Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a direct and indirect influence between product quality and price on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction with honda motorbikes. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this research is 2020 FEB management students at Muhammadiyah Metro University. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 students was obtained. The data was processed using the SPSS version 26 data program. The results of this study show that product quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, price has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, product quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, price has a direct effect on customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty on Honda motorbikes, product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Honda motorbikes, price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Honda motorbike.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out whether there is an influence between the leadership style and the working environment on the performance of employees with Motivation as a variable intervening on PT. SURYA TSABAT MANDIRI. This research method uses a quantitative approach, saturated sampling technique, respondents of 60 employees. The results of the research showed that Leadership Style influences employee performance, Working Environment influences Employee Performance, Leadership style influences Motivation, work environment influences motivation, motivation influences employees performance, and Leadership and Working environment have no direct influence on Employees performance through Motivation.

Abstract

Aquaculture has an important role in achieving prosperity in most Indonesian communities, especially for people who live in water areas, one of which is cultivating vannamei shrimp in Wachyuni ​​Mandira village. This research focuses on analyzing business strategy development using SWOT analysis (IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT Matrix, SWOT Quadrant, QSPM). The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation using a quota sampling technique to obtain a sample of 15 people. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the business is in quadrant 1, which means the business is making progress with good opportunities and strengths. The results of this research are that the IFE owned by this business has 8 factors consisting of 4 strength factors and 4 weakness factors. This business has 8 EFE factors consisting of 4 opportunity factors and 4 threat factors. For the IE matrix, it is in cell V position, namely the guarding and defending position. The venamei shrimp pond business in Wachyuni ​​Mandira village has 13 alternative strategies. The priority strategy for the venamei shrimp pond business in Wachyuni ​​Mandira village is taking sea water 50 m away with the aim of ensuring that the water is not contaminated with a score of 20.64.

Abstract

Based on field findings, fluctuations in company partners were found to be caused by suboptimal employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial profile and work-family support on employee performance at PT ABMAG Kota Metro. This research was quantitative. The explanatory survey method used a saturated sample, with 73 PT ABMAG employees. A 60-item Likert-type questionnaire was used as a measurement tool, and multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that entrepreneurial profile had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT ABMAG Kota Metro. Work-family support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT ABMAG Kota Metro. Both entrepreneurial profile and work-family support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT ABMAG Kota Metro.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether leadership style influences employee performance. To find out whether compensation affects employee performance. To find out whether leadership style influences employee job satisfaction. To find out whether compensation has an effect on employee job satisfaction. To find out whether employee job satisfaction influences employee performance. To find out the role of job satisfaction on leadership style and employee performance. To find out the role of job satisfaction on compensation and employee performance. Based on the sampling technique used, namely probability sampling with a saturated sampling category. The number of samples used was 60 respondents. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing instrument requirements consisting of validity and reliability tests, testing analysis requirements consisting of normality tests and linearity tests, hypothesis testing using path analysis, T Test (Partial Test) and Coefficient of Determination (R Square). The results of this research show that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (4) compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (5) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of work experience and work discipline on employee performance, with work spirit as a moderating variable at Margorejo Metro Selatan Health Center. This study used quantitative research, and the number of samples used was 40 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Interaction Test, R Determination Test, and Statistical Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) work experience has an influence and is significant on employee performance. (2) Work discipline has an influence and is significant on employee performance. (3) Work spirit, as a moderation variable, is able to moderate or strengthen work experience and employee performance. (4) Work spirit as a moderation variable is able to moderate or strengthen work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

In a company there are many things that must be paid attention to, just as a company must pay a lot of attention to the productivity of its employees so that they continue to run well and get maximum results in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. To achieve good productivity in today's increasingly advanced digital era, companies must be able to change dynamically and be competitive in the competition. Therefore, efforts to increase employee productivity are the most serious management challenges, because success in achieving a goal and the survival of the company depends on the quality of human productivity within it. This research aims to determine the direct influence of the work environment on Occupational Health and Safety (K3). To determine the direct influence of work discipline on Occupational Health Safety (K3). To determine the direct influence of the work environment on productivity. To determine the direct influence of work discipline on productivity. To find out the direct influence of Occupational Health Safety (K3) on productivity. The sample for this research was all employees at PT Sarana Cahaya Makmur, totaling 40 people. Data collection uses questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, and path analysis using (SPSS). The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Occupational Health Safety (K3). There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Occupational Health Safety (K3). There is a positive and significant influence of Occupational Health Safety (K3) on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Productivity.
