Abstract

Indonesia represents state embracing democracy system, in its growth always experience of ebb, till finally reform expected as early repair of life of democracy in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to discuss the types of information services, the procedures for the delivery of information services, the obstacles faced in providing information services. The approach used is qualitative descriptive research. Sources of data in this study are divided into primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and document study. The type of information disseminated by Twitter is information about government policies, public services, health, traffic, culture, natural disasters, current phenomena and other information that is of public interest. The procedure for using Twitter as an information medium is by the Communication and Information Technology Office consisting of 4 stages, namely: collecting information data from related agencies, processing data, making designs, publishing, evaluating to check the correctness of published information. Supporting factors using Twitter, namely the information conveyed quickly spreads, reaches many people, and is easy to use. The problem with using Twitter as a provider of information is coordination between managers. lack of coordination with related agencies, and limited number of managers.

Abstract

Abstract: In conducting the state implementation, Indonesia as a state needs regulations in accordance with the national cultural values. The values are mirrored in Pancasilaas the spirit of constitutional laW which is The Constitution 1945. Indonesian governmental system is presidential; the president is the state chief and the governmental chief. The state power is in three powers, that are legislative, executive, andjudicial powers. Those three powers have relations in sharing the powers.This practice is not the same as the original theory of Montesquei about power divisions. In the implementation, The Constitution 1945 has supporting institutions. They are People's Consultative Council, House ofRepresentative, President, Supreme Court, Constitutional Council, Judicial Commission, Financial investigator, Police, and the Army.

Abstract

Sexual harassment has wide meaning. It is from seeing someone in such a way, to physical abuse. Sexual harassment is susceptible occurred in workplace; coming from the employers and also other employees. Sexual harassment is very disturbing. Therefore, legal protection is crucial for employees. This writing is discussing kind of sexual harassment in workplace and legal protection on victims of sexual harassment.

Abstract

accompanied by an increase in intensity and quality. The purpose of this study was: (1) describe theforms of violence that occur in women in the household, (2) describe the causes of women experiencingdomestic violence, (3) describe the form of the rights of women who experience violence, (4)describe the form of protection of the rights of women who experience domestic violence. This studyusing a design research. These results can be explained that: (1) forms of violence against women inthe household is physical violence, psychological violence and neglect, (2) the causes of occurrenceof physical violence because the husband is not working; husband husband’s job is erraticand temperamental, (3) the form of the rights of women subjected to violence to obtain protectionfrom KPPA, obtain an integrated service, get a guarantee of their rights whose status as a wife, as amother or as a child in the household, but it is not optimal to get, get assistance psychologically,medically, (4) the form of the protection of women victims of domestic violence, is providing assistance,providing services, provide a safe home means a temporary shelter for victims.Key words: violence, household, women

Abstract

The wealth of natural resources in Indonesia tremendous push legislation makers to formulate and adopt legislation that is expected to give birth to prosperity and justice. This research aims to describe the legal basis for contractual arrangements work as one of the agreements relating to mining activities. Works contracts and agreements set works with: (1) Law No. 4 of 2009, (2) Act No.25 of 2007, and (3) of Government Regulation No. 23 of 2010, (4) the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1614 of 2004. The procedure for application for a permit contract of work can be done through three pathways based plan which will be the location of the area of ??mining. First, through the Governor-General if the area to be mined are in the two regions of the province. Secondly, through the Governor if the area to be mined are at two district / city different. Asses, a through Regent / Mayor if the area to be mined are at the district / city. In any licensing always involve the President, the Parliament, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, BKPM, Director- General, Governor, Regent / Mayor, the bank and the Applicant.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the knowledge, perception and needs analysis of the need for legal education for high school students. The subjects involved are teachers and students ofupper secondary school (high school) in East Jav4 which include, City ofProbolinggo, Roxburgh, County and City of Malang. The data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Knowledge ofteachers and students about the legal category less. Teachers and students expressed strongly agree if legal education should be given to all citizens. Legal education should include basic concepts of law, criminal law, civil law and the law of agrarian / land. Characteristics textbook that will be prepared should not be complicated / simple, complete, discuss the legal and contain education.

