Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of working capital and working hours on net income. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that the results of multiple linear regression analysis are obtained as follows: Y = 49,810 + 0,170 X1 + 6,090 X2 + e. Correlation value (R) between variables of working capital, working hours, and net income of 0.564. This shows that the relationship between working capital, working hours and net income has a sufficient relationship. The coefficient of determination (R square) that is equal to 0.319 or 31.9%, this shows that the variation in changes in the variable net income (Y) is influenced by the dependent variable namely working capital (X1) and working hours (X2) of 31.9%. While the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on t test, working capital (X₁) t-count (4,006)> t-table (2,009) then Ho is accepted and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of working capital on the net income of street vendors in Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2. Working hours ( X₂) t-count (1,360) <t-table (2,009) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no influence of working hours on the net income of street vendors in Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2. Based on F test, F-count (11,685 )> F-table (3,183) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is the influence of working capital and working hours on the net income of street vendors in the Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan melukiskan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi tertentu atau bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Pada hakikatnya, metode deskriptif mengumpulkan data secara univariat. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,758 + 0,900X+e. Nilai korelasi antara variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,885 artinya korelasi antara variabel adalah sangat kuat. Angka R Square sebesar 0,783 hal ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) sebesar 78,30% sedangkan sisanya 21,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Nilai koefisien thitung promosi (X) sebesar 15,336 > ttabel 1,66864 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Peneliti menyarankan bagi manajemen gua harimau untuk terus menjaga konsistensi dalam mempromosikan objek wisata gua harimau, agar para wisatawan baik lokal mau pun luar kota, baik dalam negeri mau pun luar negeri terus ingin berkunjung ke objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of price and sale of hand sanitizers amidst the covid-19 virus outbreak on income levels at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Prof. Dr. Hamka in Baturaja. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The sample in this study were 75 consumers who bought hand sanitizer products. Based on statistical calculations, the equation for multiple linear regression is Y = 3,430 + 0,535X1 + 0,286X2. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation (r) between the variable price (X1) and sales (X2) will be in line with changes in the level of income at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Prof. Dr. Hamka in Baturaja (Y) is 0.835. The value of the coefficient of determination (r square) in this study is 0.697 which shows the magnitude of the influence of the price (X1) and sales (X2) variables on the level of income at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Prof. Dr. Hamka in Baturaja (Y) is 69.7% and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The tcount value for the price variable is 5.038> 1.993, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and for the sales variable 3.095> 1.993 Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, there is an effect of price and sales of hand sanitizers amid the rise of the Covid-19 virus on the income level of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Prof. Dr. Hamka in Baturaja. The value of Fcount (82.712)> Ftable (3.12) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the price and sale of hand sanitizers together have a significant effect on the income level of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Prof. Dr. Hamka in Baturaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, building specifications and promotions on consumer buying interest in Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, Correlation value (R) 0.769. This value shows that the correlation between all location variables (X1), building specifications (X2), promotion (X3) and consumer buying interest (Y) Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja is very strong because it is at the interval 0 .75 – 0.99 (Sarwono, 2006:107). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is equal to 0.592 or 59.2%. Based on the t-test, the building specification variable (X2) and the promotion variable (X3) partially have an effect on consumer buying interest in Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 14,507. While the Ftable value of 2.92 obtained from df = n-k-1 (df = 34-3-1) with a significant level of 5% and a 95% confidence level. With the value of Fcount greater than the value of Ftable, namely (14,507 > 2,92), the conclusion is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that together there is an effect of location variables (X1), building specifications (X2), promotions (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y) Govinda Hill Residence II Housing at PT Artha Mitra Govinda in Baturaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income, age and continuity funds on the decision to use life insurance services at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Baturaja Branch Office. The method used in this research is descriptive method and by using incidental sampling with a sample of 60 respondents and this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test there is no effect of income (X1) and age (X2) on the decision to use life insurance services at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Baturaja Branch Office, while continuity funds have an effect. Simultaneously there is an effect of income, age and continuity funds on the decision to use life insurance services at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Baturaja Branch Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cloth mask designs and consumer tastes amid the spread of the covid-19 virus outbreak on the income level of Convection Volunteers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The sample in this study were consumers who ordered cloth masks again using 30 people with a saturated sampling technique. Results Based on the research and discussion that has been done, there is an influence of cloth mask design and consumer tastes on the income level of Convection Volunteers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Based on the multiple linear regression equation is Y=2.227 + 0.672X1 + 0.212X2, and the correlation value of 0.800 is in the 0.800-1000 position, so it is declared very strong while the R square number (coefficient of determination) is 0.640, this indicates that the contribution of the fabric mask design variable (X1), consumer tastes (X2), and income level (Y) Volunteer convection in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is 64%. Based on the data obtained, the tcount of the cloth mask design variable was obtained with a tcount of 3,965 where the tcount value was more than the ttable value (3.965>2.051). Then there is an influence between the fabric mask design variable (X1) on the income level (Y) of Convection Volunteers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Then for the consumer tastes variable, the tcount value is 1.159 where the tcount value is smaller than the ttable value (1,159 < 2.051). So there is no influence between the variables of consumer tastes (X2) on the income level (Y) of Convection Volunteers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether creativity and social media affect the success of the culinary village in the Ogan Komeringbulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity and social media on the success of the Talang Bandung Culinary Village in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of data processing, the multiple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 2,200 + 0.168X1 + 0.675X2. Based on the R-value of the correlation coefficient, it can be seen that r = 0.870 is in the interval 0.80 - 0.1000, meaning that the relationship between Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) in Culinary Villages is very strong. The value of the coefficient of determination R square is 0.756, this shows that the influence of the variables Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) is 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study this research. Based on the count for the Creativity variable (X1) count = 0.890 and obtained stable = 2.042 so the value obtained is 0.890 <2.042 or count < table, the decision Ho is accepted Ha is rejected so there is no influence between the Creativity variable (X1) on Business Success (Y). Then for the Social Media variable (X2) count = 3.917 and table 2.042 so the value obtained is 3.917>2.042 or tcount>ttable, the decision is Ho rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is an influence of Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y). Based on the Fount value, which is 46.561, and Table 3.32 is obtained, it becomes 46.561 > 3.10. So the decision was rejected Ho Ha accepted. So there is the influence of Creativity (X1) and Social Media (X2) on Business Success (Y) in the Culinary Village of Talang Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competition, sales system and consumer tastes to sales volume of Yamaha ALL NEW NMAX 155 VVA brand motorcycle at PT Thamrin Brothers in Baturaja city. This research is a descriptive study and using accidental sampling with a sample size of 87 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis techniques and to test the research hypothesis used, the F-test and t test. From the calculation results, it is found that; 1) The coefficient value of Competition (X1) is (0,686), 2) The coefficient of Sales System (X2) is (0,203), 3) The coefficient of Consumer Tastes (X3) is (0,084), this means Competition, Sales System and Consumer Tastes affect the Sales Volume by customers. From the results of the t test hypothesis, the following results are obtained; 1) The value of t count of Competition (X1) (7,712) > t tabel (1,988) means that there is an influence of Competition on Sales Volume, 2) The value of t count of Sales System (X2) is (2,274) > t tabel (1,988) means that there is an the effect of Sales System on Sales Volume, 3) The value of t count of Consumer Tastes (X3) is (0,788) < t table (1,988) which means that there is no effect of Consumer Tastes of Sales Volume. Meanwhile, from the results of the hypothesis test, it is found that the value of Fcount (356,275) > F table (3,96), this means that the variables of Competition, Sales System and Consumer Tastes together have a significant effect on sales volume of Yamaha ALL NEW NMAX 155 VVA brand motorcycle at PT Thamrin Brothers in Baturaja city.

