Abstract

This research aims to find out whether leadership style influences employee performance. To find out whether compensation affects employee performance. To find out whether leadership style influences employee job satisfaction. To find out whether compensation has an effect on employee job satisfaction. To find out whether employee job satisfaction influences employee performance. To find out the role of job satisfaction on leadership style and employee performance. To find out the role of job satisfaction on compensation and employee performance. Based on the sampling technique used, namely probability sampling with a saturated sampling category. The number of samples used was 60 respondents. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing instrument requirements consisting of validity and reliability tests, testing analysis requirements consisting of normality tests and linearity tests, hypothesis testing using path analysis, T Test (Partial Test) and Coefficient of Determination (R Square). The results of this research show that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (4) compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (5) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product knowledge, halal labels, brand awareness influence purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari. To find out whether moderation between group recommendations on brand awareness influences the purchasing decision of BFC Restar Batanghari. This research is a quantitative study using a sample of 68 samples. The objects in this study are halal labels, brand awareness, purchasing decisions and group recommendations. This research was conducted at BFC Restara Batanghari which is addressed at Jl. Raya Batanghari, Banar Joyo, Kec. Batanghari, East Lampung. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to research samples. Data analysis using Moderated Anaysis Regression analysis. The results showed that product knowledge had a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Halal Label had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for BFC Restar Batanghari consumers. Brand awareness can influence purchasing decisions. In this case, brand awareness that has an influence is on the aspect of brand superiority and that which is less influential is showing the brand. the effect of product knowledge on purchasing decisions is not moderated by group recommendation variables. The effect of the halal label on purchasing decisions is moderated by the group recommendation variable which is quite strong. Group recommendation moderation does not affect the relationship between brand awareness and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis jenis pupuk yang ada di CV. Ramyanan Kota Metro semakin ketat dan setiap tahunnya penjualan yang dialami mengalami fluktuatif dan bahkan tidak ada penjualan dalam kurun waktu bulan terkahir, sehingga tujuan dari riset ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh pandangan iklan, kredibilitas iklan, daya tarik iklan, kekuatan iklan terhadap minat beli konsumen di CV. Ramayana Kota Metro baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode riset yang digunakan dalam riset ini ialah kuantitatif dengan memakai angket kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen yang sering melakukan transaksi pembelian pupuk di CV. Ramayanan sebanyak sampel 45 pelanggan. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linieiritas, homogenitas, dan pengambilan keputusan memakai uji regresi berganda dengan kesimpulan uji parsial t, uji simultan f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Pandangan iklan, kredibilitas iklan, daya tarik iklan, kekuatan iklan terhadap minat beli konsumen di CV. Ramayanan Kota Metro. Artinya keempat variabel bebas tersebut mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan keputusan kepada konsumen untuk minat beli produk pupuk di CV. Ramayana Kota Metro dengan adanya kontribusi tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan laba pada penjualannya. Saran yang dapat disampaikan mencakup pandangan iklan tetap exis, maka langkah yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan menambahkan ide dan varian packing agar mata konsumen dalam melihat produk tersebut terlihat berbeda, kredibilitas iklan dapat konsisten, maka dalam mempromosikan iklan tetap konsisten dengan produk yang dijualnnya, Perspektif daya tarik iklan dapt meningkat, dalam memilih aktor iklan lebih condong sedikit cerdas dalam menyampaikan konteks produk apa yang dijualnya, kekuatan iklan agar dapat meningkat, maka yang harus dilakukan adalah melihat pangsar pasar disekitar dan memberikan inovasi baru yang lebih menarik
