Abstract

Abstract— Processing systems psychological examination report which still uses manually by counselors write psikogram report based on the records provided by the psychologist is not very effective especially counselors do not know the purpose of the record given by psychologists. This study aims to build an application that can generate processing psikogram good information, exactly as required by the client or the firm, effective and seefesien possible to use time. Psikogram is reporting the results of psychological tests as a whole in the process of psychological assessment. Psikogram this report will facilitate a psychologist to read and translate the individual aspects. Application processing psikogram web-based reports allow users simultaneously using it without having to install the application on each user's computer and the use of the Internet users can access these applications anytime and anywhere he is. This research has produced a report processing application that helps psikogram  work of psychologists and counselors to provide psikogram report results that can be directly accessed by the client so that the information can be conveyed properly. With this application, counselor or psychologist no longer need to make a report manually psychological examination conducted so far. Intisari— Sistem pengolahan laporan hasil pemeriksaan psikologi yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan konselor menulis laporan psikogram berdasarkan catatan yang diberikan oleh psikolog sangat tidak efektif terlebih lagi konselor tidak mengetahui maksud dari catatan yang diberikan oleh psikolog. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu aplikasi pengolahan psikogram yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang baik, tepat sesuai yang dibutuhkan oleh klien atau perusahaan, efektif dan seefesien mungkin dalam menggunakan waktu. Psikogram adalah laporan hasil tes psikologi secara keseluruhan dalam proses assessment psikologi. Laporan psikogram ini akan mempermudah psikolog untuk membaca dan menerjemahkan aspek individu. Aplikasi pengolahan laporan psikogram berbasis web memungkinkan user secara bersama-sama menggunakannya tanpa harus menginstal aplikasi di setiap komputer user dan dengan menggunakan internet penggunanya bisa mengakses aplikasi ini kapan saja dan di mana saja dia berada. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengolahan laporan psikogram yang membantu kerja dari psikolog dan konselor untuk memberikan hasil laporan psikogram yang bisa langsung di  akses oleh klien sehingga informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini konselor atau psikolog tidak perlu lagi membuatkan laporan hasil pemeriksaan psikologi secara manual yang dilakukan selama ini. Kata kunci      : Aplikasi, Psikogram, Web.

Abstract

Abstract— Public ignorance about the science division of legacy in Islam are Muslims, can sometimes lead to disputes in relation to the settlement of the family legacy issues. Not everyone is able to carry out the determination of the number of proportion to any heirs, so it takes an expert or experts who can assist in providing a solution to the division of the legacy rights. Expert system is one science that provides solutions to solve the problems that typically can only be resolved by an expert or experts. Expert systems provide added value to the technology to assist in addressing the increasingly sophisticated information age. Expert system design division of legacy in Islam are expected to help solve the problems in calculating legacy that is based on Islamic law. This study adopted the expert knowledge to help solve problems in counting and distribution of the estate to the rightful heirs according to Islamic law. The design of the expert system in the form of web based expert system applications. The results achieved are getting an effective expert system , because it can help give the results of calculation and distribution of the estate to accurately based on Islamic law. Intisari— Ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang ilmu pembagian waris Islam yang dalam hal ini adalah umat muslim, terkadang dapat menimbulkan perselisihan dalam hubungan keluarga untuk penyelesaian masalah waris. Tidak semua orang mampu dalam melakukan penentuan jumlah proporsi untuk setiap ahli waris, sehingga dibutuhkan seorang ahli atau pakar yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan solusi untuk pembagian hak waris tersebut. Penelitian sistem pakar ini memiliki maksud menyediakan solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang biasanya hanya dapat diselesaikan oleh seorang ahli atau pakar. Sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah pada teknologi untuk membantu dalam menangani era informasi yang semakin canggih. Perancangan sistem pakar ini bertujuan untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan dalam menghitung harta waris yang didasarkan pada hukum Islam dan mengadopsi pengetahuan pakar untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan dalam menghitung dan pembagian harta warisan kepada ahli waris yang berhak menurut hukum Islam. Rancangan sistem pakar ini yaitu dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web sistem pakar. Hasil yang dicapai adalah mendapatkan sistem pakar yang efektif, karena dapat membantu memberikan hasil penghitungan dan pembagian harta warisan secara akurat berdasarkan hukum Islam. Kata kunci : Sistem Pakar, Pembagian Hak Waris, Hukum Waris Islam, Berbasis Web