Abstract

The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.622 + 0.291X1 + 0.437X2. The correlation value between the variables of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.716 in the interval scale range of 0.60 ─ 0.799 meaning that the correlation between the independent variables is work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2 ) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) is strong. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.513. This shows that the contribution of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) to employee performance (Y) is 51.3% while the remaining 48.7% is influenced or varied by other variables not included in this research model. The tcount value of work motivation (X1) is 3.415 > ttable 2.00247. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work motivation (X1) on the performance of employees at the Mother and Child Hospital in Baturaja. The tcount value of work discipline (X2) is 5.550 > ttable 2.00247 Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of work discipline (X2) on the performance of employees at the Mother and Child Hospital in Baturaja. The value of Fcount > Ftable is 29.992 > 3.15 meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of employees at the Mother and Child Hospital in Baturaja

Abstract

Sistem hukum merupakan suatu aturan yang dapat mengatur kehidupan bermasyarakat di suatu negara. Di dunia ada tiga sistem hukum yang berlaku yaitu Eropa Kontinental, Anglo Saxon dan Hukum Islam. Demikian pula di Indonesia, terdapat tiga sistem hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu hukum Nasional, hukum adat dan Hukum Islam. Akan tetapi selama ini ternyata hukum Islam yang diberlakukan di Indonesia ternyata bersifat limitatif. Makna limitatif adalah bahwa hukum Islam di Indonesia hanya diberlakukan bagi warga negara yang beragama Islam dan diterapkan hanya dalam bidang hukum perdata saja. Itu pun hanya dalam sembilan bagian dari hukum perdata. Padahal ada satu sistem hukum yang tidak lepas dari keberadaan hukum islam, yaitu terkait dengan hukum pidana Islam. Salah satu bagian yang menjadi ciri khas dari suatu aturan pidana adalah adanya sistem sanksi. Demikian pula dengan hukum pidana Islam. Terdapat sistem sanksi di dalamnya. Suatu sistem yang tidak hanya akan mengurangi terjadinya tindak pidana di dalam masyarakat akan tetapi justru akan mencegah terjadinya tindak pidana tersebut. Suatu hal yang akan terjadi jika manusia khususnya umat Islam memahami makna keberadaan sistem sanksi di dalam Islam tersebut dan bukan hanya beranggapan bahwa sistem sanksi ini hanya dapat diberlakukan di mayoritas negara-negara di Timur Tengah. Akan tetapi sesuai dengan sifat Islam yaitu rahmatan lil alamin maka sistem sanksi itupun pasti sesuai untuk diberlakukan secara universal.
