Abstract

This study examines how the ideal principal leadership in the new normal is to improve the quality of education. The existence of Covid-19 is a factor that accelerates humans to make changes. From the literature study conducted, it can be concluded that in conditions of massive change, leaders are needed to respond quickly, agile and deftly to respond to situations appropriately. So transformational leadership competence is needed in the new normal situation. This change is referred to by many as the educational revolution. Therefore, it is imperative that the principal with all his potential and his surroundings must collaborate to bring the best education for students in improving the quality of education. Abstract

The Make A Match Model which is an active learning model. This model emphasizes learning in groups that help one another, work together to solve problem. The purpose of this research is to examine the development and aplication of the Make A Match learning model, espacially in the last 10 years. The research method used in this research is literature study. The author collected more than 20 references related to the history, development, and implementation of the Make A Match model. Data collection techniques used through litersture study. The results of this study were obtained in journals published in the last 10 years. Make A Match model has a significant influence on the achievement of cognitive competencies and problem solving skills. Based on the results of reviews from these journals, the Make A Match model can be categorized as very suitable to be applied to learning in elementary schools based on the results of the study, the use of the Make A Match model in learning in elementary schools is stated to be very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya literature review yang membahas tentang model two stay twostray, dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai model two stay two stray. Serta referensi yang kurangmeyakinkan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan modeltwo stay two stray serta efek dari model two stay two stray pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kualitatif berupa studi literature (literature review) atau tinjauan studi pustaka.Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam penerapan model two stay two stray pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.Berdasarkan studi literature yang telah dilakukan terhadap 20 jurnal penelitian mengenai penerapan modeltwo stay two stray di sekolah dasar, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model two stay two straybanyak digunakan di kelas tinggi sekolah dasar, dan penerapannya dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia(5%), IPS (25%), PKN (5%), Matematika (20%), IPA (40%) dan Tematik Terpadu (5%) serta memberikanpengaruh yang positif terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah dasar yaitu dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar pesertadidik (80%), meningkatkan aktifitas belajar (5%), keterampilan belajar (5%), meningkatkan pemahamankonsep (5%) dan meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking peserta didik (5%). Dari hasil penelitian jugaterbukti bahwa model two stay two stray dapat dikategorikan cocok diterapkan pada pembelajaran di sekolahdasar dan efektif dilakukan pada kelas tinggi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan struktur intelektual kepemimpinan digital dalam kaitannya dengan inovasi dan kinerja organisasi sekolah melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Tanpa menggunakan filter, sebanyak 4.893 dokumen berhasil dianalisis dari berbagai sumber publikasi ilmiah yang tersebar secara global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan memberdayakan menjadi tema dominan yang berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan inovasi dan kinerja institusi pendidikan. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas hubungan interpersonal, dukungan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif, serta integrasi praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan turut memperkuat efektivitas kepemimpinan digital. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan strategis bagi pengembangan model kepemimpinan pendidikan yang relevan dengan tuntutan era digital, sekaligus mendorong terciptanya ekosistem inovatif yang lebih responsif melalui kolaborasi lintas institusi dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang kontekstual. The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the education sector. Digital transformation encourages schools to adapt to technological advances in order to remain relevant and able to meet the demands of the times. In this case, digital leadership has an important role, not only in utilizing technology, but also in creating an interactive and responsive learning environment. This study aims to explore the impact of digital leadership on school organizational performance, with a focus on increasing student engagement, collaboration between teachers, students, and parents, and teacher professional development. Through bibliometric analysis and data visualization, the findings show that leaders who are effective in adopting digital technology can improve teaching effectiveness and academic outcomes. This study provides new insights into the importance of digital leadership in an educational context, as well as recommendations for further research in the area of digital leadership in efforts to improve organizational performance.
