Abstract

ABSTRACT Digital leadership involves using technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing teams and organizations. This covers various aspects, such as digital communication, data-based decision making, and the use of online collaboration tools. By analyzing the problems that exist at SMKN 7 Serang City, namely the lack of technological knowledge among employees, limitations in collaboration and communication, the difficulty of accessing information on activities in school. So this PkM group held training related to Digitalizing Leadership, Optimizing Google Sites for student organization activities. The result of implementing this PkM activity is that the implementation of Google Site in student organization activities has increased efficiency in conveying information and transparency in organizational management. Every student or teacher can easily access the latest information and see developments in the organization's work program. Of the respondents who had filled out the online questionnaire provided, for the point of ease of use of the Google site, 45% answered agree, and 55% answered strongly agree. For information points needed on the Google site, 35% answered agree and 65% answered strongly agree. For the point that the Google site makes the process of disseminating information easier, 40% answered agree, 60% answered strongly agree. For the point of making it easier to collaborate with the Google site, 20% answered agree and 80% answered strongly agree. For the satisfaction point of using the Google site, 32% answered agree and 68% answered strongly agree. Digitalizing Leadership, Optimization, Google Site, Organization.

Abstract

PT Mahanusa Hijau Selaras is a consulting company that handles official business trip administration. The current process is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, including the submission of Travel Orders (SPD) and Travel Reports (LPD). This results in the accumulation of physical documents that need to be stored and risks causing delays, data duplication, and lack of real-time information transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that simplifies the management process of business trip data, from submission, verification, to reporting, digitally and integrated. The methodology used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model approach, which includes stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This system is developed using PHP programming language with MySQL database. The results of the system development show improvements in efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of access to information for all parties involved. The system also significantly reduces the use of physical documents and simplifies the business trip administration process digitally and in real-time.

Abstract

E-learning systems have become the backbone of modern education, but suboptimal performance can hinder the teaching and learning process. This study analyzes the performance of Pamulang University's e-learning system to identify potential barriers and ensure service stability. The main problem is the lack of in-depth evaluation regarding the system's capability to handle high user loads. The research objective is to measure and evaluate the e-learning system's performance under varying loads and provide improvement recommendations. The load testing method using Apache JMeter was applied to simulate real usage scenarios by 100 to 1000 concurrent users, with testing parameters including response time, throughput, and transaction failure rate. Results show significant performance degradation starting at 300 concurrent users with an average response time of 1486.66 ms. At 500 concurrent users, response time surged to 8407.28 ms and throughput decreased drastically to 38.52 req/s. At 1000 concurrent users load, the system demonstrated inability to scale with response time of 10860.18 ms, 90% percentile of 78840.30 ms, and error rate of 3.13%. In conclusion, the critical performance point of the system lies around 300-500 concurrent users, which serves as a basis for Pamulang University to enhance infrastructure capacity and codebase to ensure the sustainability of reliable digital education services.

Abstract

Perkembangan perangkat lunak yang semakin cepat menuntut proses quality assurance yang mampu mendeteksi defect secara dini, akurat, dan efisien. Pada praktiknya, pengujian manual masih banyak digunakan, namun metode ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal kecepatan, konsistensi, dan kemampuan menangani kompleksitas sistem yang terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran artificial intelligence (AI) dalam menjamin kualitas pengembangan perangkat lunak melalui prediksi defect. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen one-group post-test dengan satu kelompok data historis perangkat lunak yang dievaluasi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model AI. Tahap awal dilakukan untuk mengukur performa baseline dalam mengidentifikasi defect, sedangkan tahap akhir dilakukan setelah model AI mempelajari pola dari riwayat kode, metrik proyek, dan laporan bug historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI mampu meningkatkan akurasi prediksi dari 78,2% menjadi 89,4%, mempercepat identifikasi modul berisiko tinggi dari 18 menit menjadi 7 menit, serta meningkatkan F1-score sebesar 13,2%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa AI tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat otomasi, tetapi juga sebagai mekanisme prediktif yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak secara proaktif.

Abstract

The low understanding of non-technology Vocational High School (SMK) students toward programming concepts and Computational Thinking (CT) is a challenge in national digital literacy development. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to introduce algorithms and basic programming using Scratch to foster CT interest among SMKN 1 Padarincang students. The activity was conducted on April 23, 2026, involving 26 Grade X students from the Culinary and Islamic Banking Services (LPS) programs. The method used was a one-day experiential learning-based training using Scratch, covering sequence, selection (if-then), and repetition (loop) concepts. Evaluation was conducted through Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires using a Likert scale 1-5 with 10 items. Results showed the average Pre-Test score of 2.12 (Poor category) increased to 4.55 (Excellent category) in the Post-Test, with an average improvement of 114.6%. A total of 96.15% of participants achieved the Excellent category after training. These findings confirm that Scratch is an effective learning medium for introducing programming and CT to non-IT vocational students.
