Abstract

The capital of Aceh Province, Indonesia, Banda Aceh, has experienced a number of problems with the handling of municipal solid waste due to an increasing urban population. Problems with waste management are also getting worse as a result of inadequate infrastructure and ineffective solutions. Waste containers/bins are the most basic items that can be used to solve issues with waste management. In this study, data from nine subdistricts of Banda Aceh had been gathered for waste dump locations from to analyze the spatial distribution of waste bins. Through the generalization tool in ArcGIS Pro, a spatial variation of distance between the trash cans was discovered. Changing the waste management system requires the application of geospatial approaches on a global scale. In the region of attention, this study evaluated the appropriate distance for waste container placement and the results were used to produce a number of maps showing the various sites where the waste container should be placed for the Banda Aceh government.

Abstract

Poetry is one of the literary works whose emotional expression is sometimes difficult to understand. The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of emotion and its meaning in the poem "Ruang Hijau" by Natasha Rizky. This research implements a descriptive-qualitative paradigm type. Data was obtained from a book entitled "Kamu Tidak Istimewa." This book was written by Natasha Rizky herself. Published by Elex Media Komputindo. The data was obtained by copying and documenting it in a research draft. The process of data analysis in this study involves analysis involving data texts and in-depth analysis of each data text, followed by status analysis. The data text of the book was carefully read line by line to find the essence of each narrative by numbering each line. The results show that this poem contains only two emotional expressions, namely the emotional expressions of sadness and fear. While the expressions of joy, courage, and anger are not found in the poem, Expressions of sadness mean that sadness, pain, and fatigue are experienced. Expressions of fear mean weakness in the face of pressure, while the narrative of struggle symbolizes her hope for help. It also has the meaning of loneliness and longing for help from others.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini mengeksplorasi strategi pengembangan usaha yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing KTL Kopitiam di Jalan Sutomo, Medan. Data primer diperoleh dari pedoman observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola serta staf. Data sekunder terdiri dari literatur mutakhir tentang strategi kafe lokal, pemasaran digital, dan model daya saing UMKM. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik dengan dukungan kerangka SWOT dan adaptasi Porter’s Diamond untuk memetakan kekuatan internal dan tekanan eksternal. Hasil menunjukkan keunggulan kompetitif KTL terletak pada diferensiasi produk (perpaduan tradisional modern), profesionalitas pelayanan, lokasi strategis, serta integrasi nilai lokal. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan ruang, posisi harga relatif tinggi, serta ancaman persaingan dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Rekomendasi meliputi: (1) memperkuat eksposur merek melalui kampanye micro influencer dan konten terarah, (2) mengoptimalisasi kombinasi produk harga melalui bundling dan menu musiman, (3) meningkatkan efisiensi operasional lewat alur kerja lean dan integrasi pemesanan digital, serta (4) membangun kemitraan pasokan lokal untuk menjaga kestabilan bahan baku.
