Abstract

This study aims to explain in detail the analysis of the problems of the implementation of government procurement of goods/services that occurred in Indonesia in the 2023 period. The procurement of government goods and services in Indonesia is a complex process and has a significant impact on the success of national development. This study also aims to analyze several procurement cases that occurred in 2023, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of policies, challenges faced, and opportunities for improvement in the procurement system in Indonesia. The research focuses on new policies, the application of technology in procurement, and issues such as transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Data is taken from various official government reports, articles, and interviews with related parties. The research method, used is a qualitative method, with a total of 105 informants. The results of the research, government procurement of goods and services in Indonesia in 2023 show some progress in terms of policies and technology, but still face major challenges related to transparency, accountability, and human resource competence. Technological capacity building and stricter law enforcement need to be done to realize more effective and efficient procurement. The update, in this study, is that providing recommendations for improvement based on the cases analyzed, the government needs to strengthen policies and the implementation of procurement that is more accountable and transparent. This can be done with several steps, including regular human resource training, holding regular training for government procurement personnel to improve their competence in understanding the latest procurement regulations and technology. Improving technology infrastructure, ensuring that information technology infrastructure throughout the region can support the implementation of SPSE and e-Catalog. Strict supervision and law enforcement, conducting stricter supervision of the procurement process and taking firm action against any form of irregularities to reduce the risk of corruption.

Abstract

Changes in the mechanism for procuring government goods / services, which have been carried out through tenders and conventional procurement, have become online (online) in the e-catalogue system in accordance with LKPP (Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency) regulation Number 9 of 2021 concerning Online Stores and Electronic Catalogues in Government Goods / Services Procurement. In this case, to implement the provisions of article 72 paragraph (5) and article 72 A paragraph (3) of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 concerning Government Procurement of Goods / Services. Demanding business actors or goods/services providers to onboard their businesses to the e-catalogue system. The research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach, to find out the extent to which business actors' responses to e-catalogue implementation affect business sustainability. Abstract

Increasing digital marketing literacy is a strategic step to develop the digital transformation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the community of Bukit Makmur Village, Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency. This program aims to improve the ability of MSMEs to utilize digital platforms to expand market reach and competitiveness. Improving digital literacy refers to a systematic effort to strengthen an individual's ability to access, understand, evaluate and utilize digital information effectively and responsibly. This includes mastery of information and communication technology (ICT) skills, an understanding of digital ethics, and the ability to think critically in dealing with a variety of digital content that continues to evolve.The activities were implemented through digital literacy training, website development, and intensive mentoring. As a result, the MSMEs involved showed significant improvement in understanding and implementing digital marketing, including optimizing social media and websites, which contributed to increased sales. In addition, the program built students' competencies in the application of digital technology and collaboration. In conclusion, collaboration between universities, students, and MSMEs can create innovative solutions that support the local digital economy, while providing opportunities for MSMEs to compete in a wider market.

Abstract

The application of entrepreneurial orientation is very important for business people. The high competition requires business actors to always provide strategies and innovations to the business being run. The strategies and innovations carried out certainly do not forget the values of local wisdom found in the local community. This condition leads to coffee producers in Kepahiang Regency, one of which is Sengkuang Coffee 76 on strategies based on local wisdom orientation. Many studies on local wisdom are associated with positive values, habits and traditions of a community from a social, cultural and environmental perspective. Coffee is one of the leading commodities in Kepahiang Regency. Coffee farming in Kepahiang Regency has been practiced for generations. This research aims to find out how the strategies carried out by coffee producers in running their business without losing the values of local wisdom. This research uses qualitative methods by using research instruments of interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of data analysis in this study using descriptive qualitative research results explain that what are the strategies of the sengkuang 76 coffee business in running its business in the modern era without eliminating local wisdom values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand millennial lifestyle trends, social identity, millennial characteristics, and coffee shop design for millennials, in addition to being a place to gather, do office work, or complete student assignments. Cafes are also often recognized by many people as indicators of social class identity for the younger generation in Bengkulu. This study can also help improve understanding, especially about the phenomenon of human behavior that makes cafes a place to show social class. This study is conducted using phenomenological research and qualitative methodology. The informants are sixty millennials who often spend their free time in high-end cafes, which were the main data sources. Data allocation was spread across six cafes in Bengkulu, which were categorized accordingly. Data collection was carried out through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The analysis stages were carried out. The findings showed that lifestyle trends have a very high level of attraction. In addition, identity and social recognition are very important, because millennials often seek recognition from their friends through hanging out in cafes. Cafes as a second home for millennials who consider cafes to be the most comfortable place to gather and relax, even to do office work to college assignments. an attractive cafe interior design can increase millennial interest in hanging out there. technology and lifestyle of a millennial, seen from how millennials order menus and use technology can reflect their lifestyle. attitude and motivation, millennial attitudes can be seen from the way they interact with cafe staff and enjoy their time there, while their motivation can be influenced by the desire for relaxation and increasing peace of mind and even wanting a high social class from others.

Abstract

This research presents a SWOT analysis of efforts to develop the tofu and tempeh food industry in South Bengkulu Regency. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the development of the tofu and tempeh industry in South Bengkulu Regency. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with a SWOT approach. Data was obtained through interviews with tofu and tempeh producers and field observations. This research concludes that to develop the tofu and tempe industry in South Bengkulu Regency, a strategy is needed that includes increasing market expansion and strengthening the managerial capabilities of producers. In this way, the tofu and tempeh industry can become a more competitive sector and contribute significantly to the local economy.
