Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kiai dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan dan kebijakan perubahan sistem pendidikan salafiyah ke dalam sistem pendidikan modern di pondok pesantren Nur El Falah Serang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber primer dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengasuh pesantren, ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah, dan guru di pondok pesantren Nur El Falah Serang Banten. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu dokumen-dokumen di pesantren yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KH. Abdul Kabier memiliki peran sangat penting dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan di pondok pesantren Nur El Falah Serang, Banten, yaitu sebagai pimpinan pesantren, perumus visi misi pesantren, pemimpin spiritual dan moral, pembangun jaringan kerjasama, inovator pendidikan pesantren serta sebagai pengembang sistem dan kurikulum pendidikan pesantren. Adapun implementasi kebijakan kiai dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dan umum serta memasukkan lembaga formal ke dalam pesantren, sehingga pesantren Nur El Falah telah mengalami perubahan dari sistem pendidikan salafiyah ke dalam sistem pendidikan modern. Model kurikulum pesantren tidak berfokus pada pengajaran agama Islam yang bersifat konvensional tetapi menggunakan pengajaran yang lebih komferehensif dan variatif, dengan menambahkan teknologi, Bahasa, dan bisnis dalam pembelajaran namun tidak menghilangkan nilai-nilai Islam tradisional.

Abstract

Bravo-PUPR application problems are caused by many factors, inaccurate data, inadequate integration, technical infrastructure and high process complexity. In addition, inconsistencies between organizational values and digital innovation, lack of training, weak coordination, and external support are also obstacles to the success of such e-government. To find the success rate of the Bravo-PUPR application, we used the ITPOSMO model to assess the gaps between the designs realized in the application. Of the 39,308 employees in the population used for the study, only 100 met the criteria to be selected using the Purpose Sampling technique. Quantitative data analysis is used, primarily to test for gaps. As a result, the Other Resource dimension received the lowest GAP score, which was 0.09. In addition, Staffing and Skills dimension received a score of 0.76, Objective and value obtained a score of 1.17, Technology obtained a score of 1.61, Information obtained a score of 1.69, and Management and Structure obtained a score of 1.82. The highest GAP score in the Process dimension is 2.44. This score is obtained based on the calculation of the overall assessment table. The project may have been successful due to its overall rating of 9.58, which ranges from 0 to 14.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine the extent to which santri's understanding of the contents of the Fathul Qarib book influences the quality of the implementation of fardhu prayers at the Miftahul Mubtadiin An Nur Islamic Boarding School, Krempyang, Nganjuk Regency. The Fathul Qarib book, as one of the basic fiqh references in the Shafi'i school of thought, plays an important role in shaping the religious understanding of santri, especially in terms of worship. Through a quantitative approach with a correlational research type, this study examines the relationship between the level of santri's understanding of the contents of the book and the quality of their worship practices in their daily lives. The research population included santri who actively participated in activities at the Islamic boarding school, with simple random sampling techniques applied to select respondents in order to obtain a representative sample. Data collection techniques involved distributing closed questionnaires, documenting worship activities, and directly observing the performance of fardhu prayers. The results of the analysis using simple linear regression indicated that the level of understanding of the Fathul Qarib book showed a significant positive correlation with the quality of fardhu prayers performed by the students.

Abstract

This community service and research aims to improve the welfare of farmers in Dusun Nenas, Dusun Nenas, Wajok Hilir Village, Kab. Mempawah, Prov. West Kalimantan, where most of the people depend on the agricultural sector. Taro, as one of the local commodities that has great potential, is rich in nutrients and has a unique flavor. However, the development of processed taro products by local MSMEs is constrained by less attractive and informative packaging. Effective packaging is essential to protect the product while attracting consumer attention. By utilizing the advantages of fresh and quality local raw materials, processed taro products have the opportunity to compete in the market. This research made efforts through training and mentoring in innovative packaging design to improve product competitiveness. This training is expected to help the community in creating more attractive and functional packaging, so as to increase the selling value of the product and strengthen its position in the market. It is expected that this activity will improve the quality of processed taro products, expand market reach, and make a positive contribution to the welfare of the community in Nenas Hamlet.

Abstract

The result of this work's results in the 100% of the 10 part's quality control, 5 part of which are of quality and 5 part that are not of quality and for the seals that can be read by the Quality Control There are also other right-to-doses for the quality control of the light, silver and a pain.
