Abstract

The increasingly significant role of Information Technology (IT) is expected to have a positive impact on various aspects of life. Therefore, it is essential for young children to learn IT effectively. However, the lack of opportunities for children to develop their potential in using computer applications poses a barrier to enhancing their technological skills. As a concrete step, this community service program focuses on IT education for students at SD Negeri Trayu 1 Banyudono. The aim of this program is to improve students' knowledge and skills in learning computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as to introduce them to computer hardware, thereby equipping them with the necessary tools to effectively utilize technology in the future.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Skema yang diambil pada program pengabdian kali ini adalah Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula, dan UMKM yang menjadi mitranya. UMKM yang menjadi mitra adalah UMKM Lintang Kejora Gift. Dari hasil pengamatan dan observasi, ditemukan 2 permasalahan utama yang ada di Lintang Kejora Gift adalah data persediaan yang kurang akurat antara catatan dan fisik barang dan belum adanya penggunaan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan baik dapat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mengelola persediaan. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan persiapan kegiatan PMP, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan koordinasi kegiatan dengan mitra PMP, pengelolaan tim dosen-mahasiswa PMP, pembuatan sistem e-Inventory yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna, menyusun buku panduan pelatihan e-inventory, melaksanakan pelatihan dalam penggunaan e-inventory, melaksanakan pendampingan UMKM dalam menggunakan e-inventory, dan melakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan antara lain evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan melakukan observasi indikator capaian kegiatan, penyerahan buku panduan pelatihan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program PMP, penyerahan sistem e-inventory ke mitra untuk menjaga keberlanjutan PMP, penandatanganan Mou kerjasama di bidang teknologi dan pemasaran produk UMKM. Pelaksanaan PMP diakhiri dengan membuat laporan kegiatan pelaksanaan PMP. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bidang manajemen persediaan dengan mengajarkan cara pencatatan persediaan menggunakan metode FIFO. Sedangkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bidang Sistem Informasi dengan membuatkan platform e-Inventory untuk memudahkan kontrol stok barang. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini ada 2 (dua), yang pertama peningkatan keterampilan mitra yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan dan implementasi program e-inventory yang dapat mengurangi kesulitan dalam mengelola inventory, dan yang ke dua adalah peningkatan level pemberdayaan mitra dalam hal pengetahuan pengaplikasian e-Inventory. Akurasi data inventory dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, kesalahan perhitungan, atau penghitungan fisik yang tidak akurat, dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam mengelola stok, sehingga pengelolaan inventory dapat menjadi lebih efisien, biaya operasional berkurang dan efeknya terjadi peningkatan omset penjualan.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country cannot be free from problems related to poverty, Some people still have income that is not sufficient for a decent life. The Indonesian government has several programs that are useful for reducing poverty, namely the Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) atau Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Often in the process of distributing aid there are obstacles or problems, the obstacle that often arises is determining the right family to receive assistance. Sub-districts or villages are at the forefront of the data collection process and selection for recommendation into the Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS). This research aims to develop an application product that can help the Ngronggo Kediri sub-district to accurately determine which families are entitled to assistance. The K-Means and SAW methods are used to determine which families are included in the DTKS. The K-Means method is used for the clustering process and SAW is used for the weighting process. The final weight shows that the highest recommended family weight is 91,2%, and the lowest is 51.4%.

Abstract

Sales often work outside the office to visit clients, hold meetings, and conduct surveys, making their activities difficult to monitor directly. This situation can lead to decreased productivity, missed targets, and reduced company profits. Sales activity management plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of a company’s marketing strategy. However, monitoring sales activities often faces several challenges due to manual recording processes and the lack of accurate location-based information. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Sales Performance Management system that utilizes geotagging and area mapping technologies to support more effective monitoring of sales activities. The system development adopts the Mobile-D method, which emphasizes an iterative and adaptive approach to mobile application development. The proposed system enables sales personnel to record customer visit activities through a mobile device equipped with a geotagging feature integrated with Google Maps services. The collected location data are then visualized through area mapping to provide a clearer overview of sales activity distribution. This functionality allows managers to monitor field activities and evaluate sales performance more efficiently. The implementation results indicate that the system is documenting sales activities accurately while supporting the validation process conducted by managers. In addition, the mapping feature provides useful insights into the spatial distribution of sales activities across different operational areas. Therefore, the developed system can improve the effectiveness of monitoring processes and managing sales personnel performance more efficiently.
