Abstract

Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Sejahtera Padang sebagai lembaga ekonomi rakyat kecil yang berupaya mengembangkan usaha produktif dan investasi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi usaha mikro dan kecil berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan koperasi, yang dapat memberikan pelayanan kebutuhan akan modal pada masyarakat, pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil bisa mendapatkan bantuan modal dari produk-produk pembiayaan yang disediakan seperti: Mudharabah, Qardul Hasan, Musyarakah, Ba’i Bitsamal Ajil, dan Murabahah. Pelaksanaan prinsip syariah pada Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Sejahtera Padang melalui sistem akad persekutuan (mudharabah dan musyarakah) sebagai metoda pemenuhan kebutuhan akan modal dalam memberdayakan usaha mikro dan kecil, namun dari prinsip-prinsip syariah tersebut KJKS-BMT lebih cendrung menggunakan sistem akad jual beli (murabahah) karena kelenturan dan keluwesannya, yang mudah dipahami oleh nasabah/anggota dan kecil resikonya. Kedua, Hambatan yang dihadapi Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitu Maal Wat Tamwi Sejahtera Padang maupun dari pihak penerima pembiayaan modal kerja yaitu permasalahan internal dan eksternal seperti rendahnya sumber daya insani, kopetensi pihak-pihak terkait (stake holder), dan belum adanya aturan hukum positif secara khusus yang mengatur serta lemahnya pengawasan. Upaya penyelesaianya dengan cara melakukan berbagai langkah yaitu, lebih profesional dan melakukan pembinaan kepada pengelola maupun anggota.

Abstract

Indonesia is famous for its natural diversity of flora and fauna. Opportunities are very wide open for young people, coupled with the declining interest of young people to wrestle in agriculture. With the existence of young people who are interested in the world of agriculture, it will create a tremendous impact on Indonesian agriculture, benefit the masses with a healthier and more advanced approach to using technology. In this regard, the dedication team conducts an introduction to the introduction of the world of early age livestock and health management counseling for livestock. Where farmers and ranchers here rarely get counseling and training, so many do not know about the potential of the village that can be used for their benefit without spending a large fee. The team has designed the materials needed according to the needs of farmers and ranchers so that in the future they will easily understand and apply them in their work later. This counseling was held 3 times a meeting which lasted several hours as needed. This counseling is carried out on an ongoing basis starting from the preparation of counseling, material preparation, implementation of counseling and report writing. The extension participants were aimed at farmer groups and ranchers.

Abstract

The success of exclusive breastfeeding is a high level of maternal education, a fairly high level of maternal knowledge, the existence of support and understanding of husbands to breastfeed exclusively, the role of potential groups to provide information to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, the existence of counseling, supportive attitudes of officers and want to respond to every problem that is being faced. Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of the management model of athletic sports club training management, especially running, jumping and throwing numbers at SMP Negeri 3 Wish Jaya, Aceh Besar district, and specifically aims to assess the extent of analyzing the capabilities of the athletic sports club management model in SMP Negeri 3. Want Jaya, Aceh Besar District, in this research study was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Wish Jaya, Aceh Besar District. The method used is a qualitative analysis research method, which only assesses, looking at the feasibility of the development of management of the athletic sports club management. The results of the research obtained show that: 1) improve capabilities, facilitate the management / management of athletic sports, especially running, jumping and throwing numbers at SMP Negeri 3 Want Jaya, Aceh Besar District, 2) make an evaluation plan for the management of athletic sports club training management, especially numbers running, jumping and throwing at SMP Negeri 3 Wish Jaya, Aceh Besar District, 3) making monthly, weekly, and daily training programs, 4) applying rules to be more disciplined, focused and motivated in practicing, 5) being able to organize properly about scheduling, determination of a training location, especially the athletic sports club at SMP Negeri 3 Wish Jaya, Aceh Besar District. The results of the research and its discussion show that the management process and results of the management of Aceh Athletic sports in the area are still low, this is because the management, management, recruitment and financing processes are still lacking / are still in the stages of improvement towards a more advanced direction - average up to 75%.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the staff of the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat, with the objectives being 1). Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2). Knowing the effect of loyalty on employee performance, 3). Knowing how the influence of mutations on employee performance, and 4). Knowing work experience, loyalty and mutation to the performance of the staff of the Bireuen Regency House of Representatives (DPRK). This research is in the form of  uantitative research with a survey of 53 employees by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results obtained that: a). There are direct and indirect effects of work experience, based on work loyalty and employee mutations on employee performance by 25.49 percent. b). There are direct and indirect effects of work loyalty, based on work experience and employee mutations on employee erformance by 24.22 percent. and c). There are direct and indirect effects of employee mutations based on work experience and work loyalty on employee performance by 27.78 percent. Based on the size of the coefficient of determination of 0.776 explains that the contribution of aspects of work experience, work loyalty and employeemutations to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRK Bireuen by 77.6%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables not examined was 22.4%, showing that there are other factors that can affect performance variables, such as income, organizational climate, leadership, work facilities, and others.  Keywords: Work Experience, Loyalty, Mutation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Third Party Fund, Asset To Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through UMKM financing in Bireuen Regency by taking PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera as a case study. This type of research uses quantitative approach, namely research based on numbers and statistical analysis. This type of quantitative research is included in descriptive research. Data used in this research is secondary data, by collecting annual published financial reports of PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera from 2010 to 2019 per quarter, which is time series data. Data then classified based on existing criteria determined. These data are obtained from the official website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan www.ojk.go.id. Because the object of research observation is the amount of turnover UMKM, then the population in this study were PT. BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera’s customers which already uses financing services from 2010 to 2019. And due to data limitations, then all population data is sampled. The analysis technique used is path analysis method. The results of this study is total third party fund influence positive and significant on financing of UMKM amounted to 46,46%. There is a positive and significant influence between assets to UMKM financing amounted 51,27%. There is a positive and significant influence between third party fund and assets to UMKM financing amounted 97,7%. Then there is a positive and significant influence between UMKM financing on UMKM turnover amounted 98%. And there is a positive and significant influence of third party fund to assets amounted 94%.

