provides district-level evidence from 23 regencies and municipalities in Aceh during 2020–2024 using panel data regression analysis. Based on the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests, the Random Effect Model was identified as the most appropriate specification. The findings reveal that HDI has a significant negative effect on poverty, indicating that improvements in education, health, and living standards contribute to poverty reduction. The Open Unemployment Rate also exhibits a significant negative relationship with poverty, suggesting the importance of regional labor market characteristics and informal employment. Meanwhile, GRDP per capita has no significant effect, implying that economic growth has not been sufficiently inclusive to alleviate poverty. These findings emphasize that strengthening human capital and improving labor market quality are more effective strategies for reducing poverty in Aceh Province.
