Abstract

The background of this research is to find out how to increase sales by using a new method, namely the online sales method. With this method, the writer wants to know what variables can affect the sales increase variable. Therefore, the variables raised in this writing are: the ease of using the application variable and the convenience variable in paying for the online purchase system with these variables it is known what variables influence in order to improve sales of a product online. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods using survey tools. Carried out to 100 sellers who sell their products online, therefore the results of the data obtained will be real data in the field so that they can find out whether these variables affect the increasing variables n rate of sales made online. The problem raised in this study is how to determine a variable that can affect other variables. The variables raised in this study are the variable ease of using the application and the variable convenience in your payment to increase sales made online. The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase sales of a product or service with an online sales method system. Therefore, the author wants to know what variables affect online sales in order to increase sales of a product or service.

Abstract

Finding out the impact of village budget management on community welfare is the main objective of this research. It is important to determine whether the village finances in Lubuk Sepang Village, Pendopo District, Empat Lawang Regency are being used for the main requirements and priorities of the community's welfare. From December 2023 to February 2024, the research will be carried out. This study will make use of the quantitative research approach. Words, phrases, and pictures make up the qualitative data type. To conduct this kind of research, researchers compile passages of text from many sources, including people, books, and documents. A specific symptom or institution is the focus of thorough, detailed, and in-depth qualitative research. An technique to research known as qualitative research focuses on studying symptoms or natural occurrences. Many refer to this kind of research as "naturalistic inquiry" because of the emphasis on a more basic and empirical approach. Although it is required by law, the implementation of Village Fund Allocation management has been ineffective. As a way to facilitate land transportation for the community, the Lubuk Sepang Village, Pendopo District, Four Lawang Regency government prioritizes the development and maintenance of roads. This is in accordance with the community's interests and requirements. Also, from hamlet discussions to development planning talks, community involvement seems to be acceptable, if not perfect.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between students' PAI (Islamic Religious Education) learning outcomes and their personality, as well as to identify the factors that hinder students' personality development. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were inductively presented in numerical form. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling, consisting of 27 students. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that in the hypothesis test, the researcher used the rule of comparing the t-calculated value with the t-table value. Based on the t-values: the t-calculated value was 6.347 > the t-table value of 2.042 (t-table 5%, n=27). This indicates a positive relationship between PAI learning outcomes and students' personality in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam. Thus, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The factors affecting students' personality are 1) genetic factors, 2) environmental factors, and 3) school factors.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of giving Yacolt on the innovative production of BSF flies and to find out which Yacolt is better for BSF fly production The method of this research uses the Complete Experimental Design (CED), with its 4 treatments and 3 repetitions, a total of 36 experimental units as the following combination: Y0 = Control (0 ML), Y1 = Yakult (50 ML), Y2 = Yakult (100 ML) and Y3 = Yakult (200 ML).The results of the study showed that the provision of Yacolt with a concentration of 100 ml had a very significant effect on all treatments. the number of BSF fly eggs with treatment Y2: 10.43a had an effect on treatment Y0, 10.43a, Y1: 10.03ab Y3: 9.43bc and Y0: 9.13c. from the results of the study showed that the provision of yakult with a concentration of 100 ml had a very significant effect on all treatments. the number of changes in fly eggs to BSF larvae with treatment Y2: 10.43a had an effect on treatment Y2: 318.33 a, Y1: 200.67 b, Y3: 110.33 c and Y0: 29.00 d and from the results of the study showed that the provision of yakult with a concentration of 100 ml had a very significant effect on all treatments. the number of BSF Magots with treatment Y2 336.33 a had an effect on treatment Y2: 336.33 a, Y1: 204.00 b, Y3: 95.67 c and Y0: 19.33 d.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning motivation using ice-breaking techniques in grade II of SD Negeri 09 Indralaya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study are the second-grade students of SD Negeri 09 Indralaya for the 2023/2024 school year, totaling 36 students. With the implementation of ice-breaking, it is to eliminate boredom, boredom, and tension in the learning process. Based on the results of the study show that the application of ice-breaking can increase student learning motivation. So that students can easily absorb the material given by the teacher.

Abstract

Efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa dalam kesejateraan masyarakat Di Desa Lubuk Sepang Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang Apakah Penggunaan dana desa sesuai dengan kebutuhan utama dan prioritas kesejeteraan masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Sepang Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengelolahan dana desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa Lubuk Sepang Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang dilakukan secara intensif terperinci dan mendalam Dalam suatu gejala atau lembaga tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik proposive sampling yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan serta pengujian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pengelolahan dana desa dengan pembangunan jalan, pemasangan lampu jalan, pemasangan cctv jalan dan anggaran bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) di desa lubuk Sepang sudah berjalan dengan baik dan tekoordinir serta meningkatkan nya kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Lubuk Sepang Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan jiwa wirausaha di Desa Rimba Candi Kelurahan Candi Jaya Kecamatan Dempo Tengah Kota Pagar Alam. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode model Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang melibatkan Karang Taruna Desa Rimba Candi. Kegiatan penyuluhan kewirausahaan bertujuan memotivasi pemuda/karang taruna untuk berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang ada di desa, terutama dalam usaha kopi dan bidang wisata. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta dalam memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan pentingnya berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Namun, kendala seperti kurangnya modal dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang berwirausaha menjadi hambatan. Penyuluhan memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman bahwa modal tidak hanya uang tetapi juga melibatkan keahlian dan kreativitas. Kegiatan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengubah pola pikir generasi muda agar berani berwirausaha dan melihat peluang usaha di desa. Potensi Desa Rimba Candi sebagai desa wisata dan budidaya kopi menjadi fokus dalam upaya meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Simpulannya, kegiatan penyuluhan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan motivasi wirausaha di Desa Rimba Candi, namun perlu dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan oleh pemerintah desa dengan melibatkan praktisi usaha dan akademisi untuk mempertahankan semangat wirausaha yang telah tumbuh di komunitas tersebut. Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (STEBIS) Kota Pagar Alam memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mendorong dan memfasilitasi dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, termasuk pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat adalah bagian penting dari tridarma perguruan tinggi dan memungkinkan institusi pendidikan untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang diperoleh dari pendidikan dan penelitian kepada masyarakat. Banyak mahasiswa Program Studi Perbankan Syariah di STEBIS yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam pengolahan data statistik dan interpretasi hasil data dalam penelitian mereka. Beberapa mahasiswa menganggap pengolahan data statistik sebagai hal yang sulit, sehingga mereka cenderung mengandalkan teman atau jasa pengolahan data. Hal ini juga mengakibatkan minat mahasiswa untuk melakukan penelitian kuantitatif menjadi rendah. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah memahami proses dan mengintepretasikan hasil output statistik dengan baik. SPSS dipilih sebagai software utama karena dianggap lebih mudah dipelajari oleh mahasiswa. Pesertanya adalah mahasiswa semester akhir Program Studi Perbankan Syariah. Pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua hari, dengan materi pengantar statistika, SPSS, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi. Materi disampaikan melalui presentasi, tanya jawab, dan sesi praktik. Pelatihan berjalan lancar dengan partisipasi aktif dari peserta. Materi meliputi pengenalan SPSS, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam sesi praktik dan diskusi.
