Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasidengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem-based Learning) berbantuan medialiveworksheets untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian inidilakukan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di VIII International Class Program SMPLaboratorium UM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode Penelitian TindakanKelas (PTK) spiral menurut Kemmis dan Taggart (1990). Setiap siklus terdiri atas tiga tahapanyaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan (3) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didikInternational Class Program SMP Lab UM yang berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan silabus, Modul ajar, LKPD, lembar evaluasi, dan lembar keterlaksanaan. Hasil daripenelitian yaitu penerapan Problem-based Learning berbantuan media liveworksheetsmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Haltersebut dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik darisiklus 1 ke siklus 2. Sebagai respon terhadap temuan penelitian ini, perancangan dan pelaksanaanPBL berbantuan media liveworksheets menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran berdiferensiasidan kontekstual sehingga mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

Di era digital yang terus berkembang, integrasi teknologi Cybernetic 5.0 dan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah mengubah lanskap kewarganegaraan digital, terutama bagi generasi muda. Konsep ini meliputi literasi digital, etika online, tanggung jawab sosial, serta pemahaman hak dan kewajiban di dunia maya. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan digital membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan, kesadaran moral, dan tanggung jawab sosial untuk menggunakan teknologi secara bijak dan konstruktif, sehingga dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam masyarakat digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi pustaka untuk menganalisis kewarganegaraan digital tepatnya berkaitan dengan etika dan tanggung jawab peserta didik dalam pemanfatan AI pada mata pelajaran PPKn di Era Cybernetic 5.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trasnformasi pembelajaran menggunakan AI menjadi langkah strategis untuk membentuk peserta didik adaptif dan kompeten. Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan dapat menawarkan peluang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital peserta didik. Pemahaman prinsip-prinsip dasarnya, seperti literasi digital, etika online, tanggung jawab sosial, serta hak dan kewajiban digital, krusial agar siswa menggunakan teknologi secara bertanggung jawab. Integrasi kewarganegaraan digital melibatkan  seluruh pemangku kebijakan dalam pendidikan PPKn untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman dan positif terhadap peserta didik. In the ever-evolving digital era, the integration of Cybernetic 5.0 technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the landscape of digital citizenship, especially for the younger generation.  This concept includes digital literacy, online ethics, social responsibility, as well as an understanding of rights and obligations in the digital world.  Digital citizenship education equips students with knowledge, moral awareness, and social responsibility to use technology wisely and constructively, enabling them to actively participate in the digital society.  This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature study to analyze digital citizenship, specifically related to the ethics and responsibilities of students in the use of AI in PPKn subjects in the Cybernetic 5.0 Era.  The research results show that the transformation of learning using AI is a strategic step to shape adaptive and competent learners.  The use of artificial intelligence in citizenship education can offer opportunities to enhance students' digital citizenship competencies.  Understanding the basic principles, such as digital literacy, online ethics, social responsibility, and digital rights and obligations, is crucial for students to use technology responsibly.  The integration of digital citizenship involves all stakeholders in civic education to create a safe and positive digital environment for students.

Abstract

Indonesia is a nation marked by remarkable cultural diversity, encompassing thousands of ethnic groups and regional languages. In navigating this complexity, Bhikhu Parekh’s theoretical framework on multiculturalism offers a compelling lens through which to examine the challenges and opportunities of managing pluralism. His principles—emphasizing recognition, respect, intercultural dialogue, justice, and unity in diversity—align closely with the foundational values of Pancasila, Indonesia’s state ideology. Despite this alignment, the practical implementation of multiculturalism in Indonesia remains fraught with challenges, including persistent social inequality, cultural tensions, and human rights concerns. This article critically explores these issues through the case studies of Papua and Aceh. It proposes several policy recommendations, including stronger recognition of local identities, sustained intercultural dialogue, reinforcement of social justice, and the expansion of multicultural education. These measures aim to foster national cohesion, reduce interethnic conflict, and promote inclusive development for all Indonesian citizens.

Abstract

Over the past few decades, digital citizenship has become an increasingly important subject of academic research. This article aims to identify research trends on digital citizenship based on the Scopus database. This study uses 215 documents searched in the Scopus database and uses bibliometric analysis techniques with RStudio and VOSviewer. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that from 2004 to 2024 there has been a 24.19 percent increase in digital citizenship research. The affiliations that produce the most research are The Ohio State University, University of North Carolina Charlotte, Near East University, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, and the University of Missouri. Meanwhile, the author with the highest number of citations is Moonsun Choi from The Ohio State University. The words media literacy, digital citizenship education, teachers, and professional digital competence are recommended keywords that are widely used when conducting research on the topic of digital citizenship. Future research is expected to provide a more substantial contribution in formulating policies and practical actions that support the formation of good citizens.

Abstract

Over the past few decades, digital citizenship has become an increasingly important subject of academic research. A person's ability to use digital technology effectively and responsibly in their daily lives is referred to as digital citizenship. To reduce the gap in access to technology, the public must participate in responding to the development of digital technology and the revival of internet use. The purpose of this study is to identify research trends on the subject of digital citizenship. This study used 215 documents searched in the Scopus database and used bibliometric analysis techniques with RStudio and VOSviewer. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that this study started from 2004 to 2024, with an increase of 24.19 percent in 2024. The devices with the highest h-index are Information Technology and Education. The most productive affiliates are The Ohio State University, University of North Carolina Charlotte, Near East University, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, and University of Missouri. Choi M discussed research on digital citizenship with the highest total citations. The words media literacy, digital citizenship education, teachers, and professional digital competence are recommended keywords used when you want to conduct research on the topic of digital citizenship.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas implementasi peraturan larangan pengijingan makam di Desa Gampeng, Kecamatan Gampengrejo, Kabupaten Kediri. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup tiga kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengesahan peraturan pengijingan di Desa Gampeng melalui tiga tahap yaitu kebijakan secara lisan, peraturan secara tertulis, dan peraturan revisi dengan penambahan sanksi yang tegas. Upaya Pemerintah Desa Gampeng dalam menegakkan peraturan tersebut melalui sosialisasi, pengangkatan juru kunci makam di Desa Gampeng berdasarkan pemilihan, disposisi pemerintah desa, serta penegakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan fragmentasi kebijakan. Penegakan hukum baik dari substansi hukum dan struktur penegak hukum menciptakan tiga tujuan hukum yaitu kepastian hukum, kemanfaatan, dan keadilan.