Abstract

Abstract: In accordance withthe results of the preliminary study, there is aneedto compose an instructional book on law education for high school students. It needs to be done in order to widen the students, knowledge. The advanced study aims at developing the instructional book, and testing the levels of attractiveness, effectiveness, and effrciency of the book. Methods being used in thls developmental study are expert evaluation trial, small group trial, and big group trial' The product is evaluated by experts in iaW instructional media, and teaching and learning' Based on the recommendation of the experts, the researcher makes some improvements on the product' Afterwards, the small group triaiis conducted. The results showthatthe attractiveness level is 19oh;mean of the formative tests scores is 76,6; and the subjects need 18 minutes in average to accomplish everything per chapter. Further, the researcher conducts the big group trial' There is a betterment inthe results: the atffactiveness level is 79,2Vo: mean of the formative tests scores is 83; and the subjects need 20 minutes in average to accomplish everything per chapter'

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membahas mekanisme penempatan tenaga kerja menurut Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No.39 tahun 2016 tentang Penempatan Tenaga Kerja, prosedur penempatan kerja di Kota Malang, dan kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan perekrutan tenaga kerja dengan pelaksanaannya. Kajian menggunakan pendekatan sociolegal dengan sumber data primer dari pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan sumber data sekunder dari Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No.39 tahun 2016 tentang Penempatan Tenaga Kerja. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Mekanisme penempatan tenaga kerja kerdasarkan Permenaker No.39 Tahun 2016 melibatkan 3 instansi, yaitu Disnaker, perusahaan, dan Lembaga Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja Swasta. Pencari kerja mengajukan permohonan kartu pencari kerja (AK/I) ke Dinas Tenaga kerja. Dinas Tenaga Kerja menerbitkan kartu AK/I dan mendata pencari kerja dalam kartu AK/II. Pemberi kerja mengajukan permohonan tenaga kerja dengan mengajukan kartu AK/III. Disnaker mengantarkan pencari kerja ke pemberi kerja untuk mengikuti seleksi. Pelaksanaan penempatan tenaga kerja di Kota Malang telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Permenaker No.39 Tahun 2019. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah tidak adanya dana untuk transportasi petugas antar kerja dan seringkali perusahaan tidak mengajukan laporan kebutuhan tenaga kerja ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan perancangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi perkuliahan Bahasa Inggris Kewarganegaraan di Universitas Malang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyajikan contoh lingkungan pembelajaran blended learning dengan menggunakan multimedia yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di bidang Bahasa Inggris Kewarganegaraan. Pendekatan mixed-method digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyajikan, dan menganalisis data. Portofolio kegiatan instruksional dan kuisioner adalah bentuk data yang digunakan. Data disajikan dan dianalisis menggunakan narasi deskriptif, studi kasus, analisis dokumen, dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kolaborasi dalam bentuk co-teaching blended learning dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kedua instruktur yang terlibat dalam kolaborasi dapat saling mendukung untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Selain diperlukan keahlian di dalam mengajar, instruktur juga perlu menguasai cara perancangan instruksional. Mahasiswa secara aktif bekerja secara berpasangan, berdiskusi, dan berkelompok di dalam menyelesaikan tugas pembelajaran di dalam kelas dan di Edmodo. Interaksi mahasiswa dengan materi belajar dan instruktur juga dapat difasilitasi dengan manajemen sistem belajar dan teknologi pembelajaran daring seperti VoiceThread, Skype, VSee, dan posel.Kata kunci: blended learning, pembelajaran multimedia Evaluating the implementation of co-teaching blended learning the English for specific purposes in civic education programAbstractThis study reveals the design, implementation, and evaluation of the English for Specific Purposes Course in Civic Education Program at the State University of Malang. The course multimedia learning environment was designed based on the blended learning principals. This learning environment is effective to increase students’ motivation. The study applied mixed-method approaches to collect, present, and analyze data. The instructional portfolio and a questionnaire were used as data. The narrative descriptive, case study, document analysis, and descriptive statistics principals were applied to analyze and present data. The results showed that co-teaching in the form of blended learning can improve the quality of the course and students’ learning. Instructors can support one another collaboratively to achieve the learning objectives. Besides teaching skills, the instructors should acquire sufficient instructional design skills. Students were identified actively engaging in pair works, discussions, and groups’ works to complete their learning tasks in class and in Edmodo. Interactions are mediated sufficiently by the learning management system and learning technologies, such as VoiceThread, Skype, VSee, and email. Keywords: Blended learning, multimedia learning
