Abstract

PT. Cahaya Ganda Gindi is a nickel company engaged in lateritic nickel mining. The company's nickel ore mining activities have now entered the operational phase, including topsoil stripping, overburden removal, lateritic nickel mining, and lateritic nickel transportation. The mining area, which is located close to residential settlements, has some impact on community activities. Therefore, these impacts need to be managed to prevent disturbances to the daily activities of local residents. The production activities, which involve overburden stripping and lateritic nickel ore extraction using heavy machinery, inevitably generate high levels of noise that may affect the hearing of nearby residents. Noise level testing is conducted in the mining area, jetty, and residential areas by measuring noise levels at specific points. The collected data is then analyzed to determine whether the noise levels remain within the permissible limits. The goal is to ensure that the noise does not exceed the established threshold, allowing the community to carry out their activities normally.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation of blast fragmentation are critical to achieving the most optimal design and outcomes. Several methods are utilized to assess the effectiveness of blasting in the field, one of which is the digital image analysis method, which has gained popularity in recent years. This study aims to apply the digital image analysis technique to rock fragments resulting from blasting and compare the results with empirical analysis using the Kuz-Ram equation. The digital image analysis was conducted using data from three blasting activities in a limestone quarry, with the number of blast holes as follows: 130 in blast-01, 86 in blast-02, and 90 in blast-03. The spacing and burden used in the blast designs were 2.5 m and 2 m, respectively, for all three blasting activities. The results revealed that the largest deviation of 60% occurred at the 10 mm sieve size for blast-02 compared to the Kuz-Ram model. Rock fragments from blast-01 passed 80% at a sieve size of ±280 mm, while for blast-02 and blast-03, 80% of the material passed at sizes >=600 mm. The analysis showed that the percentage passing graph R(X) for all three blasting activities, as determined through the Kuz-Ram method, exhibited relatively close values, albeit with some deviations. After analyzing the three blasting activities with identical designs, the results obtained using the WipFrag software demonstrated satisfactory performance for preliminary field monitoring purposes.

Abstract

The role of coal as a substitute energy source for oil and gas is getting bigger, especially to increase the pace of development and economic growth. Therefore, Indonesia's coal production and consumption will continue to be increased, especially as direct fuel for power plants, large and medium-sized industries, and home industries. The purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of coal based on proximate analysis while the purpose of this research is to determine the quality of coal based on proximate analysis. The results of the analysis on coal carried out at the PT Tribhakti Inspektama laboratory regarding proximate analysis in the Batu Licin sub-district, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan for moisture, the average value of the 6 samples obtained 18,72% results using the formula that has been determined, the average value for ash analysis was 3,30%, the total average value for volatile matter was 41.02% and for fixed carbon based on the results of analysis in the laboratory the average value was 36.97% then, from the analysis results when compared with the table regarding coal classification according to ASTM, coal in the Batu Licin sub-district, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan is included in the quality of lignite and from the test results the coal can meet the requirements for the cement and metal industry.

Abstract

The process of mining nickel resources at PT Gahnesa Wana Utama has problems in the form of differences in nickel content between the drill data and mining results data. Therefore, this study aims to determine the proportion of nickel grade values from drilling to mining results and to determine the factors that cause changes in nickel content values from drilling and mining results. The research method is carried out by analyzing the results of drill data with mining results. The results of the study showed that the drilling results obtained an average grade value of 1.64%, while mining results obtained an average grade value of 1.42%. This study shows that there has been a comparison of the difference in Ni content based on the results of drilling and mining results, namely 0.22%. The causative factors of changes in nickel levels are stagnant water in the stockpile, use of used sacks for samples, dredging of stockpile floors that are less clean, operators who are less attractive in ore collection, sampling errors and preparation errors.