Abstract

The process of data collection and processing of student scores that is carried out continuously from year to year is felt to be unable to produce fast, precise and accurate information, because it takes a long time. Computerized information system processing student grades is expected to be able to ease the work of homeroom teachers, so that they can produce valid information in a short time and can be accessed anywhere. With good processing and management, value data processing will be easier, faster, more accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based digital report card information system as a solution offered to help solve problems faced by schools. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, designing, coding, testing and Software Increment. The results of this study are the creation of an information system that can provide several advantages as well as efficiency and effectiveness in processing information and managing value data up to the printing of student report cards.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Hermantoni Clinic & Pharmacy is a company engaged in public health services for both adults and children who provide cardiovascular treatment and drug provision. Currently Hermantoni Clinic is not yet have a system that can provide information about the state of goods and data processing about the out of the drug because it still uses manual system. Therefore, it is needed a planning of medical supplies at Hermantoni Clinic which can determine the amount of inventory in covering all requests and also an information system that can support all activities regarding the management of drug supply. In this research the method used is a Waterfall Model consisting of four stages: Analysis, Design, Code Generation and Implementation. The drug supply management information system at the Hermantoni Clinic that can support all activities regarding the drug supply has been successfully established. This information system can connect Hermantoni Clinic with some existing users and can facilitate the user in ordering the needs of the drug and see the medical supplies at Hermantoni Clinic. This information system also facilitate the owner / director to check the stock of drugs, the number of drugs coming in as well as the number of demand for goods out.Keywords: Web Based, Drug Supplies, Information System. ABSTRAK - Klinik & Apotek Hermantoni merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan umum baik untuk orang dewasa maupun anak-anak yang menyediakan jasa pengobatan jantung serta pengadaan obat. Saat ini Klinik Hermantoni ini belum memiliki suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai keadaan barang dan pengolahan data mengenai keluar masuknya obat karena masih menggunakan sistem manual. Karena itu dibutuhkan suatu perencanaan persediaan obat di  Klinik Hermantoni yang dapat menentukan besarnya persediaan dalam meng-cover seluruh permintaan dan juga sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung segala aktivitas mengenai manajemen persediaan obat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Waterfall Model yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: Analisa, Perancangan, Code Generation dan Implementasi. Sistem informasi manajemen persediaan obat di  Klinik Hermantoni  yang dapat mendukung segala aktivitas mengenai persediaan obat telah berhasil dibuat. Sistem informasi ini dapat menghubungkan Klinik Hermantoni dengan dengan beberapa user yang ada dan dapat memudahkan user dalam memesan kebutuhan obat serta melihat persediaan obat di  Klinik Hermantoni. Sistem informasi ini juga memudahkan pemilik/direktur melakukan pengecekan stok obat, jumlah obat masuk serta jumlah permintaan barang keluar.Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Persediaan Obat, Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

In the digital era like today, technology is developing very rapidly. Computers have become a major requirement in business processes today. PT Suma Karya Gemilang is a company engaged in the construction sector. PT Suma Karya Gemilang in running its business is still not computerized such as submitting funds and making project expense reports. The impact of a system that has not been computerized causes ineffectiveness in work, frequent unintentional errors, frequent buildup of unprocessed documents, resulting in documents being easily lost and damaged if not processed quickly, making project expense reports often writing errors and inaccurate in the making. So that the design of a project financial information system with the Waterfall development method is a solution to the problems that exist at PT Suma Karya Gemilang. With a computerized system, the work process becomes more efficient and effective in supporting all company activities. The results obtained by using a computerized system reduce writing errors, report generation becomes accurate and effective, with the use of document databases becoming more organized and not piling up. Overall, a computerized system is much better in all aspects than a non-computerized system.