Abstract

The study was conducted on 116 state high school teachers in Juang City District, Bireuen Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect; 1). The leadership of the principal on the performance of the teachers of the State Senior High School of Juang City, Bireuen District. 2). Work motivation on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri Juang City District, Bireuen Regency. 3). Job satisfaction with the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, as well as 4). The influence of principal leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive analysis methods and path analysis. The results of the research show, in a descriptive analysis that; a) Principal Leadership Factors including good in supporting teacher performance. The teacher assessment score on the Principal's Leadership reaches 82.59%, b) The level of teacher work motivation, is already good, reaching 82.27% of the ideal conditions in achieving teacher performance, and c) Teacher job satisfaction has shown good things, reaching 82 , 88% of which is expected to improve teacher performance. While the results of the path analysis showed the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance was 7.97%. There is an influence of the teacherwork motivation factor on the performance of SMAN teachers in Juang City, Bireuen Regency, which is 9.44 percent. The job satisfaction factor is also a factor that has a very high effect on teacher performance, namely 15.11%. The results of the analysisof the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction to the performance of high school teachers in Juang City, Bireuen Regency, is 26.2%.

Abstract

This journal focuses on the tabayyun attitude which is still relevant as a solution to the problems of da'wah in the era of digitalization.  The phenomenon that occurred was found to be due to the dullness of critical understanding in the millennial generation.  This is due to exposure to negative issues or ineffectiveness of the implementation of da'wah bi al-Tadwin in the era of digitalization, namely related to digital da'wah videos on social media applications with a short duration of time and without clear sources of information.  Thus, the actualization of tabayyun is a wise solution for digital da'wah scholarship through understanding the contextualization of hadith.  This hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal is one of the hadiths that discusses tabayyun.  The hadith analyzes data problems and uses ma'anil hadith studies.  The research object of the tabayyun hadith, describes three problem formulations, namely first, what is the quality and status of the authenticity of the tabayyun hadith in the history of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal.  Second, what is the meaning of the hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal number for implementing short duration da'wah in the era of digitalization.  Third, how to contextualize the tabayyun hadith as a wise attitude or Ahsan al-'Amal in overcoming the da'wah phenomenon in the era of digitalization.  This conclusion includes the status of the hadith studied as having Sahih lizatihi quality so that it can be used as evidence.  The actualization of tabayyun is a warning and demand for Muslims, because the values contained in this attitude are an example of Akhalq al-Karimah. Rasulullah SAW or Ahsan al-'Amal in receiving and conveying information.  The contextualization of tabayyun in the era of digitalization adheres to two principles, namely the principle of selectivity or validity and the principle of Qaulan Sadida as confirmed by the verses of the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet. Qualitative methods, collect descriptive data to gain an indepth understanding of a phenomenon, often through interviews, observations, or text analysis.

Abstract

Praktek tabungan haji masih menjadi perdebatan dan memiliki perbedaan dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap implementasi produk tabungan haji khususnya di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan setiap temuan dengan dukungan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Stabat Langkat khususnya pada produk Tabungan Haji Indonesia yaitu memilih merumuskan pasar yang dituju yaitu menggunakan strategi mensegmen, mentarget pasar dan cara BSI memposisikan diri. Selain itu, dengan mengembangkan marketing mix atau buaran pemasaran yang terdiri product (produk), price (harga), plance (tempat), promotion (promosi), people (orang), phisycal evidence (bukti fisik), dan process (proses). Yang mana dengan menggunakan perumusan strategi pemasaran tersebut bertujuan untuk menarik dan mempertahankan loyalitas para nasabah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisa beban kerja, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap turn over intention perawat yang berdapak pada kinerja perawat di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah (RSPI) Bintaro, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi penelitian seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah (RSPI) Bintaro berjumlah 329 pegawai dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yang ditemukan 180 pegawai sebagai sampel, analisa data dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama - sama antara beban kerja, kompensasi, kepemimpinan terhadap turn over intention, beban kerja terhadap berpengaruh positif terhadap turn over intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turn over intention, kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap turn over intention, kinerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pengaruh pada turn over intention.
