Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between students' PAI (Islamic Religious Education) learning outcomes and their personality, as well as to identify the factors that hinder students' personality development. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were inductively presented in numerical form. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling, consisting of 27 students. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that in the hypothesis test, the researcher used the rule of comparing the t-calculated value with the t-table value. Based on the t-values: the t-calculated value was 6.347 > the t-table value of 2.042 (t-table 5%, n=27). This indicates a positive relationship between PAI learning outcomes and students' personality in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam. Thus, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The factors affecting students' personality are 1) genetic factors, 2) environmental factors, and 3) school factors.

Abstract

This community service program is in the form of education at SD Negeri 01 Rantau Alai, Kilip Pulau Sila Village, Rantau Alai District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Learning is a special aspect of education that includes the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This research is more focused on the learning process of Class VI students, totaling 11 people, by using the demonstration learning method in the learning process. This research aims to increase student activity in the classroom, make it easier for students to understand the material being studied, and make learning more effective and efficient. The results of the research obtained by the researcher are that first, students become active during the learning process, second, students become easier to understand the material being studied by the learning objectives, and third, learning becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan jiwa wirausaha di Desa Rimba Candi Kelurahan Candi Jaya Kecamatan Dempo Tengah Kota Pagar Alam. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode model Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang melibatkan Karang Taruna Desa Rimba Candi. Kegiatan penyuluhan kewirausahaan bertujuan memotivasi pemuda/karang taruna untuk berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang ada di desa, terutama dalam usaha kopi dan bidang wisata. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta dalam memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan pentingnya berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Namun, kendala seperti kurangnya modal dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang berwirausaha menjadi hambatan. Penyuluhan memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman bahwa modal tidak hanya uang tetapi juga melibatkan keahlian dan kreativitas. Kegiatan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengubah pola pikir generasi muda agar berani berwirausaha dan melihat peluang usaha di desa. Potensi Desa Rimba Candi sebagai desa wisata dan budidaya kopi menjadi fokus dalam upaya meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Simpulannya, kegiatan penyuluhan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan motivasi wirausaha di Desa Rimba Candi, namun perlu dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan oleh pemerintah desa dengan melibatkan praktisi usaha dan akademisi untuk mempertahankan semangat wirausaha yang telah tumbuh di komunitas tersebut.