Abstract

Abstrak: Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan bagi pasangan suami istri untuk memutuskan keikutsertaanya dalam suatu program yaitu program keluarga berencana yang telah dicanangkan oleh pemerintah sejak lama. Program keluarga berencana tersebut diperlukan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kondisi tubuhnya. Sehingga penelitian ini menerapkan metode clustering dengan model algoritma K-Means, dimana terdapat keunggulan dalam menyelesaikan masalah clustering pada pemilihan alat kontrasepsi. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Annisa Citeureup pada tahun 2017. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Rapid Miner dengan menghasilkan perolehan angka 48% untuk cluster 1 yang terdiri dari , usia 36 tahun, jumlah anak 2, pendidikan SMA, status kerja tidak kerja. 22% untuk cluster 2 yang terdiri dari , usia 46 tahun, jumlah anak 3, pendidikan SMA, status kerja tidak kerja. 30% untuk cluster 3 yang terdiri dari , usia 27 tahun, jumlah anak 2, pendidikan SMA, status kerja tidak kerja. Dari hasil pengolahan tersebut, penerapan clustering pada pemilihan alat kontrasepsi dapat bermanfaat bagi Rumah Sakit Annisa Citeureup. Kata kunci: Alat Kontrasepsi, Clustering, K-Means, Program KB Abstract: There are several factors that are taken into consideration for married couples to decide their participation in a program, namely a family planning program that has been proclaimed by the government for a long time. The family planning program requires the selection of effective contraceptives and in accordance with their body condition. So that this study applies the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm model, where there are advantages in solving clustering problems in the selection of contraceptives. The data used was obtained from Annisa Citeureup Hospital in 2017. Data was processed using Rapid Miner by generating a figure of 48% for cluster 1 consisting of, age 36 years, number of children 2, high school education, non-employment status. 22% for cluster 2 consisting of, age 46 years, number of children 3, high school education, non-working work status. 30% for cluster 3 consisting of, age 27 years, number of children 2, high school education, non-employment status. From the results of the processing, the application of clustering to the selection of contraceptives can be beneficial for Annisa Citeureup Hospital. Abstract

Abstrak: Toko syafira laundry adalah toko yang bergerak di bidang pencucian . Sistem informasi pada toko syafira laundry saat ini masih bersifat manual. Selama ini proses administrasi pelayanan masih menggunakan kegiatan manual. Transaksi penerimaan laundry masih di catat dalam nota penerimaan laundry. Sehingga untuk melakukan pencarian data mengalami kesulitan dan membutuhkan proses yang lama. Serta untuk mengetahui pendapatan laundry juga harus melakukan rekapitulasi semua nota penerimaan laundry. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut, penulis menganalisa dan membuat sistem informasi aplikasi jasa laundry yang menerapkan model waterfall dalam pembangunannya serta menggunakan Bahasa pemograman php dan mysql sebagai database. Sistem tersebut dalam penggunaannya berbasis desktop dengan server localhost karena sistem persediaan barang yang bersifat internal.

Abstract

Cooperatives are a forum that can help people, especially small and medium-sized communities. Cooperatives play an important role in the economic growth of the community such as the price of basic commodities which are relatively cheap and there are also cooperatives that offer borrowing and storing money for the community. Constraints that have been felt by this cooperative are that borrowers find it difficult to repay loan installments, causing bad credit. Because the cooperative in conducting credit analysis is carried out in a personal manner, namely by filling out the loan application form along with the requirements and conducting a field survey. Therefore there is a need for an evaluation to be carried out in lending to borrowers. To minimize these problems, it is necessary to detect customer criteria that are used to predict bad loans and to determine whether or not the elites are eligible to take credit using data mining. The data mining technique used is classification with the Naive Bayes method. Based on testing the accuracy of the resulting model obtained accuracy level of 59%, sensitivity (True Positive Rate (TP Rate) or Recall) of 46.80%, specificity (False Negative Rate (FN Rate or Precision) of 69.81%, Positive Predictive Value (PPV) of 57.89%, and Negative Predictive Value (NPV) of 59.67%.

Abstract

C4.5 algorithm is a decision tree algorithm group. This algorithm has input in the form of training samples and samples. While samples are data fields which we will use as parameters in classifying data. From the variable transaction frequency the company can see which customers are loyal to the company based on historical customer transaction data, but there are still some variables that make customers loyal to the company. These variables are age, customer gender, company sales gender, educational background, customer  transaction frequency. The company knows how to predict customers who will be loyal to the company based on the experience of some of the variables above, but the company does not know the most influential variable in the assessment of loyal customers because of some of the variables above are not interconnected and it is uncertain if one variable can make a decision whether the customer loyal. Based on the decision tree that has made the most influential attribute on customer loyalty is the educational background because it has the highest gain value of 1.545292721 and as the root of the decision tree while the client's gender does not significantly affect customer loyalty because it is always at the last node with the gain value which is 0.623919119.