Abstract

Proses pembakaran dan pendinginan klinker berdampak besar terhadap rencana produksi yang ingin dicapai sehingga komposisi umpan kiln mempengaruhi kualitas dari klinker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses dari pengolahan klinker dan mengetahui komposisi umpan kiln. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian secara langsung, tahap pengambilan data meliputi pengamatan, observasi dan wawancara, data penelitian meliputi data komposisi umpan kiln dan data temperatur pembakaran dalam kiln, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi umpan kiln serta temperatur pembakaran merupakan parameter yang penting pada pengendalian operasi pembakaran klinker, jumlah rata-rata perhitungan LSF batugamping telah memenuhi standar, kualitas SM dan AM tidak memenuhi standar disebabkan jumlah komposisi Al2O3 yang tinggi, umpan kiln yang memenuhi standar akan menghasilkan klinker yang berkualitas ditandai dengan klinker berwarna kecoklatan, Sebaliknya klinker yang tidak berkualitas akan berwarna putih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengolahan klinker meliputi penggilingan bahan baku di raw mill, pembakaran bahan baku di dalam kiln, dan pendinginan bahan baku di grate cooler, serta komposisi umpan kiln yang mempengaruhi kualitas klinker adalah SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, dan CaO.

Abstract

This research describes how to automate testing scraping applications to automatically retrieve Facebook user profile data. In the digital age, data is extremely valuable. Because data can be processed into new knowledge that can be used in all areas of life such as education, business and business. Facebook is a place where a lot of data is stored. Getting data from Facebook is not easy. I need a technique that my bot can use to crawl Facebook pages, retrieve user profile data, and group it by profile category. The technique is to create a bot out of Selenium. The stages of this research process are: Understand the HTML structure of Facebook pages to find patterns in Facebook profile data. A bot is then developed that can open the user's profile page, retrieve the profile data, and parse it against the patterns in her HTML structure on the Facebook page. Experimented on the web at a speed of 20 Mbit/s, the bot was able to retrieve the details of 100 Facebook user profiles of her in 20 minutes.

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten, Tbk. have the best staff to process candidate data, but due to the lack of standards and still using manual systems, the evaluation process is still not transparent, accurate, reliable, and takes a long time. increase. Determining the best employees at Bank banten requires a decision support system as a recommendation to the board of directors. A decision support system that uses three methods to determine the best employees who worked in this study: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Ordering by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This study evaluated the best Bank banten based on predetermined criteria such as individual performance ratings, work unit performance, attendance, behavior, goal attainment in employment, employee training, evaluation documents, presentations, and interview results. Create a decision support system that can recommend employees.

Abstract

Wisatawan memiliki banyak kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan untuk berwisata di Sungai Pisang dan pulau-pulau di sekitarnya. Aktivitas seperti memancing, berenang, snorkeling adalah daya tarik utama Sungai Pisang. Memahami interaksi antara wisatawan dan komunitas nelayan guna bagaimana perubahan sosial budaya yang terjadi dalam masyarakat nelayan di Sungai Pisang yang disebabkan oleh munculnya kegiatan wisata bahari yang ada di sungai pisang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini akan disesuaikan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai bagaimana Wisata Bahari Merusak Prilaku Sosial Budaya dalam Masyarakat Nelayan di Sungai Pisang. Metode penelitian kualitatif peneliti anggap tepat digunakan karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan sebuah data yang mendalam, suatu data yang mengandung makna dengan prosedur perolehan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada umumnya masyarakat merasakan dampak positif dari perkembangan sektor pariwisata, terutama dalam hal peningkatan perekonomian. Pariwisata menciptakan peluang tambahan bagi mereka, seperti menjual hasil tangkapan langsung kepada wisatawan atau bahkan menjadi pemandu wisata bahari, seperti penyewaan perahu atau jasa transportasi laut. Akan tetapi ada juga kekhawatiran bahwa semakin berkembangnya pariwisata bisa meminggirkan mata pencaharian nelayan tradisional dan mempengaruhi budaya yang ada dikehidupan masyarakat nelayan.
